    Worst service ever. Avoid. Go to emergency room you will get fast and better care. Front desk is ran by children who would rather be on their phone than be helpful to the sick patients waiting. They laugh in your face when you ask how long? This location is a joke. We arrived at 11am and was told only a couple of hours which quickly turned to 3-4 hours. They ignore patients waiting in there cars which they recommend for hours at a time. I heard the front desk girl criticize a Military service member saying “this is probably why they joined” before being told to whisper by another worker… criticizing his intelligence because he filled out his date of birth wrong? Real professional. This place is awful and that is just the FRONT DESK imagine the doctors.

    Personally, I had a wonderful experience. I can't say the same for my daughter in law (same vehicle 😕). But, my video visit, tester and follow up video visit were all pretty smooth. And, this really meant so much because I was feeling horrible. So, their professionalism and precision care went a long way. Thank you Team Marque.

    This was my first time at this urgent care so I had no expectations. However, I must say I really enjoyed the modern environment, friendly staff, and my quick visit time from check-in to check-out. Dr. Walker is very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things to me and listened and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back there for my urgent care needs in the future.

    Short wait, friendly staff, awesome doctor. Very personable and friendly. Dr. Walker actually has a conversation with you. He’s so personable and friendly. I’m sure he’s amazing at putting nervous patients at ease. Which is more than I can say for most urgent care doctors I’ve interacted with. AND you’re able to make reservations for follow up appointments! This place runs really smoothly. And when you’re at an Urgent Care center, the last thing you want is long waits and inefficiency. This place is GREAT! Definitely worth the drive across town.

    I was pleasantly surprised that, compared to other urgent care centers, there was minimal wait to see the doctor. I loved the cleanliness of the facility. However, if I must critique anything, I was a little upset that I was not made aware that I was not going to see a live doctor until I had my vitals taken. Though I didn’t care to do that, I was unbelievably happy with my virtual visit. I loved the doctor and how she explained everything in detail to me. Most definitely will recommend these offices and will come back whenever needed. Truly, I would switch my doctor to the one I saw yesterday, in a heartbeat. 😁👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    As a first timer of any type of need for Urgent Care, the experience could not have gone more smoothly. The staff were EXTREMELY kind and took care of me in a very timely manner. Nurse Michelle M. did a great job on my wounds and to top it off, she has a beautiful personality! Thank you kindly!

    I was attended in under 30 minutes! The clinic is clean, decor is lovely, staff is kind and professional, the Doctor was amazing! I am already feeling better today. I was afraid to go to an ER. This was awesome

    This is my GO TO urgent care always. The receptionists are cheerful and helpful which is important if you are not well. They always try hard to get you in if it’s truly urgent. They have X-ray machine in the premises. When I went with pneumonia the doctor was outstanding. They are on top if Covid and I had both shots there and will return for new booster. Yesterday was just a TB test given by a hard working, pleasant young nurse. Another great experience from Marque.

    Unfortunately, I would have given Marque Urgent Care a 5 star review but my visit experience was skewed because I had to wait in the parking lot due to water damage at their clinic. They had a mobile trailer set up as a temporary facility but we had to wait out in the parking lot because their was no interior waiting room. That being said, however, their office staff and medical assistants were courteous and professional. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen was simply awesome! She was extremely professional, has a great sense of humor and very thorough in her assessment, diagnosis and treatment. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    Our appointment was at mid afternoon arrived 30 min early. Its already past 5pm and still waiting in lobby. Its not too crowded. Waited for more than 2 hrs. Reminder - this place is called Urgent Care and we had an appointment. You make your own judgement of this place.

    Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I went in with my elderly parents and my autistic son as we were all feeling sick and they were so nice to accommodate us and be seen all at the same time. I truly appreciate everyone being so kind from when I came in to register to the nurse who checked our vitals to the doctor. All staff was great. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    I like how the Dr. I saw on September 1st listen to me. I am not one to easily shake a sickness so it may be hard for some doctors to prescribe what I need. But I am a 52-year-old woman with an auto immune disease and every time I get sick I always need help in the form of steroids or antibiotics or an inhaler etc. etc.. It is hard seeing a new doctor every time because my general practitioner knows this about me and automatically prescribes what I need. So I did have to see the doctor twice. But the second doctor cured me. I would like in the future for doctors to look at a persons background at urgent care Marquez. But I am super thankful that I can see a doctor during Covid at your facility. Because my general practitioner is not seeing patients. Thank you for your help. Keep up the good work.

    It was my first visit to experience Marque Urgent Care yesterday. I made an appointment with them online a day before visit. I waited about an hour before I finally see the Doctor. The stuffs and Doctor were very nice. The only negative things that I felt are the clinic is not very clean. Some of their medical use equipments are very old. The blood pressure machine didn't work at the first try it took fourth try to finally got the result. It looked like it is very old and cheap looking blood pressure machine. Over all I am satisfied with my experience with this urgent care.

    My daughter needed her finger X-rayed because of an injury. We went at the last of the day hoping the wait time would be minimum but there was still a long projected wait. But the front staff was so friendly and informative! They got us seen very quickly- and the X-ray tech was so kind! He made my daughter feel very comfortable and taught my daughter all about X-rays! The doctor was also so nice- she came in, and was very personable! This is the second time we have come in to this urgent care and both times we received stellar service!! We have always been treated wonderfully at this location!! Highly recommend!!

    I was given good and fair treatment. The wait time was long but as is with most places. But once I was seen it was good and quick. I got the help they could offer until I could see my primary. So I'm happy they did a great job!

    I scheduled the reservation and had to wait probably 45 minutes to be seen but after that it was fine. I forgot to ask the doctor for some cough medicine for my 8 yr old and I thought it was stupid that the next provider would not supply that I left a message for the original provider for the next day never heard anything back.

    The MD was exceptional! The staff are kind and quick w/ doing their duties. I highly recommend Marque Urgent care. I’ve been to other places but they don’t treat patients w/ much respect & aren’t kind. Their demeanor isn’t one you feel is welcoming and assuring. My children usually won’t say a word but they actually spoke to DR. Walker! I was amazed! He obviously showed them he was cool & easy to talk to. They were great & paperwork was done quickly! Was happy their meds DID get sent to pharmacy as promised as well! 100% for Marque!

    This has always been my urgent care of choice. They’re doing a little remodeling currently and the process was even better than before. We were able to take our son shopping at Kohls instead of waiting in a boring waiting room. They call you when it’s time to be seen and the wait seemed way faster than usual because of the freedom of wandering around a store vs containing a young child in a room lol. The provider came in to see us minutes after being called back and placed in a room. All the staff was super nice and the provider listened to our concerns and was really good with our nervous son. 10/10 always recommend

    Efficient and hopefully effective. (May take a few days for the medication to work). Check-in nurse and Provider were very kind. They listened and were informative. My 1st visit ever to an urgent care and was pleasantly surprised. Would go back again if I ever needed an urgent evaluation. (Hopefully I won’t)

    I am very happy with our experience at Marque Urgent Care in Eastlake. My son had some issues with her allergies and we went in one morning and got in and out within 40 minutes. He was prescribed medications for his allergies and he's all good now. Everyone was super nice and the clinic is very clean, modern and organized. I highly recommend them!

    I had the most horrible experience here today. I went in for a walk in and the front desk attendant- some lady with long red wavy hair and arm tattoos was so rude to me! I understand that walk-ins take more time completely and honestly was already at terms with the fact that I would be in there for quite a while but, the womans tone when explaining that to me was downright condescending. It took her an hour to even ask for my insurance card. When my partner who I was with stood to ask about the situation for me since I had already asked and was also met with outstanding rudeness and such a dry tone like them asking was a bother to her. Following this she peered over at us from her computer with a disgusting glare. I went into this urgent care not expecting outstanding customer service but, she wasn’t even able to provide the baseline for just human decency. Find another job because healthcare is NOT for you. I have truly never been treated with such a nasty attitude from a heath-care professional. The doctor and nurses however, when I was finally seen were polite and kind.

    I had the best experience last night, from the first desk to being discharged. I have worked in the medical field for over 34 years and 16 in a Urgent Care. The doctor was very caring and actually really listened to you and was not in a rush. I know at times it can be overwhelming but Marque Urgent care greats you with a smile. I would highly recommend this office.

    came here last week for a h plyori test and I had to find out from my own doctor, who I made a separate appt before coming, that I was positive. I was told they would call me if I was positive but they never have, and dealing with their automated phone centers were frustrating to get through. I’ve been dealing with pains from my gut and it sucks knowing treatment could have started sooner. Plus the wait times here are super long every time I have came. I’ll just go somewhere else now.

    I got swabbed for COVID. The results results were supposed to be ready within 15 min. I sat and waited 45 min still no results. I went back up to the front desk and asked heavy set girl with the glasses if my results were ready. She replied “Oh yea I just have to print them out. Give me a second” . The girl with the glasses at the front desk is rude . She needs to take a customer service skills course. If she wasn’t so busy chatting with co worker maybe she’d be able to do her job and print the results instead of having people waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. I do not recommend!

    Don't trust the online pricing as it is quite frankly incorrect. Showed up for a physical (on the website claimed $50) had to pay $129 out off pocket. Took my ID to bill and told me to sit down. Waited over an hour just to realize they forgot about me. even after reminding them i still proceeded to wait for what seemed like forever. The service is just simply terrible. Very disorganized, staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. Very disappointing. Would not recommend Marque urgent care to anyone! Your needs obviously aren't very urgent to them.

From the receptionist who has a great positive attitude under difficult conditions to the X-ray tech and attendants inside- even though I am one of so many seen all day, they still have the energy to treat me as if I was their only patient of the day with much care and cheerful spirit.     I went to Marque because it was listed as an in network urgent care facility in my health insurance directory. When the doctor (nurse practioner) looked at my laceration he said he wouldn't be comfortable working on it, and recommended I go to an ER. What good is an urgent care that can't stitch you up when you need some stitches? I did go to the ER and they stitched me up, but the whole point of going to urgent care was not to get a $2,000 or$3000 bill for stitches.

    I had a medical emergency on vacation. I made an appointment that was 45 minutes later. The staff kept telling me that it would only be a couple of minutes but then I waited 90 minutes. Another person was upset that this happened to them while I was waiting. The staff blamed them for causing an issue and delaying things but the person was otherwise nice- but frustrated. The staff is otherwise OK. But I wish they were honest.

    I am absolutely frustrated with this type of service. I had a bad experience the first time my son came to get vaccinated. It’s common sense not to mix the people who come in sick for a COVID test with everyone else and they continue to do it?! There was a lady coughing and sneezing without her mask and yet they do nothing about it. I never saw someone sanitize the seats that sick patients who come in for a COVID test sit on. They continue to seat other patients in those same seats! The second time we came we had to wait 45 minutes and still nobody called my son in, we made an appointment just for that reason so we wouldn’t have to wait. I do not recommend this place at all I’d rather go to my local pharmacy to get the vaccine. As an urgent care they should know better

    Horrible service!! Made appointment on-line. Arrived early for daughter's well being appointment and the office receptionist said there was no appointment in the system. I showed her 2 text messages I received confirming the appointment and she again said that it was not in the system and if my daughter wanted to be attended there was a 3 hour waiting period. I asked her if she could make another appointment for my daughter and she said to go online to make it. I told her that's what I had done already and obviously it did not work as there was no record of the appointment. I asked if I could speak with the Manager and she said the Manager had left for the day. At this point I was very frustrated and left the clinic. Very unprofessional clinic/receptionist.

    Waited for 45 minutes in the office after making an appointment and then was told it was going to be a virtual appointment because they only had one room available all afternoon even though I was already on site, sitting in their office. I was then told that their system “was down” and to go to one of their other locations.     Doctor Mark Chan and his office staff are awesome! Dr. Mark was very thorough and checked on things in my lungs and stomach to make sure everything was normal and was very educational about the experience. I’ve lost a few hours of sleep over being sick this last week and half but since going in today I’ve lost a lot of stress and anxiety. Luckily I’m getting my energy back and my appetite as well! Gail the office manager is super awesome and empathetic to the guest who enter Marque. Will definitely be going back to Dr. Mark @ Marque!

    Just WOW. My first time here and I was pleased they also had x-ray capabilities as most "walk-in" care facilities don't have this option. Plus they were super nice, professional, and very little wait (5-10 min). Their lobby was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was also seen by highly skilled professionals such as a PA for triage and a DO for my actual appointment. Nowadays medical organizations try to push us "non-urgent" patients to lower-skilled levels of care to save costs so I appreciated knowing they weren't skimming on costs on me. I will definitely be bringing my entire family here for any urgent care in the future!

    Marque Urgent Care gave me great service. From the front desk to the x-ray tech to the doctor, I felt they cared about me and were courteous and professional. They had many patients and were able to care for all of them quickly, given the current demand for Covid testing and all other patients. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care when you cannot see your PCP.

    I waited an hour in the rain to be tested for COVID. A lady came out and said they would no longer be testing anyone for the remainder of the day at 5 PM even though they are open until 8 PM and I was in line for an hour already. For the hour I wanted only 3 people were helped. I came a few days prior, and the woman at the front desk said I needed to pay $120 for "clearance". I asked why I had to pay and why my insurance would not cover it if since I was clearly sick. She said I'd need to see a provider, which I was completely fine with. I am unsure why she didn't off that first, and I had to ask several questions to have insurance cover it. Unhappy with the service overall due to their lack of communication. I understand we are all struggling, but they need to do better with communicating to the clients, especially if there are only a handful of people in line.

    They open promptly at 8:00am. I was greeted courteously by the receptionist. After being registered in I was asked to wait in the car and a nurse came out to administer the covid test and did a culture test for strap throat. All this was done in the pouring rain and might I add, her demeanor never changed. The Dr. promptly call my cell and gave me the results of which were negative, thank you Jesus. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care. I'm praying for safety and good health for the entire staff as well as all the frontliner around the world.🙏💞🤗😷😓 ~Continued blessings~

    It took a while to get the Covid test even though the line was not too long, but the staff was great. Also, we were allowed to wait in our car and they texted to say they were ready, then came to the car for the test. Thanks! As a follow up, nearly a week later: it is not Marque Medical’s fault, but the test results are still noy back fromnthe lab. I ordered some home tests, which are not reliable, but at least I will be able to say there was a result when asked.

    Onassis was very friendly and helpful! It’s hard to keep an upbeat attitude when you’re seeing patients on (pretty much) their worst day. But he had a smile that you could see through his mask and was quick to help! I was in and out of there in 90 minutes. WAY faster than any other urgent care/ER visit I’ve ever experienced.

    We were visiting from out of town ( 6 hours away to be exact) my daughter became feeling ill so we took her to Marque Medical. I was really pleased with the level of care my daughter received from here. We were in and out within an hour. They even let us know where a 24 hour pharmacy was so we can have her medication filled. If I’m ever need care while I’m in town this will be my number 1 stop!

    As the saying goes…if I could give this clinic a zero, I would. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line and I was taken to an exam room almost immediately. (My appointment was @ 8:15 and the clinic opens at 8.) It was downhill from there. It too 3 days for the pharmacy to reach the MD to clarify the prescription, due to a malfunctioning phone tree. I was contacted 4 days later to go over lab results via telehealth. The provider called within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Told me his first name, but left me wondering if he was an MD, PA or what, until I asked. He had no idea for the purpose of the call. When I replied it was to go over lab results, he said “I get it and call you back so you don’t sit on hold”. That’s considerate. But what is not considerate nor is it acceptable, he did not call back for 1 3/4 hours (105 minutes). I am a retired emergency room nurse, and these actions are totally unacceptable in my book. Needless to say, if my physician can’t get me in, I will choose a different urgent care in the future.

    I cut my foot open pretty bad and from the time I was received, to the time I left, I felt attentively monitored and cared for. Ms. Raya cleaned my foot up with a lot of care and very minimal pain… Ms. Amy stitched me up in a breeze and made me feel much less anxiety than I was feeling… Ms. J was more than accommodating in anything I needed in the waiting process. Ms. Melissa was professional and prompt and assured me a positive outcome in my situation. Thank you to Marque Urgent Care for rendering to me great service.

    The people at the front desk were very rude without matters, Made us wait for about 2 hours and then when my mother asked about it the front lady laughed at her and said she couldn’t understand her (my mothers first language is not English) Even though she explained the situation in a clear way. After waiting for so long the doctor finally look us in just to examine me very quickly and have someone else return with the paperwork telling me information that we already knew. Overall horrible experience! And need to learn to have manners.

    Front desk staff needs to be better trained. There needs to be an office manager checking that staff is doing their job. Front desk staff is rude and does not follow through. Medical assistants lack training. Unprofessional. Fooling around constantly and need reminders from patients. Both occasions I have been to this location have been disappointing. I understand the staff shortage, etc but the lack of professionalism I have experienced has nothing to do with staffing shortage. Medical professional that we saw is also either inexperienced or not 100% there. Medical provider did not do a thorough job at checking my child. She stated child had ear infection and I suspected she was guessing. Took my kid to the ER hours after seen at this urgent care and ER doctor mentioned there was no ear infection. Not only were we forgotten multiple times at this office but also staff does not do a good job overall. Please get a manager at this location to oversee that things are getting done at least in the lobby.

    I thought that because I was a new patient I would have difficulty filling out the registration forms but it was the opposite. The waiting time was not bad either, at an average of one hour I left the clinic with diagnosis and treatment.
