My daughter has been going to this gym for years. My experience here has always been pleasant until recently. I paid for a previous session and due to family issues, my daughter missed 2 classes. Previously before I would call and the front desk girl would just reschedule for a make up class. Simple! This last time I called I spoke to Louisa and OMG how rude. She was very persistent on stating that my daughter was not allowed to make up a class because I did not call in advance. I informed her I have medical records and a doctors note stating I was ill. She didn't budge. I was on the phone with her for about 20 minutes. I told her to call me back. 1 hour passes by so I called her. She said she was still "looking into it". I asked to speak to her boss. The owner Lana picked up and basically said there was new management and no one enforced the rules before and now they are. She threw it in my face saying that I'm costing her money when I miss a class so she shouldn't have to give my daughter a make up class at all. She also added that her employees has families too and they need to get paid as well. I was appalled in how inconsiderable she was. I informed her I was ill and she said they need to make money too. By this time her voice was at a higher pitch and interrupting me as I was speaking. Horrible customer service. I added that because she didn't want to accommodate me for 2 classes, she lost my business completely. Searching for a new gym...not happy with current management. Some places go downhill when management changes and I can assure you, this gym will be losing a lot of business.

It is an average gymnastics place. I've taken my daughter there twice Once when she was 2 years old and then we returned when she was 5. During those 3 years not much has changed. They charge quite a lot for a 45 minute class. Things are often decided last minute when it comes to who is gonna be teaching the class, whether its gonna be upstairs or downstairs , and if they will have enough littles for a group. I feel like the teachers are too young, not very interested; there's not much adjustment they make for the kids to really learn. Maybe for older kids it's different but for the littles it simply is a place to get their energy out and it's still too short.. we won't be coming back.. this place needs to be more organized and teachers need to be more productive/invested in teaching the kids gymnastic basics. Another huge downside is that it's super hot!

Not a bad gym. Price wise it is one of the best in the area. My daughter has learned a lot and continues to enjoy it. The class sizes range week to week which is odd. They could benefit from a re-structured class schedule and better clerical / secretary skills up front. Beware there is no AC and they never use their fans...? Updating the interior and some equipment is much needed. To the owner if you read this, please invest in some better fans, it is almost unbearable just sitting here. I canโ€™t imagine for all the young kids moving around and sweating. That being said you get what you pay for I suppose.

I feel the instructors are too young and inexperienced, I don't like the fact that you cannot make up a class unless you give them a 24 hr notice. I was told my daughter was late to class and wouldn't be admitted next time she was late (I hope they realize they are located blocks away from trolley tracks, that sometimes take 20min) the price is great in comparison to other gyms but the place needs work and it gets really smelly in there most of the time.

I absolutely love this gym and do not regret coming here but i recently told my parents that I did not want to continued classes here because, I have been learning more on my own in the grass rather than in the gym with the coaches. I personally felt as if the coaches were just holding me back from my full potential. I did learn a lot of technique and form but not much skills. I still love the gym and i think it is a great place to start gymnastics. This was the first place I went to gymnastics and I love the coaches and I have so many good memories.

As of October 23, 2018, there was a price hike. They make you pay more if you don't pay in advance by a set due date. They WILL NOT due make up sessions if you don't call a day before, you only get one chance. My daughter did not receive the support she needed to learn the flips while others got more attention. My daughter only attended 3 months, but as you can see, the reasons to stop going kept accumulating, until I ran out of patience.

Try to not expect too much. The coaches always seem unhappy to be there: low energy, sitting instead of up and correcting the gymnasts' forms, slow moving and constant RBFs. I guess you get what you pay for. I would pay more for better quality coaches.

Classes are in small group sessions with equipment rotations; staff is following sanitation guidelines and enforcing face coverings and social distancing without exceptions. Limit only one audience member per student. Students and audience all get temperature checked prior to admitance. Reasonable prices and variety of camps and other event activities offered at additional cost. Free session available to any new student....just gotta call to schedule it. As far as classes, coaches are young and enthusiastic. Some are a bit more strict and yell more than others, so it can be a bit intimidating for the absolute newbie. There are different skill level classes offered and plenty of different hours to choose from. Overall, my daughter would like to learn more trampoline acrobatics and I may need to find a different place for that, but she likes Rockstar Gymnastics for now.

A great place for beginners gymnastics! They teach all the events and components of gymnastics, and no experience necessary. My little girl loves Rock Star!

I have been coming to this gym for going on 9 years, I am part of the competitive team and I love Rock Star and all the coaches and my friends. The coaching is awesome. When I first joined rock star at 4 years old, I was shy and would resist going into class. Now, almost 9 years later, I am more confident and I love coming to class. I would go every day of the week if I could.

Parking is hard to get depending what time you come in. Place looks very clean and staff is nice and very helpful. There's is good ventilation inside compared to other "warehouses." Place is very clean and everything is nicely placed.

The teachers are great and My daughter loved going but there customer service is terrible lots of miss communication you set up with one person and the next day you get there they say sheโ€™s not registered or they donโ€™t recognize there students who have been going there for almost a year

Never had a child enrolled here, but i did attend a demonstration at the gym. It appears to be very well equipped, clean, well taken care of, and well ventilated. The children look engaged and confident. You can tell they are actively learning. Impressive show of skill. Lonna seems to truly love what she doea, and it shows. She is present, focused, and always smiling. She's very much connected to the children. Most importantly, the kids look proud of their work and are all having a blast! At the end of the day, isn't that what matters most? Anyway, when the time comes, i would certainly enroll my child here.

๐Ÿ˜  Horrible supervision and absolutely not safe. My son attended a weeklong summer camp and enjoyed some of the structured lessons during the day. ๐Ÿ˜  The staff are very nice and welcoming. However, the pool and splash pad open times are terrible. Why is the splash pad on Saturday only open for. 9:30-12:30.
