This is the second year I have my son's party at My Ninja Factory. My first experience was 2 to 3 years ago and it was great however this time was horrible. I won't be back again. The woman at the front who said she is a manager was rude. She had poor customer service skills. She told me to "Pay and head out". We began to have issues when someone from our party group didn't mention they were here for a birthday and were charged the the full amount. When I mentioned it to her she refused to give them a refund. She didn't let one of the children in my party play because she said he was too old. Its possible the form was fill out incorrectly but even when we told her she said he still couldn't play. She tried to charge us for an extra person even though one of the children wasn't allowed to play. When we first arrived I forgot to show her my military ID for a discount so I asked at the end if she could make an adjust and she refused. I asked if we could at least not pay for the socks since we didn't get the discount but again she said no. When I asked for a way way contact the owner she was less than helpful. She said I could email the email on the website. When I spoke to the other manager he offered to pass on my information so the owner could reach out. I'm disappointed with the experience I had today.

Definitely a fun place for the kids. If your little one has alot of energy, this place is the place to be. The reason why I only gave 3 stars ... let me lay it out. 1) First thing - they don't take cash! Helloooo, cash is king people! 2) kids were having fun, and then they kept coming back crying saying the kids kept cutting them in line to get on the ride. The workers on the floor were not helpful at all, I had to stand at the line and keep the peace by saying who's next and not let cutters through! 3) No signs anywhere about what's allowed on the carpet or not, the workers kept approaching us, you can't do this, you can't do that, that's not allowed - just felt very attacked. Something as simple as sitting down with no socks on. Not Cool. Other than that, everything else was ok.

This place is a blast - we brought a 2,4, and 6 year old here, everyone was having a great time. Our youngest needed support to do some of the bigger activities, but overall there’s quite a bit for everyone. There is no tiny kid area, only bigger obstacles. There’s lots of kids, running around, may not be the best im if your bringing a kid younger than 2. There’s snacks and drinks here, but cash only. You need socks as well. We came on a Sunday morning to early afternoon, it wasn’t overly crazy but with several parties happening, I’m sure it doesn’t get too much busier. We paid $20 for 2 hours. We recommend coming here, lots of fun, and not absurdly priced.

A fun place for large children and small youth. Target age range appears to be 4 to 11. Lots of obstacles, very colorful. My young child said it’s a bit boring after a while. She still has lots of fun and wore herself out plenty. Their waiver process is broken, requiring one to sign up with email for their newsletter or no waiver can be signed. Their work around was to put in a fake email - which defeats the purpose of email verification. It’s also a bit loud, with plenty of blowers constantly going combined with the screams of small children. Is a constant 78+ decibels, with spikes well above 80. The employees ought to be required to wear ear plugs per CalOSHA standards.

We love this place. Especially the morning special! My four year old daughter loves to come to try every single ride. The staffs are super friendly and professional! Thumb up for Austen who goes way up to help little ones to overcome the fear! He has been helping my daughter every time she comes here. I can tell he loves his job and love helping kids. Truly amazing person

Nice place for physical activity and fun activities for kids. And also for birthday party. Just there is not enough space for adults to sit and watch the kids. The space are reserved for birthdays.

My kids all love coming here. They especially love Austin. He is so good with the kids and plays with them so I can get a little break of a million questions. My daughter was grumpy today and we walked in and she saw him, screamed and ran off to play. Gives this homeschooling mom a nice little break and gives them kids lots of exercise and fun.

Really liked the place. Didn’t like that we couldn’t participate with the kiddos but other than that it was an awesome time. Should have time slots for toddler time. The age range gap was an issue at times. The bigger kids got a little wild at times. The employees did there best to keep them in check. Austin was awesome. Super friendly and professional. Great with the kids. Definitely deserves a raise.

Great, cool, save, fun place for the kids to burn some energy. Great for parties and casual playtime. Friendly staff and good environment. Should have an adult hour however. Just saying.

Great place for kids! Definitely a good setup with the light snacks, drinks, but theres room to expand on that. The birthday party concept is nice, but maybe options to add more time to it. Need more seating for parents/families. Limited seating can make for a long 1, 2 or all day stand. Would also be nice if there was WiFi. I see some parents/families bringing laptops to work while here.

Amazing time for both my boys. One is 4 and one is 6 and they just had a blast. Austin is an amazing employee. He loves to help the kids and has great interaction. Any time I am in town we will be here at least once.

We recently held my daughter’s birthday party at My Ninja Factory and couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. From the beginning process of booking to the actual day of our event everything was perfect. The space is always clean and well organized. Also the staff is very attentive to all your needs!!!

Seems very clean. Almost all ages. Getting in was easy & smooth because the young ladies were helpful. Just had to sign a waiver. About $25 each for all day play which I think is fair compared to other places. Love the colors of the place. Not too crowded at all. Not many places to sit though either but that's okay for the size of it. Would bring the kids back if we get back to this area.

Our girl was very shy and a little hesitant to try all the play areas, but the staff (Austin & Mika) were amazing, they showed her around, played with her, brought other kids together so they could all play together. They did an amazing job and our girl love them! They were patient with all the kids! And the entire staff were nice (Front Desk). The place is neat, everything is well organized and the bathrooms are super clean as well. Very nice place!! We will definitely coming back

Play city was looking pretty full so I asked what the age range was for ninja factory. The front desk informed it was 2 to 12. We have a 2 and 4 year old We assume that bumps and bruises can occur in indoor playgrounds just as they can at a regular playground. But you also assume that basic safety measures like not having stand alone jumping structures on hard flooring will be followed. They were not at this playground which had multiple stand alone play structures and climbing structures on hard flooring. Children who misstep on the climbing structures can fall from up to 5 feet on this facility. A clear risk for head and other injuries. This playground had some nice playground equipment, but not enough safety measures in place under the inflatables, making it dangerous for younger kids who aren't sure of their footing. Within 3 minutes my 4 yr fell off a 5 foot structure onto hard flooring. Had I been aware ahead of time of the poor safety we would never have allowed him o to the structure, but due to the layout of the structure it wasn't clear at first view that the structure extends for 10 to 15 deer with no side padding or guards. I do not recomend. This needs major renovations to be safe for young children.

This place is incredible!!! There is are many things for the kids to do. 2.5 hours there was not enough for the kids. The workers are very attentive and ensuring the kids are playing safely. I was impressed. The bathrooms were clean despite there being 50+ kids running laps.

If you need your kids to burn off some energy, then definitely bring them here! My kids had a blast, so much fun and physical activity to do that they ended up falling asleep on the car ride home 😆 Definitely recommend this place 👌

Honestly this review is for Austin. He helped my little girl on February so much that day! The other day she saw a video I took of her there on my phone and asked to go again. When we first went she was 28 months and really struggled with some of the obstacles and Austin took her through and helped her with every single one! I was a bit leary of coming back just cause it's probably for kids a bit older but she was so excited and I thought "they have a bounce house if anything " however she of course wanted to climb and do everything! I was so relieved to see Austin there again and he was so helpful and supportive of her! She would have had a very tough time without him, but instead she had a blast! I appreciate amazing customer service myself but to be so patient and awesome with my daughter just makes me so happy! Seriously when I go back I'm going to call ahead and make sure Austin is working! He even knew kids by name and just amazing at his job! My daughter went over while he was vacuuming an area to ask him for help (I didn't think she would have the assertiveness or be able to ask being only 32 months..but she did and he knew right away. Stopped what he was doing and helped her on it! We will definitely go back. We also had one of the best naps after ;)

great staff!!!! We visited for the first time today. Everyone was so friendly to our kids. The young staff Austin and another young folk helped my toddler several times when they saw her hesitating. Even jumped or slided with her. How did this place get these awesome employees?! Defintely coming back. 😊
