Went to day with a few friends. Pulled up around 9:47 pm the advertise they close at ten pm. There was no line and they security guard did not let us in. We mentioned you guys advise you close at ten pm. Security said they closed at 9:45 pm. We all decided we are going to take a class action law suit on the business due to false advertisement. We have proof. If they’re going to be in our city they need to think about the costumer that helps their business stay a float. Will this be the first dispensary with a law suit? Perhaps not but we’re will to take the correct measure to make sure they are for the people not for their own interest.

well, Well, WELL ... another security guard GONE RUDELY WRONG again. After stopping by many times, NOW security has an issue with the way roll. And instead of asking, THEY go with the straight directives. RUDE ... RUDE ... RUDE ... What ashame too, I actually liked this place. !!! ANOTHER DISPENSARY GONE ROGUE !!!

The BEST DAILY deals in the CV area. The staff was helpful. It was a very clean and safe environment. The store has a pick up service. Order ahead of time to save time in a potentially long walk up line. Parking is limited on the property but there is plenty off-site around it.

Herb deals are great people in there are great too except for a heavy set Mexican security guard who was there on 4-19 right before closing time. I wasn’t even talking to him or anything and he said “ you don’t have to give me that attitude “.. I asked politely if there was a check in line because 3-4 people were confused about it, he ignored me and then I found out it was because he thought I gave him “ attitude “ . I was just trying to stock up before 4-20 in such a great mood. Maybe have a better system in which customers aren’t confused about which line is which. As an ex customer service secret shopper coordinator i give that security guard an F but the store and its other staff is A +

Really disappointed with their customer service. They have some great deals but unfortunately I'll no longer do business with them after today. Apparently loyalty and good customer service are foreign concepts here. Today wasn't the first example of this but it's definitely going to be the last. Will def be telling my friends about my experience as well. Smh.

I understand sales tax, and would've had a much better experience had the budtender handling pick up orders had just stopped talking a lot sooner than she did. I swear she just rubbed it in that I was paying so much more than I would have literally else where and I was fine but she would not shut up about it. Awful customer interaction. I was trying to make this a new spot with this being my third visit in a month, but I'll actually never come back after today. Don't forget to check literally EVERYONE else y'all!!

Yelp reviews says 2.4 🤔 I think these google reviews are bots or are bought off. I came in for the first time to check out what they had to offer. First of all no one greeted me or seemed like they wanted to approach me. That automatically gave first wrong impression. Workers do not seem happy or want to work there. Not much to offer, very limited stock. I perfer Cookies or March and Ash-better products, never fail customer service, and you know what you are getting out of it- an overall pleasant experience. I will not be coming back or referring anyone here, as a matter of fact, I do not know of this place.

I love this dispensary! I am loyal to this place. They always have what I need and are super helpful and kind. They take great care of their customers. I just had a dime battery stop working on me, and I was out of there 1 week returns and exchange window, I would've totally understood if they couldn't exchange it. I let them know I was having trouble getting a response from the company for the warranty and Miranda got it all worked out for me. Thank you Miranda for your awesome customer service and for being so sweet. Go spend your money at grasshopper guys, you'll be happy you did.

Much less hassle getting in the door as an out of state visitor than other dispensaries I've been to. I had proper ID, and after checking it I was allowed in to browse. Customers were only let in a certain number at a time so it wasn't crowded and the attendants made sure I was taken care of. After ringing me up, but before paying, the lady at the register let me know I got a 20% discount for being a first time customer. That was pretty awesome of her.. I ended up buying another 30% of product and came out like a champ. Wide variety of product to choose from as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

This is my go to spot but after today not so sure ! I was sold two fake Kingpen cartridges, before you state you don’t sell fake carts I scanned the QR code and looked for the scratch off code and no where to be found ! Sucks when you think your buying legit products and in reality you don’t know what your putting in your body! I added my photos and a photo of a real cartridge box of where the code should be

They tried selling me an 8th for $69 that isn’t even testing at 40%. I’m going to Urbn Leaf next time. Price gouging and I always feel like the girls there have weird, judgy attitudes. Oh can’t forget that they don’t close at 10pm, they close at 9:56 when there’s 8 customers waiting outside the door in the cold for 30mins telling them to go home. Wack and not going back.

Good Buds, Clean place. The security here was really good! Got greeted by a funny Security Guard named David and Darius who directed me to the host! The service was all around friendly and the quality was top notch.

Nicely set up business with great tenders who show you their best products and what the specials are. They have a wide selection of canna for the medical crowd. Ample parking and secure.

The reason why I am writing this is because of the spamming of messages from them. I never been there (I never support these businesses) or even live near them. But I keep getting random messages from them. I keep blocking their different numbers and report them as junk. Yet I still get messages from new numbers. Don’t know if someone that frequents this establishment that using my number or someone at this place. It’s rude and annoying.

I love GH! From their product to customer service it’s amazing! Even on my bad days they still are able to make me feel alright by just being patient and kind. Even tho I’m in Eastlake I still get my products from here. Only thing I would say is they are not allowing anyone else to pick up for you - my husband would pick up my order all of the time but just recently they stopped that because my name was on the order Other than that they are awesome

How come some get $7 off & free merch? My friend told me this girl with curly hair and pimples on her face gave her a lot of free stuff and a big discount. Do they pick and choose? That’s a shame! The owner must be loosing big money! SMH. This happened Saturday September 24th around 3pm. We all want free stuff too!

Everyone is so nice and inviting here. This location isn't a boutique style shop necessarily but the items are on full display and your tender is more than happy to answer questions about the products. I'd just recommend maybe knowing what you want to get before coming in. It moves customers through quicker that way.

First time here and I loved it. I received a wake n bake goody bag with so much inside. Not only that Mexi the budtender was super cool plus I got a free a smoothie. Definitely made my morning

The entire staff is very professional and friendly, full of knowledge… however there’s always that one individual that rises above others with a special touch of detail. Grasshopper used to be my dispensary of choice..... I bought an ounce 5 days ago I spend over $100 which gave me a free 1/8...I was not able to get my promotion gif. So they told me come back the next day I was not able to make it back the next day. So I went five days after thinking I was going to get my promotion give wish they denied 😡😡😡😡 because it was too far back. I ask myself I spend so much money every other week buying Oz from this dispensary,I don't think 1 1/8 would have hurt them..... 🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡

It's usually hit or miss, sometimes it doesn't feel like there is a good selection but sometimes certain deals are popping! Would add another star but sometimes some of the female staff are a little rude ☹️

Great and friendly staff, always there to help even if you have no idea what you want. Place always clean, colorful, loud. Great prices, before 2 different tax fees applied. Products are always satisfying no matter the brand or price, and get the job done. You can order ahead online. If there is a line outside, it usually goes down pretty fast so it's not much of a wait, plus you will be waiting in the shade on a sunny day, or under a heater on a cold night.

I ordered online the jeeter buy one get one cart sale that ends on the 23rd and when i was paying i asked if it’s possible to get another set of this sale as i was paying and the cashier went to talk to his manager and when he came back he told me the jeeter sale was over and was while supplies last and took the free jeeter out of the bag i had already paid for

I asked the bud tender for the lower priced pot, and I think me asking questions got him upset. I asked him if he had tried the pot he was showing me, and a simple no would have been enough. Instead, he said in a semi-snobby tone, "I only smoke concentrates." I mean, I didn't ask for that specific information. Maybe he's a nice dude and I'm just having an iffy day, I dunno.
