I
came
here
to
do
a
return
and
they
wasted
over
1
hour
40
mins
of
my
time.
They
kept
telling
me
I
have
to
have
the
receipt
and
siting
false
policy
when
I
was
showing
them
WalMart
Policy
stating
you
do
not
need
receipt
for
returns.
Augustine
was
a
manager
making
up
policies
saying
you
have
to
have
receipt
when
that
policy
doesn’t
exist.
I
told
them
to
show
the
policy
to
me
then
because
I’m
showing
you
Walmart
policy
via
the
site
that
says
no
receipt
needed.
They
cannot
find
their
fake
made
up
policy
anywhere
to
show
me.
Augustine
called
another
manager
who
repeated
made
up
policy
and
I
said
I
have
my
credit
card
transaction
statement
from
yesterday
when
I
purchased
the
item.
Also
the
item
has
the
date
stamped
on
it,
impossible
to
be
90
days
old.
Augustine
will
not
tell
me
the
name
of
the
manager
he
called
citing
false
policy
to
protect
the
misconduct.
They
have
to
get
another
manager
who
finally
sets
them
straight.
Wasted
over
1
hour
40
mins
from
the
time
I
was
being
helped,
not
yet
waiting
in
line.
I
did
this
on
my
lunch
break
and
had
to
extend.
I
lost
more
than
the
return
was
worth
in
time
away
because
they
don’t
know
their
own
policies
and
try
to
make
up
policies
that
doesn’t
exist
to
justify.
