    Never any carts. We went back outside and followed the gentleman bringing in carts, just to find a line of people waiting and we had to go outside again. Don't know if it's the homeless stealing or just that they don't have enough carts for the load of customers that visit. The store was clean and well stocked.

    Horrible Experience with money transfer service. They don’t know what is valid ID and what is not. Wasted a ton of my time. Requiring only US ID in order to receive money. Poor understanding of the policy and the process. All the way up to general manager. They all need training and big help. Until then this service is not acceptable. Can’t show an actual policy in printed or digital format to the customer as a proof of their words. Bad bad bad

    I had not visited this Walmart for quite some time. I am shocked at how nice it is! Spotless clean, shiny floors, fully stocked, well organized, friendly staff. This is now my number one Walmart choice.

    Not sure what’s wrong with this place but this Walmart auto center really needs new employees. Cannot believe it took them 3hrs for a simple oil change. Seen only 4 guys and 2 of them just chillin. Valvoline so much faster and better service.

    Ok, ya gotta do shopping to get the best deal right? Well I found this high protein,Glucose Control, nutrition drink for my elderly mom. Vanilla and strawberry which is her favorite flavors. If you have a loved one who needs high protein and is having issues eating solids, this is an excellent option. The Glucose helps without blood pressure sugar spikes. Yes, always check with your physician before believing me.😆😃🥰 But we got info from our Dr. So cha-ching I bought both nutrition drinks and she likes it! Perfect for her huge need!👏👏👏 Another thing if you need a quick blender for juice smoothies or the like, I also got a powerful but compact NutriBullet!

    There was a price discrepancy between the app and the store price. I showed it to the cashier (who was pretty nice,even though I brought this up right before her break), the shift manager took at least 5 minutes to locate. When she finally arrived she straight out said no. I showed her the app and that it showed the lower price as an in store price for that store, she still said no and claimed she couldn't change it because she couldn't give me a clearance price. I showed her where it clearly said roll back, she said she didn't know where I was getting that page from because it wasn't the same as hers. I closed my app, opened it and did the search in front of her which opened to the same page. She claimed the product was on clearance because her phone was correct and mine wasn't, I pointed out that her phone didn't say clearance. She STILL didn't give it to me! I decided to stop arguing and to speak to the store manager the following day. As I walked to the door I asked myself why would I subject myself to that abuse willingly. I got home and pulled up Amazon. They had a really nice lamp that has 2 heads with 4 light settings (dimmable). I didn't have to waste my gasoline and I got it for the price that was advertised. I had several problems with the pharmacy until I found a new one and never came back. I guess it's time to do the same with the rest of the store. I guess the manager forgets, we have cars and as easily as we drove there we can drive somewhere else.

    I went to three other WalMarts today, one on Broadway, one on E Hst, and the other one off of Palm, and this WalMart blew me away! They are the cleanest, most organized, we’re fully stocked, and staff were so friendly and did not appear annoyed when I asked for something. Seriously, what a difference! Found everything I was looking for, won’t go to another Walmart

    I came here to do a return and they wasted over 1 hour 40 mins of my time. They kept telling me I have to have the receipt and siting false policy when I was showing them WalMart Policy stating you do not need receipt for returns. Augustine was a manager making up policies saying you have to have receipt when that policy doesn’t exist. I told them to show the policy to me then because I’m showing you Walmart policy via the site that says no receipt needed. They cannot find their fake made up policy anywhere to show me. Augustine called another manager who repeated made up policy and I said I have my credit card transaction statement from yesterday when I purchased the item. Also the item has the date stamped on it, impossible to be 90 days old. Augustine will not tell me the name of the manager he called citing false policy to protect the misconduct. They have to get another manager who finally sets them straight. Wasted over 1 hour 40 mins from the time I was being helped, not yet waiting in line. I did this on my lunch break and had to extend. I lost more than the return was worth in time away because they don’t know their own policies and try to make up policies that doesn’t exist to justify.

    Sunday afternoon a parking spot was difficult to find. Once inside, I found everything I came for. 4-5 cashiers on duty. 👍👍👍 Only downside was credit card 💳 processing system in the entire store was working at 25% of capacity. Credit cards being declined 3-4 times before cards were finally excepted. All cashiers and managers visibly frustrated. Cash is KING

    Clean, organized, and secure. Was surprised to see shirts and socks locked up. Security is not lacking here so pick a different store to steal from because no one else wants to shop from shelves that are locked up and you won't succeed.

    Thursday at 5:30pm, one regular register open and one express. Everyone else is on break. Poor scheduling. Where are the managers that should be overlooking this. Worst time I have ever experienced here and I come often. Unfortunately i did not get the cashier's name that helped me but she was good even though you could tell she was a bit over the situation.

    Cashier Carmina was very friendly she deserves a raise! Carmina took me on her lane even when she had turned off her lane light because she had to go to lunch. When you have customer service like that you feel good of a store. Thank you Carmina!

    This is the easiest walmart to steal from. They've had the same manager Jill and the secret shopper idk his name, hes got a bad superman tattoo. They only ever go after minorities or homeless people.

    Clean and tidy but if you need produce and meats don’t come here it very minimal. It’s like a Walmart but only If you need everything buy produce and meats. They have food but not like a regular walmart. Staff was nice.

    This really goes out to all the Walmarts I've been to in San Diego, however this location in particular I've had bad experiences with management in customer service whenever trying to make a return. They pretty much treat you like you just stole the item and are trying to return it. And getting the manager involved escalates the bad experience. I understand there's a lot of theft at this location, but from what I have seen LP is doing a good job of staying on this. The worst part about every Walmart is when going in to shop either an hour before closing or an hour after opening. The stalkers are there with their stuff everywhere. Blocking many items. They're very rude and they treat you like you're staying later when they're supposed to be closed when actually there's an hour left before closing time and it happens time after time no matter what location. The continuously slam all the boxes of whatever item they're working on and it's just unnecessary. No wonder why I get defective items at Walmart. The stalkers should start at 11:00 p.m. not 9:30 or 10:00. And they should be out and gone by 6:00 a.m. when they open.

    I went in today shopping for some Halloween pj's for my family didn't find any but I came across some Disney Christmas pj's. I was so excited to buy them but unfortunately that all came to an end when I went to check out . I told the woman working the self-checkout by the name of Geraldine that the price that they rung up was different from the price that was on the sign . She said give me a second let me go check it out . She came back stating that was not the correct price that the pj's was place there by a guest . I said Miss they were not left there they were fully stocked and she said no they wasn't. What I am trying understand is why is she standing there arguing with me when I am a Guest Instead of arguing with me and going back and forth which is so unprofessional by the way. I kindly asked if she can call her manager over which she stating yes . I waited like 10 minutes for her Manager by name of Isabel to come which wasn't pleasant because she is walking over on her personal phone 📱 in hand texting when I said hello 👋 she responded with give me a second please . Which made me feel that her personal conversation was more important than attending the guest ( me) as discussing the matter she continued to be on her phone without Aknowledgeing me. She said what's going on I expand to her the situation she said that the items were left by a guest that people do that . I stated miss the items were fully stocked why is it your words disregarding mines is what I am not understanding. She stated by policy she can only honor the price of one item. Which I kindly declined the purchased . Please do better walmart .Team Members/Managers Why do you guy's give Your Guest such a hard time when shopping with you .

    Ask for assistance in tools 10 minutes later no help, also try to buy bike chain repair kit, locked up waited 10 minutes no help. I asked for chlorine for the pool they have any no one can point me to the right direction. If I'm there more than half an hour trying to get somebody to help me, what good is the savings for the amount of time you spent waiting for someone to help you just go to the right stores that provide the right service. Pay a little more save the time on the right things you want. Sorry Walmart you get what you paid, for exactly the right customer service..... cheap!!!

    Went to Walmart for a inner tube for my trike found that and a little big air pump. The cost of both was under 20 bucks, not bad. Looks like I gotta good deal. Yay me !!😁

    Today I went to walmart only a few registers were open due to the system down thats understood however Register 2 was accepting only cash and there was a sign only at the register not on the top so the customer was able to see it form far away .. so customers were waiting there like for 30min to get to the cashier and she is like cash only … I spoke with the manager she was like well the sign is there … well manager let me let you know that is what the customer needs not what is better for you .. I didn’t got her name but is 10/19 at 3:22pm .. Manager is you don’t like your job or you are not capable to help customers I think you’re on the wrong job …

    Always find good value and price. Hours are early and late enough for those that have no time in between their job. Employees are usually friendly. It was appreciated that they were open thru pandemic. Items are found quickly because it is organized well.

    Very Unique Walmart. Everything Is Easy To Find And Personnel Are Very Polite And Helpful. Thing I Don't Understand, "Shortage Of Shopping Carts For Customers And Why We Pay $0.10 Cent Per Bag Used To Bag Our Grocery. This Is Double Jeopardy Tax Debt Upon The Citizen's Of The State.

    This is super old store. Seemed fairly well maintained, but the newer stores are far nicer. There wasn't a place to queue up for the self checkout, so that was pretty chaotic. The employee "guarding" the exit could not be described as friendly by any stretch of the imagination. I'd shop here again if I was desperate, but I there are lots of other stores nearby.

    My girlfriend had her phone pick pocketed while in the store this last weekend, the employees didn't seem to care that they have thieves in their store preying on people and weren't much of help besides writing a phone number down if it turns up. Thieves are absolutely watching and waiting for the right moment in that store, so watch out. That will be the last time I will be going in there.

    Employees are generally nice. Most customers are rude, think they are the only person shopping. If everyone had common courtesy it might be tolerable to go shopping. Rather order online and pick up just to not have to deal with rude vain customers.

    Its my first choice to go to for my shopping. The only thing i disliked was customer service closes ar 8pm and wasn't able to make my return,would be nice if it was extended a bit and the girl at the counter just walked away unfriendly. But other than that no complaints still shopped for some items

    Im taking into consideration not only the season but nauseating amount of overflow that would unnerve a new employee haven never worked a xmas season. The store was really nice, the layout was odd not only b/c it's not the same as other local stores (barrio, national city, lemon grove) but also tried to hold as much as them &:it felt cramped. Again, it could be personal to a degree since it was so crowded it reminded me of trying to get out of the bathroom in a club when it's jumping off with everybody trying to get in due to the annual seasonal overcrowding & impossibility of respecting personal spaces, but that ends where tiny isles begin, sections poorly lit entirely & selections being dismal. Not because of the holiday, I mean for instance in the pens section only having blue or black ink & only extremely well established names in volume of styles etc as to where small company's on thr come up get less, keeping them on the come up. Business is business, cool but, "remember where you came from " As with all walmarts there was no one in sporting goods. At all. No other employee would use the key set they had w/o even giving the easiest excuse of not having a duplicate on their sections keyring, they just blew off the request to open a cabin to do that thing that helps pay employees 🤷🏼‍♂️ Needless to say its fine but Im in no hurry to go back.

    I went to check out, right? And not knowing there was no price on the material I wanted to purchase from the isle where you can get all your materials and elements. To make clothes, curtains etc. When I went to check out the cashier was so sweet and understanding, wonderful customer service from both management and associate. Unfortunately not so much from the person that was on charge of that isle. Ms. Maria the manager confirmed twice to make sure the associate was to meet me back over in the material isle and he never showed waited almost another hour and then I said F this! I'm out....I needed the material so that I can make curtains for my windows in my car to keep my car cool during this summer. I live in my car and its black Beetle, so this was a very important project for me to make sure to get done as soon as possible. So disappointed. 😔

    In the beginning of the month when lots of people receive their checks. Walmart should have more than 5 to 6 registers open. The customers have taken their time to shop & get all the stuff that's needed in their homes. They don't want to be standing in line for awhile. I just got tired and left the items I needed. The cashiers need more training on the registers. Really I have not seen a fast cashier at a Walmart for quite some time.

    This location has a significantly larger and much neater inventory when compared to other wal mart locations. Their employees, (in my experiences) have always been polite, helpful, and fairly knowledgeable about their assigned stations, which makes a much more enjoyable and convenient shopping trips. I would surely rank this wal mart location as one of the best ones to visit in the San Diego county area.

    Saturday Nite At Walmart! We went into this store close to 9pm after going out to dinner. We didn't need much, just a few canned goods and pet food. The first thing I noticed was the long line of customers waiting for the 'Speedy Check Out'. Long line, maybe 20 -25 people. 'Speedy Check Out' was the only cashier with a light on to indicate the stand was open. We did our shopping and went to get in line to pay for our items. The check out line was longer. 30+ people now. It stretched the length of the front of the store, past the clothing section, almost to the refrigerated foods. Here was the Scan And Go (Walmart speak for 'work for us for free') self check-out. One employee paced the line of customers yelling "CARD" (as in credit card) to encourage anyone to use the self check-out when one came open. Apparently the self check-out only accepts credit cards. Eventually two more registers opened, all clustered tightly around the Speedy cashier. (I'm sure Walmart is glad that social distancing is no longer a health requirement.) I felt bad for the employee at the Speedy Check-out. A young woman in a very stressful situation for minimum wage. We shopped here more often yesrs ago. The store had deteriorated over the years. We came in on impulse. Probably not again any time soon.

    Don’t ever order and pick up items via curbside at this store. This method should be fast. Two times in a week my husband waited an hour to pick up our items that we bought online. What is the point of doing curbside if you can’t even deliver at least in a reasonable time. An hourrrr!!! Not professional at all. Please train your employees better!!! That’s so frustrating.

    Quality of products are the same as every other Walmart. The customer service is horrible. It doesn’t matter how many times you page someone with a key for a specific isle, the almost never come. I waited for a good 40 minutes for a person and I was just about to leave when the tenant finally showed up. Meanwhile, I kept hearing them call associates to other departments multiple times as well.
