    Great location! Very clean and pleasant. An employee named Angel took the time to genuinely ask about my day. His empathy really helped turn my day around. I hope that Starbucks and management understand what a treasure that is these days and treat him accordingly! If you stop in, say hello and mention my review! 😀

    (edit: service has improved since the original event. Will add another star or two as time goes.) Usually great. Dining room closed today due to short staff, which is fine, I completely understand the difficulty of running dining room and drive through on short staff. I figured "let's see what the drive through looks like. If there are no cars, maybe I can order there." No cars for about 6-7 minutes, went ahead and walked through. 5 employees standing around on their phones doing nothing, I figured it wouldn't be a problem. They wouldn't even pore me regular coffee because I wasn't in a car. I'll take the L for today if it's just policy, but they actively tried to hide from view to avoid having to speak with me. Just a shame is all. Would have loved a hot cup of coffee.

    I went to get my frappe's and when I got home I realized that they were half full. I don't know if this is how full it is supposed to be, but I feel I got scammed out of my money. I bought them October 2 1:49 PM

    I think these people care more about their timers than the actual customer. Horrible service I went in the drive-through and it was empty I waited by the mic no one answered I waited a little and read the sign that says move forward for order which I thought was weird because I always order on a mic. But I assumed maybe it wasn’t functioning. So I move forward then I heard him start talking I couldn’t go back as there was a line now so I asked her in the front to take my order and she said no I have to go back in line again. I saw she asked a manager and he declined me and made me have to wait in line all Over instead of just taking my order. I think that’s horrible service the line was empty when I arrived and I was in front and they made me go back in line and declined my order because they were worried about the timer. It was mellisa and Sergio who for some reason declined me. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate, I ended up having to get off and order myself.

    i used to go all the time, the quality of the drinks have downgraded recently and for some reason they fill the fraps with whipped cream at the bottom, doesn’t taste the same as before the drinks are horrible

    Horrible service, the lady with short hair in the drive thru always in a rush and dont care about customer service. Our order was basically just shoved in the bags, bread was all crumbled and a mess.

    This is MY Starbucks, has been for three years. The new setup in the store is nice, clean and comfortable. I can't wait to take some time there.

    Nice and spacious on the inside with plenty of seating. The baristas are very nice, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because some odd people do come in here (some homeless) and were fighting and acting strange. (Not much the staff can do I know) but other then that a great statbucks, one of the baristas even went around handing out cute little samples and they were constantly always cleaning up tables. Will definitely be back

    Hi I been a customer fir many years here There fore months ago I was treated w Poor customer service this young man had a snobby attitude this male barista assisted me acted so sassy and rude , I had told him it was my bday n how was it possible to get a free drink “ he didn’t even want to bother n just told me I couldn’t get it since I had just uploaded the Starbucks app was pretty blunt n rude careless not considerate at all more like he shut the door on my face n go somewhere else is what I felt , Anyhow I went to a different Starbucks n had no issue at all was soo kind immediately gave me a drink n actually says Happy Birthday that I was thankfull being that I have been a Starbucks customer for many years the least he could of done “ was greet your customer specially after I had mentioned my birthday instead very snobby n he ruined my day n had to go some where else to get a drink anyhow that was my experience there @ H n Broadway

    Every time I order an iced drink the whole cup is full of ice and if I ask for less they give me so much attitude. For how much the drinks are I think they should be making them up to standard.

    Staff was friendly and service quick. the strawberries and cream frapp wasnt good and looked different from other Starbucks locations I've ordered from. Thanks tho the new pineapple Passion fruit refresher was delicious!

    I mobile order a simple iced coffee with pumpkin spice and half/half, I walk in to pick it up and as soon as I got the coffee I saw it was dark brown, I tasted and it taste like coffee water, I spoke to a guy at the register which I assumed was the shift supervisor I told him my coffee tasted horrible and he seem like he barely want it to help or service a customer he ask what was it and I show him the drink cause he didn’t even want to pick up the cup didn’t even say sorry or anything, he then said he will have them remake it I told him if he can redo ASAP as my drink was ready I was rushing to work, he did told a young girl doing the drinks to redo she did it again and when she call out my name to give it to me once again the coffee was dark brown only not a single hint of Orange color for the pumpkin spice I tasted it and once again it taste it horrible, she even ask if it was okay? And this point I just told her don’t worry about it and I left. Never going back to this store horrible drinks and service, the Starbucks at the Chula Vista Mall is 100% way better in drinks and services, honestly the only reason I order here cause the aforementioned’s mobile order wasn’t available, lesson learned leave a bit early to order where they do know how to do drinks especially simple and not complicated drinks to not deal with locations like these. Never going here again, even though is down the street from my place I rather drive far from my way to not come here. 0 stars if I could.

    Every Starbucks has a little bit of difference even though they look similar. The customer service is always great their food is amazing it's a consistency everywhere you go, yet every single Starbucks has a little Jewel or a Special Touch the way that the people behind the counter treats you or smiles at you or they just simply say hello with that said this place is a very tight space when it comes to parking, yet they do have a drive-thru they're unique because this position on a corner of Broadway and one of the main streets in Chula Vista. They do have a bathroom and they do have tables where you can sit at. The meeting of this Starbucks is that the people that are behind the counter no matter how this busy they are they're always treating you with respect and I smile on their face.

    Drive thru is the best! Very quick and Jesus, I believe was his name, at the window is awesome! He always make's it a great morning with his awesome customer service. No 15 20 minute wait like other drive thrus

    I come here to this location, because is close to me, but I'm considering going to a different location. The girls the work on the registers in the morning are very rude, and the manager is there listening and she doesn't do anything!!! We come every day 3 to 4 people twice a day for different drinks and bring business to this place. I think we will bring our business somewhere else

    Today me and my wife were there and not only one lady was rude but two. We were not asked for our names when we placed the order. Then the order -for one macchiato- was never ready. When I asked for status of my coffee she asked for my name (they did not ask for it when I placed the order). Then said “don’t you see we’re busy” “Is there anything else?” I asked for my money back, which I did. Bottom line, very disappointed. Poor customer service and unprofessional personnel.
