    Deceptive practices. The Mexico insurance is a scam and holds no actual legal weight in Mexico. The branch and branch manager Brandon will sell it to you, and once they have their money will provide no further assistance in the case something happens. If you call the insurance line, they wonā€™t even speak English. I got towed in Baja California and was trying to retrieve my vehicle, but turns out only an Enterprise representative who owns the vehicle can. Brandon was only able to tell me this after 4 extra days of me going through city hall, police station, judge office, and US Consulate - after countless of messages and calls telling me I should be able to. Authorities in Mexico told me the Mexico insurance isnā€™t even actually valid there. Regardless this company is either incompetent or corrupt, if not both. After they charged me the extra 4 days of renting and saying verbally that my payment is settled, I get a $2100 request months later for the towing and storage of the vehicle. The vehicle was perfectly working and an Enterprise representative had to retrieve it, yet they made the business decision to tow it from Tijuana back to Chula Vista (12 miles), store it for numerous days at a third-party, and then want me to pay $2100 for it. After refusing to pay from this dishonorable company, you can expect to have a ā€œDamage Recovery Specialistā€ forward your concerns but never address them as she keeps threatening you with 10 day deadlines before she sends you to collections. I will never be using Enterprise or their partners Alamo or National Car Rental - the worst customer experience I had in my life.

    The gentlemen at the office and those cleaning the vehicles were all very polite, kept me updated, and took the time to explain things to me--even despite having a good number of customers in the office. The inventory available was limited, however, that is understandable given the supply chain/pandemic issues. The customer service was still excellent, and overall had a nice experience.

    I rented a car from here when i took the car it had some damage in the rear left side and some damage in the front bumper it also had the maintenance required light on! When it was time for me to return the car they acted like i did the damage to the car i said that they noted that when i took it and they never found the damage from the front bumper in the notes. I didnt had pictures of it so i wasnt able to prove it and they made a claim with my insurance and i had to pay them 1000 deductible. Im an executive client with there partner National and i had a reservation next month with them thanks to this incident i cancelled it and im done using this company.

    Kyle at this location is the least helpful service representative I have ever came across. He is rude, none cooperative and not helpful at all. More over he is a racist and rents with bias to name and possible related ethnicity. He rejected my request in full and said there was no availability. I had my friend ā€œTom Smithā€ call 5 min after me and he spoke to Kyle as well. Surprisingly there was a vehicle available then. If you read this Kyle, I have a lot of time on my hands and I will make it my mission to have you suffer the consequences for your behavior. I already brought this to the attention of higher management and I will do my best to get your racist rude self removed and fired. I will tag your location on Twitter and keep on mentioning your unprofessional demeanor until you no longer work for this company. You are not worthy of being employed.

    The people were very nice. However, beware with this place. I had to keep the car 3 extra days. I had to pay full price too. I was unable to return the car before they close. They close at 12 noon on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. Closed Monday for memorial day. I asked for options, such as after hours returns, or at an alternate location. The only option they gave me was to rent the car for 3 more days. Didn't even offer a discount. Other than that, everything went well.

    Excellent customer service! The best! Mr. T, the manager, and the lady who works in the office, don't know their names , went out of their way to get me a car and made sure I was happy with my selection. Cars were going like hotcakes that day. They even offered me an upgrade for an economy price. I didn't take it though because it was a truck and I didn't want to fill it up. Y'all know how much gas is these days. I highly reccomend them. They were very kind and it was a breeze doing business with them. Way to go Enterprise! šŸ™‚

    I'm actually impressed with the service at this store. Staff was helpful and even provided an amazing upgrade. The only thing I would recommend is to speed up the return process, especially when there's two staff on duty.

    This place is ridiculous, they are charging me $18 because the car was missing 2 gallons supposedly and it was not at full when I returned the car. When I told the girl on the phone I disagreed she put me on hold after I told her I was unable to wait on the phone any longer. It has been 11 days since I returned the car & they never reached out to me in regards to the $100 return I am supposed to receive. This is all after they charged my Debit card an extra $30 WITHOUT my consent, after my insurance assured me they would take care of the fees. This place is outrageous.

    I received a call the day before my reservation notifying me there maybe a wait period, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I appreciated the courtesy. When I arrived. The employees were busy, yet very respectful. Thank You to the Broadway Chula Vista Team. Much appreciation

    This location utilizes badgering tactics in order to pressure you into accepting their insurance coverage. I rented with them and informed them my credit card has rental vehicle coverage. My credit card was eligible to cover the vehicle. Instantly upon informing the worker of my rental vehicle coverage I was told that it wouldn't work and insisted I bought their insurance. Due to my ignorance, I bought the insurance. Additionally, I was informed by the worker that the insurance would be $16.99 total. Upon paying I was then informed that the insurance was $33.98 because I rented the vehicle for two days. Prior to the encounter, I dropped off my own car to get additional repairs done on my vehicle as the body shop down the street cut corners and attempted to provide me with an unfinished job. That auto shop ended up paying for my rental vehicle but did not pay for the insurance. It is unfortunate that Enterprise would nickel and dime someone going through a situation as difficult as a vehicle collision repair. I am disappointed further knowing that the worker was being shadowed by I assume a supervisor when they informed me my credit card wouldn't cover the vehicle.

    Easily the best service seen around. Wife's car in the shop for a covered repair. Insurance company sent us to them. Friendly, knowledgeable, and customer orientated. Makayla very efficient in gretting us checked out once we returned the rental. The two employees that assisted the misses in picking up the Car at the beginning of the process set the tone. Using only one word = AWESOME

    Welcome to San Diego, just moved to San Diego and this is what I experience first thing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! If you want good customer service donā€™t go here!!! Awful service, called the location before heading out to get my rental car from a dealership and when I spoke to an enterprise employee Jeff told me that my rental is ready and everything is good! Well that wasnā€™t the case when I got there. I was lied too over the phone and in person. DISHONESTY always makes you lose faith in ever getting things done correctly. And not doing a QC throughly prior to giving confirmation to a customer. It wasted my time and now I am Ubering everything. When Jeff told me that I couldnā€™t get my rental, I asked why and he said itā€™s because itā€™s the dealership fault not him, so I called the dealership manger to fix the issues right on the spot and the dealership manger was on the phone with me ready to fix the matter with Jeff but Jeff said he didnā€™t need to speak to him and that it was there fault and they couldnā€™t rent me a car due to there system issues. Again very disappointed on how the customer service! Jeff also information me before leaving the property that he would call me by the end of the day to let me know ā€œif he was able to to fix their issuesā€ so I called before they closed TO GET AN UPDATE but NO ANSWER of course and end of the day no call! If it wasnā€™t for my dealership going through them, I WOULD choose a different rental company!!!

    Tried calling from 4:45 PM and was on hold until 5:30PM. I guess they're working hours are different from what's posted. Not a reliable branch especially since the rental car is supposed to cover the one we have at the collision center. Edit: No actual attempt to remedy the issue other than posting their customer service email to look like they will.

    I have to say my interactions with the employees was good, no issues there. The only issue that I had was with the vehicle that I was provided. I've rented from Enterprise before but this was the first time that I had a vehicle that bad. The interior smelled like the previous renter had smoked in the vehicle but this was the only vehicle option that wasn't way over priced as the rental was being covered by insurance and I didn't want to pay any extra out of pocket. Regardless, I ended up having to buy an air freshener to help with the smell. I honestly didn't get the full smell of the vehicle until I drove it off the lot as the person assisting me had put down the windows prior to me entering the vehicle. Please make sure that you check the vehicle before renting.

    Date of this review 12/17/2021. Spoke with Brandon the manager of the rental car. DONā€™T USE THIS COMPANY. These guys will drain your credit card without letting you know, I was told to give my card and I would not be billed until I return their car which I agreed. I went through my auto insurance company Liberty Insurance. I have 30 day auto rental on my policy from 11/24/21 and extended to 1/4/2022. Knowing this and not calling me in advanced, they took my card information/debit card and they drained $454.50 without a call without a text without an email to tell me they were billing me. Enterprise Rental took my credit card information and said they weā€™re not going to bill until the car was returned. LIBERT MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY APPROVED RENTAL 11/24/21 to 1/4/22. TODAY 12/17/21, Enterprise Rental took $454.50 from my checking account and did not bother to let me know. Not wanting to give my money back until I return the car on 1/4/2022. LIBERTY MUTUAL IS PAYING - MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I spoke with Brandon manager and he did not get it. Hello!! Charging me now and he confirmed LIBERTY EXTENDED THE RENTAL UNTIL 1/4/2022. THESE GUYS GIVE ENTERPRISE RENTAL a new meaning to ā€œEnterpriseā€. They refuse to recredit my $454.50 back until I return the car on Jan 4, 2022 which has been approved by Liberty Insurance. I give them a Zero star but that is not an option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR. EVEN IF YOUR AUTO INSURANCE IS PAYING AND AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCED, THESE ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE . IF YOUR KIDS ARE HUNGRY GOOD LUCK!!
