    Cold dry day old biscuits. I had 4 legs and 2 biscuits original recipe. The chicken was juicy and tasty but the biscuits where cold, dry and fell apart - a possible sign of being made the previous day. No butter or packet with fork, salt, pepper etc. - only a single napkin was thrown in. The staff clearly doesn't pride itself on customer service.

    I am a patient person, but when they ask me to hold on while I'm ordering, 3 times, for more than 5 minutes, not a big deal. Then, they stop me before I get to the window to fool the timer, for another few minutes, then they make me wait in the parking lot for my order for about 15 minutes, what is the point of fast food, that isn't fast?! To describe this experience as sub par service, is a bit of an understatement.

    Horrible!!! Check your order before driving away. I was offered 8 piece legs n thighs I declined. I wanted breast. I checked that the chicken was crispy, before I drove away, it was. We got home I opened the containers to start serving my family while looking for a breast I found none. I was given 2 wings 2 drums and the rest were thighs. I called the restaurant several times and the phone would just ring n ring till the answering machine answered. I drove back to the store since no one picked up. I drove through the window again and spoke to Phayle who was the cashier that took my order the first time. At this point im very upset I explained what happened Phayle right away said “oh let me check if we have breast in crispy”, she proceeded to close the window w out me being able to tell her a word. She came back and said, “We have crispy breast I could give you 2breast in Original and 2 in crispy”. I looked at her and said, “no I just want my money back, if you did not have what I ordered I should of been informed and been given the opportunity to decide if I wanted a different configuration of chicken. “ I offered the meal back since my family’s food was already ruined, she said because of Covid she could no take it back. My money was given back to me. I drove away and gave the food away to a homeless man. I know this seems excessive on my part. At no point was I rude to the young lady at the register. I think I will not get KFC again

    Gravy was watered down and tasted almost like water. Chicken surprisingly taste bland. Be careful on take outs. Take time check your purchase if take out especially the gravy. I used to love this branch. I wonder now where I can get good original KFC.

    Purchased a 12 piece meal to enjoy a at home with the family and they only gave me 9 pieces and forgot to mention that they never gave me receipt ( but I have proof that I paid for a 12 piece meal) sadly I didn’t noticed that they never gave me what I paid for till we were sitting at our table with the family. I will recommend count your pieces before leaving that place. They either don’t know how to count or someone stealing from customers orders

    Very clean inside and service is very good, this is one of the nicer locations in Chula Vista. Prices are good and you can feed a whole family. 🍗 🥔 🍪

    Went through the drive through. But order was missing a chicken sandwich upon returning home. Made a return visit and Roberto was kind enough to make up the inconvenience by offering two chicken sandwiches. Much appreciated 😊

    Terrible, Terrible experience. Food was never delivered four hours later. The woman that (eventually) answers the phone starts Arguing with me, Calling the customer a Liar. I even have the Order slip that says I purchased the food. They must not know that kfc sends an email when u order something Online. Talked to the manager, and he offered no solutions. This place is terrible! Called 24 hours later - still no Food - and the same lady picked up, and Kept LYING TO ME!! worst experience ever in a restaurant…. and, Still no solution, No food, and Out a hundred bucks, for the food that was never delivered and cannot get a refund. DO NOT GO TO KFC!!!

    I think the fast-food industry is going through a change with the lack of employees, high turnover, and high burnout of their current employees. When only 4 employees are working that means they are covering for 1 or 2 other individuals not good for customer satisfaction.

    While it is true that since the pandemic started, we were charged the first time for a change, needed to walk through the drive-through to order and waited outside 20 minutes for our order to be ready, the men in charge has been very nice with us. He kindly offered a chair to seat while waiting outside, didn't charge extra for a change the second time, and his attitude was courteous and professional. The food was ok. I hope that by when the weather turns cold, specially with the rain, they can be able to offer the costumers the option to wait inside. About a month ago: Oh my gosh... I don't know what happened to this place 😣 I took off ALL the starts I marked before except for a required one in order to be able to post. First of all, we found out that KFC will no longer offer the grill-style chicken.. which was the only one we have. We were going to take at least some side dishes, but the person attending the drive-through was extremely rude, with such a horrible atitude, and just cut the communication without letting us ask about the side dishes. I was contacted by someone from there to find out more about what happened... but I told the person that it was too much my disappointment to waste my time. Why wasn't a supervisor there then to try to find out what was going on? Sorry, but never again ✋🤚

    For my taste their crust is to salty.cole slaw is my favorite. Honestly any KFC I have been it is just to salty for me . I remove the skin and it is just moist and delicious.

    This kfc has served us for years great chicken for the whole South Bay the only gripes I have with this place is the price but if your getting fresh chicken its worth it employees were nice it’s a good place to get dinner to go or grab a lunch from there

    We went here last night through the drive through, asked for ranch and honey didn’t get any. Our sodas and lemonade didn’t taste like it. Completely made us sick. The chicken was slightly pink. Beyond upset but when I went too call no one answered just like today . No one is answering

    This place sucks. Always getting the orders wrong. Charge you for extra stuff to only forget it. Like another order of fries or changing up the sides. It must be some people who are really dumb working.
