Horrible!!!
Check

order

driving

I
was
offered
8
piece
legs
n
thighs
I
declined.
I
wanted
breast.
I
checked
that
the
chicken
was
crispy,
before
I
drove
away,
it
was.
We
got
home
I
opened
the
containers
to
start
serving
my
family
while
looking
for
a
breast
I
found
none.
I
was
given
2
wings
2
drums
and
the
rest
were
thighs.
I
called
the
restaurant
several
times
and
the
phone
would
just
ring
n
ring
till
the
answering
machine
answered.
I
drove
back
to
the
store
since
no
one
picked
up.
I
drove
through
the
window
again
and
spoke
to
Phayle
who
was
the
cashier
that
took
my
order
the
first
time.
At
this
point
im
very
upset
I
explained
what
happened
Phayle
right
away
said
“oh
let
me
check
if
we
have
breast
in
crispy”,
she
proceeded
to
close
the
window
w
out
me
being
able
to
tell
her
a
word.
She
came
back
and
said,
“We
have
crispy
breast
I
could
give
you
2breast
in
Original
and
2
in
crispy”.
I
looked
at
her
and
said,
“no
I
just
want
my
money
back,
if
you
did
not
have
what
I
ordered
I
should
of
been
informed
and
been
given
the
opportunity
to
decide
if
I
wanted
a
different
configuration
of
chicken.
“
I
offered
the
meal
back
since
my
family’s
food
was
already
ruined,
she
said
because
of
Covid
she
could
no
take
it
back.
My
money
was
given
back
to
me.
I
drove
away
and
gave
the
food
away
to
a
homeless
man.
I
know
this
seems
excessive
on
my
part.
At
no
point
was
I
rude
to
the
young
lady
at
the
register.
I
think
I
will
not
get
KFC
again
