    My car's battery died right in the parking lot across the street from this AutoZone. I ran over, praying that they had a battery starter or something that they could lend me. At first, i was told that they lent the stuff out to people, but the people never returned it, so they didn't have one. But the guy at the counter was very helpful with helping me decide on what was my best option to get my car started again. Being miles and miles away from home, I had to do something. I was told to get a certain battery starter that was going to be charged already, unlike some of the cheaper options that don't come charged. As the guy went to the back to get the battery starter, he ended up finding their battery starter and lent it to me. Car was running in no time. 5 stars just for the excellent customer service alone. Emil, thank you so much for being so informative and helpful during all of my mess. You truly saved my life tonight, man. God bless you guys so much.

    I had a great experience at this AutoZone. Im from out of town and the one day i visit San Diego, its pouring rain. So i hopped into the closest autozone and Emil was so helpful in finding me the right wiper blades. Im in my senior years and felt bad for asking but he didnt hesitate to help install them for me even though he was getting drenched. I tried as hard as i could to leave him a tip but he was too kind and refused. If you want great service that goes above and beyond, go to this store and ask for Emil!

    Went here at night, the guy in with the curly hair, red shirt, mexican guy, was pretty rude. Hope you are not the manager, because if you are, its pretty sad of how you treat your customers. There was another guy there, he was great! He is the reason why I gave this place a 5 star rating, if it wasnt for him, a 1 star would of been too much.

    Very good service. Since we entered the store, we were greeted with greetings, the boy who took care of us. (Ian Avina) very attentive and he clarified our questions with a lot of patience, he brought us what we were dealing with, he helped us a lot. Excellent work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

    Looking for a battery for my car, they don't always have the size you need and like everything, prices have increased a lot, but they helped me find it at another branch 7 miles away. Good service!

    I'm a seventy-two-year-old disabled veteran and I was having an issue with the switch for my car windows. It is a BMW 329 I'll get to the point, a couple of the fellows came out took a look at it and had it fixed within minutes. If I would have went to the dealer they would have charged me 150 just to look at it. Then probably try to sell me. Thanks fellas 😁

    Stopped by to get some oil guy helped me put oil in my car but forgot to put the oil cap back on. They bought me an oil cap, but they are lucky I didn't blow my engine

    Had to go from store to store because the stock they had in the system was not accurate for what I needed to buy. Finally got to this store before they were suppose to close and it turns out they closed earlly. Bad service at all.

    Best service ever! Thank you Jose Solis, He went the extra mile ! He helped me to install my daytime light bulb , the bulb was stuck in the socket and He saved my day and money!     They don't have parts for my car(2007 Mercedes, not a high volume car looking for parts), so I had to order and wait for the parts. So for me the experience was average. If you have a car that they carry parts for then it is convenient and good prices. The 5 stars would be that they have a very knowledgeable staff.

    I went to buy some oil for my car because it needed little less than a quart. I'm disabled and can't reach over my head, so I asked the person who was stocking a shelf for help and they said I'm a little busy. So I tried to get it myself and I pushed up the bottle and tried to catch it, but it hit me on the forehead and cut me. I didn't know I was bleeding until I was in line to pay. Someone asked me if I'm okay and I said yes, why? He said your bleeding from the forehead. I asked to speak with the manager, but he wasn't there and the employee who was in charge said "what do you expect me to do? Want a bandage or an ambulance?" I told him that it's not right to treat customers like this and he said "what do you expect from someone who makes minimum wage?" I paid for my oil and left. I don't think I'll ever be back to that autozone ever again.

    This is a busy store, but you will receive the minimum amount of attention if you wait patiently. Don't expect to get the sort of help typical in other AutoZone locations.

    I got my part the same day I ordered online. Before signing to officially accept it, it was a different brand that I purchased online and I challenged them on that. Their staff only recognized the part # is the same. Turns out the brand did mattered and it was a waste of time going back forth but at least I got my refund. It would seems to be either the staff or their website is unaware of their inventory.

    I didnt give a 5 star because its further than the one at the end of my street that never seems to have any parts that I go there for and always sends me to this store. Its frustrating! Come on corporate auto zone get it together!!!! This store has very helpful associates. They are also polite.

    Feb.16, 2022: Today I came in for a rear signal light malfunctioning. Mario Lopez not only helped me find the correct bulb, but he went above and beyond to help me install it for me. I have not enough words to describe what an amazing customer service skills he withholds but also has a warm personality. Mr. Mario Lopez, I truely appreciate all your help you have provided me today, I really appreciate it, and you saved me from having to do this job myself.
