Hello I have been a customer of American tri-star Chula vista for a few years now. I have always stuck with the same rep named Pam A. from tri-star insurance services Chula vista . I recommend her 100%. Pam is basically the reason why I have remained a faithful customer. She takes her time to research something that fits your needs for insurance , all you have to do is talk to her and explain to her what you are looking for . Pam actually listens and cares to help you and makes sure you are happy with the insurance you choose. Pam listens and takes everything you say in consideration. Her customer service is 100% on point I CAN NOT complain about her customer service. She is not aggressive, she doesn't cut you off or isn't just trying make a sale. She explains everything and makes sure you understand. Pam's customer service skills are very valuable and 100% recommended. Best insurance agent and services hand's down. I spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get insurance on my 77 Chevy Silverado and because I have a DUI and a sr22 and the age of my truck I was having no luck with finding not just a decent price but a insurance company that would insure me at all then I called American Tri-star insurance services and Pam found me insurance in 5 mins took care of it all over the phone 20 mins later I had a insurance policy that fit my needs with proof of insurance I'd cards. About a month ago, I called Pam and asked to get a car removed from my policy. She said it wasn’t a problem and that they will give me a credit for my next payment. A month later, I check my bill and call Aspire. Turns out the car was never removed and had to pay another month for a car that I did not have anymore. Will be cancelling, Do not recommend them at all
