For the size and price of this venue, this is the worst amphitheater I’ve been to in my life. This has nothing to do on the music performance itself. The worst was the logistics of getting there. I’m not exaggerating when I say an hour to get in in an hour to get out. That’s literally you sitting in your car for an hour moving 1 inch at a time. The parking is free but nothing is worth two hours of sitting in your car just trying to leave the parking lot. this venue is in the middle of nowhere cheap Chula Vista. It’s right next to the landfill. In the middle of the main acts song all the sound went out. So there was awkward silence for about a minute or two while they had to reset. There are not enough ushers so everybody is lying and trying to get better seats. and the restrooms are something that would resemble a public restroom on the beach. For the price you pay to come here, it’s not worth it.

Good venue but ridiculously overpriced drinks. Parking logistics are horrible. On a busy night it could take you over an hour to exit the free parking lot (Lot C). They get a star because there IS free parking. Saw Ho99o9, Cypress Hill, and Slipknot there - show was amazing and acoustics were great. It...was....loud...even from the beach area.

The venue itself is great. However, parking and traffic were terrible. We went to Rod Stewart concert. From 805 Main Street exit to Entertainment circle took 35 minutes. Then, it took another 25 minutes to get to the premier parking spots. Leaving the parking lot was the same terrible experience. It seems the venue was not efficiently designed to handle that much traffic.

Our favorite concert venue. Live Nation employees always helpful, polite, and organized. Easy to find your seats. And best of all, no parking fees. We live closer to LA area amphitheaters, but will usually drive to North Island for the convenience.

Saw Phish there absolutely top 3 performances I've ever seen anywhere loved how it had a small hollywood bowl feel /vibe. Enjoyed immensely.

We came here for the first time to attend The Chicks Tour on July 23rd, 2022. It was an awesome experience with the decorations, lights, and sound systems blows our expectations. Although, parking was a disaster due to Waterpark goers were exiting while we were finding parking, it was like grid lock!!!! Park at Lot G is closest parking and short distance to walk. Exiting of the parking lot was hard too and hopefully it will improve in the future.

The security has been taken down a level since COVID. Guests do not need to provide proof of vaccination any longer This venue is much more relaxed and I am very glad.

Well, this place is very strange, at lawn they have a great sound or at least better than the seated below, very muted sound. And now the parking, getting in is ok, but zero organization to get the people out of the venue in a speedy way, it took almost 2 hours to get to the freeway. Then I remember why I hate big venue concerts!!! The Cure we're excellent!!!

Beautiful amphitheater space, honestly every seat has a good view over here! The seats are very comfortable, and they also have a cup holder in the front. The open night skies, music and the weather everything is just a perfect vibe! We were lucky enough to visit this space for Imagine Dragons concert and it was an unforgettable experience!!!

Went there approx at 6 pm but the line was still long to enter the parking for an 8 pm show start. Huge capacity, some great musician perform here, super crowded on Saturday night, the people in the higher up seats cannot see the musicians at all, not sure if these seats are even worth anything.

Nice music venue for concerts. Wide variety of seating.. lawn to front row, depending on budget and artist. Decent parking Just a venue that is out of the way of main areas of San Diego. Being able to stay close can be challenging during popular events.

Love this Amphitheatre! Music is great, food is delicious. They also have food trucks on site. **Purchase parking pass ahead of time. Get to sold out shows at-least 2 hours early to avoid traffic delays. You can tailgate in certain parking locations.

Nice venue to see a concert! The lawn was fun for us but getting seats is probably more preferable. Tons of places to get food and great drinks! Lots of restrooms but for whatever reason they closed all the porta-potty stalls well before the end of the show??? Pro tip! Pay for parking or be prepared to wait 90 mins to get out of the general parking lot, pretty ridiculous.

The sound for the show was beyond impeccable! Amazingly crisp, equalized and well produced. The lawn area is a bit to steep for comfortable dancing and long standing. Over selling the alcohol with no reasonable alternatives available leads one to wonder of the venue has a partnership with the Chula Vista PoPo. Be safe and don't drink & drive.

Nice venue. Seats way too close together..Sit next to someone you know because you will get pretty close. Got to see Alanis Morissette! The pics are from Center Orchestra row L.

Pretty fun venue! Watched odesza and bob moses! Just an amazing performance. The staff were so kind helped us find our seats as well were enforcing seats. Which is so great! People tend to take your seats but staff was able to help get everyone to their assigned seats. Also wait in line was not even long at all.

Saw the Offspring here a few weeks ago, and Godsmack last night. I'm always in the pit having a good time, and this was no exception. The venue is great, the food is overpriced as you might expect. That said, I always have a great time here.

The amphitheater is awesome, some of the the staff are rude AF! Sound could've been been better but the seating is proper. Food and drinks are way overpriced and I would eat before going there, but it is (for the most part) quick To exit the parking lot is uncoordinated and takes forever to leave but all in all it was a great place to see a concert!

Great venue! Last night got to take my lady out to see Stone Temple Pilots and The Smashing Pumpkins. For as crowded it was, everything ran smooth. From getting into the venue to getting drinks. Its a little pricey, but concerts usually are. Weather was nice and the venue was really clean. Recommend seeing a show there anytime!

Venue is nice and acoustics are good. Women's bathrooms always have a ridiculously long line. Drinks are 15-20+ each which is not okay. Not sure if that's the vendor or the venues issue. Security is good and it's easy to find an employee. Most of the employees are younger kids though. Parking is a nightmare and getting in and out of the venue takes at least 30 minutes

Best concert in my life. ELO! Flaming Lips stole the show- Joe Walsh can still wail on the guitar at 75!, Lucius are babes and can sing and rock, War on Drugs can flat out jam and Jeff Lynne cemented his legendary status at nearly 76. Despite the cold, this was the chance of a lifetime!

A really nice amphitheater and seemed to be well organized once you get to the venue. Good range of concessions and not horribly priced though of course you pay a premium like any venue. The parking was a bit of a nightmare though traffic was actually pretty light. Some lane signage would help as we found ourselves unable to cross two lanes to get to the open parking and were sent round again to join yet another queue.

Amazing venue from start to finish with the easy security checks and ticket holding, food & drink options, and all the different seating options. Saw Jack Johnson and it was such a great venue that supported a quality light and backdrop show as well as crisp sound.

The venue is actually nice once inside. Clean, spacious, and a great spot for a concert. Flexible with seating and a lawn space. Multiple food/drink vendors throughout and plenty of restrooms inside. The 3 star rather than 5 is due to the parking. The venue is aware of the issue with one entry/exit. I received a couple of emails and no less than 3 automated phone calls warning me to arrive early (4 hours early to be exact) due to parking issues. The event was sold out. I’ve been to plenty of events that are sold out at other venues. No issues arriving at a reasonable time and getting out after the concert. However, to require 4 hours lead time arriving means you have a problem. I certainly recommend buying the EZ Exit parking or premier parking. We parked general and we sat in line after the concert to exit without moving an inch for 1.5 hours even though we had still arrived 2.5 hours before the concert’s start time. So, if you have patience and/or pay for better parking, it is a good venue to hit.

Great venue, easy to get to and easy to get out of, love that it's not in the middle of everything, that makes it easier in the traffic. It's a big enough venue but not too big, you can catch a good view of the stage even from afar, the audio may sound low, but that depends on the artist sound production. Overall, a great venue to watch a concert.

My daughter and I had a blast at the Dead and Co. Concert. Staff was cool, and the venue is one of my outdoor favorites.

Went in on season tickets this year and LOVE IT! The comreaderie is priceless and the music has been phenomenal..a great mix of genres. The VIP/Season Ticket Holder team is warm, friendly and caring ensuring that our time spent there is memorable. P.S. the popcorn is THE best EVER

Thee best experience my brother and I had. The vendors were nice and the security was exceptional and friendly. I got a chance to hang on the barricade and enjoy Miss Janet Jackson from start to finish. The security team was welcoming and ensured that no one bothered us during the show and removed anyone who did not have a wristband. This will be my venue of choice when she comes back again.

I've been to many concerts across the country and this is a good venue that allows you to have a great time tailgating with free parking and gets you out of there faster than many.

First time at this venue and it did not disappoint. General Parking was free, $60 for VIP. Once you enter the location there is a huge open area with various food and beverage vendors. Beer or cocktails, they had it covered. Standard concert prices and card only. I sat in section 304 / row 28 and had a great view. Don't think there is a bad seat in the place to be honest.
