One of the best big 5 stores in San Diego if you are looking for sneakers on clearance. they have half the back wall plus 3 racks full lots to choose from

It’s Thursday, April 14 2022. It was approximately 11:33 when I left the store. I was ignored from the second I walked in to moment I walked out. When I walked in There was young lady fixing apperal never acknowledge me, saw me, but never said hello, welcome, do you need help, I turn to her she looking at me like Im gonna still something. Thene some other big guy with a long beard walk by me couple of times olmost bump in to me but did not say excuse me, are finding everything ok, nothing. so afeter 12 to 15 minutes I thought to myself they do not deserve my business. I do not recommend this store to anyone at least not in this location.

Great store in a poor location. The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything you are looking for. Since they are a sporting goods store 50 percent of the store is seasonal due to the time of the year and what sports are coming up. Which is great so it makes it easy to find what you are looking for and in the low season they still keep a small inventory of out of season items. Also you can find great deals here on many different items, but mainly shoes.

I’ve been to some Big 5’s we’re usually staff has no idea of the products they’re selling or are rude to the customers. This is not the case, Megan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Very recommended. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Got me some kettle bells to had to my work out they hard to find but was hable to purchase 2 of the ones I need it and the young staff were really good in helping thank you to all.

Had everything I wanted but the prices are higher than other places where you can purchase the same items. Nice people and clean store. I also liked that they didn't force me to wear a mask. I have breathing problems and the masks don't help me nor do masks keep you safe from viruses. You folks are insane forcing your children to wear these useless masks that are littering the ground everywhere I look.

Best big 5 around so much stuff in stock to choose from and employees are super helpful and friendly

We always find what we need at this store, and usually more. Staff is helpful, and friendly, and even more importantly, they're kind. We are a family with 2 neural-atypical kiddos, and they go above and beyond to help us find what we need in a manner that says to me that they get it. Funny how we have learned to recognize what a smile looks like under a mask; they always have a smile with a friendly greeting, and a smile when they thank us for coming in and wishing us a good day. Beyond product availability and prices, their customer service will keep us coming back.
