I took an old Schwinn bike back in the summer of 2020 for a tune up. I bought two new tires and paid $120 for the best tune up package. Total came out to almost $200. When I went to pick up the bike, the brake pads hadn’t been changed or adjusted, neither were the gears. Cables weren’t changed out, and nothing was relubed. I basically paid $120 to get the bike cleaned. When I told them about the brakes, the guy who works on the bikes said he didn’t have the pads because they don’t make them anymore. This was after I went back inside after realizing none of the actual tune up work was ever done. They refunded me $30.

I paid 250$ for a tune up, new chain and tires/grips. I have been very busy with work and didn't get a chance to ride the bike very much. I guess it's partialy my fault for not examining the bike after the repairs properly. Took it out today and gears don't shift properly and the chain broke. I won't be going back again, period. There was also a language barrier as I dont speak Spanish. The mechanic spoke english so no biggy. I was hoping to find a dependable bike shop close to home but I will look elsewhere now. Cheers!

This is going to be the beginning of a great, long relationship. I bought my husband and I used beach cruisers for Christmas. They ride fine, but they are rusted as heck. My husband built bikes when he was in high school, and these will be great projects. Based on the reviews we stopped in. Everyone is right about Jorge. He has great customer service and had wonderful ideas for tricking out the first bike. We'll keep going back.

Came to Baja to get some knowledge on what size hubs I needed for a custom build. They were much more helpful than another place I visited earlier that day. Couldn't be happier with the result. If you need something done that someone said couldn't be done just come here first and you will probably be alright.

I hardly write reviews but I feel like I gotta give credit where credit is due. First off, I’m new to the bike game and would always go to bicycle warehouse to pay super expensive service and products only for them to keep messing up again until one day I did my own research (thanks to these reviews) that I took a shot on this place. In the last month I have came here twice already and the dude in the back that works on the bikes is awesome and a very soft spoken professional. I had told him that my my back wheel and rim was bent which the bicycle warehouse had told me and was going to charge me $100 for the rim alone and $20 for service. He literally took out my rim and put it back and told me that it wasn’t bent on it only needs a new tube. Wow! How many people can be that honest ? Not trying to make money yet tell me what’s really wrong ? Tube was only $8 and service was $10 vice what BW was going to charge me with. I broke my chain and it was the same thing. Came in and the gentleman helped me get a new one for $30 vice what other shops were going to charge me for in the $80 and up. Moral of the story; they have earned my trust and I’ll always shop here moving forward. Support your mom and pop shops vice the big name stores. Check them out ! They also have a lot of bikes in store with really good prices!

They closed, locked up and gone 15 minutes before closing. I would guess thier work is as bad as others say...

Highly recommend! I had a flat tire on my E-bike, and George made accommodations to work in this repair right away. The repair was completed in less than an hour, and I was able to complete my ride. George is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Recently, I took my bike here for repairs. Repairs were done before the estimated completion date given. The cost for parts and labor were very reasonable. My bike is running top-notch. Will be my goto bike shop for any future repairs.

I ordered a Specialized eMTB from the Epic Cycles Houston store. As they prepped it for shipping, they discovered some scratches on the frame and took action to find an undamaged bike and get it on it's way then called me with the revised plan. When that shipment was stalled for a bit, Daniel called me with a better solution than what I started with: offered me a better bike at same price so he could deliver on time. Of course, I took it! Of course, it arrived exactly when he said it would, and it's an awesome bike! It's such a pleasure doing business with Epic Cycles - they take care of their business by taking care of the customer.

Lot of parts, good prices on the bikes. They had what I was looking for, $10 more than on Amazon. But paid it cause I really needed the part today. Would come back in a pinch other wise parts are much cheaper online.

Had a good experience at baja bikes, have a 59 schwinn double bar that I was turning into a bmx cruiser and a hard time finding a sealed bearing headset and seatpost. They had what I needed. 👍 very helpful and knowledgeable thanks

I bought a seat it was missing hardware I had to come back the customer service wasn't the best I was going to spend money you think they would be more welcoming looked like I was bothering them. i also specifically asked for a chain for a beach cruiser they sold me one it was to short. I came back expecting an easy exchange they told me to buy another chain and them together. They explained to me that's how beach cruiser chains are, wish they would have told me that in the first place I would have bought 2 to begin with. I'm not spending any money here and will find parts from a place with better customer service
