Received a text message at 7a saying crew would come out between 11-2 and give a free estimate. After the 4 hour window passed and I did not hear from anyone, I called to see what was going on. Got a phone call back saying they’d be at my house in 40 minutes. Crew gets here and says- the truck bed is equivalent to 9 trucks. To rent the “full truck” it’s $999. The estimate is based on about how much of the truck bed you use. We have a few large items to haul. I figured appx 2-3 max. He tried to say it would be about half the truck for $500. This is ludicrous since the truck bed is tall. Then they wanted to take a picture of our stuff to prove they came out!!! A 5 hour waste of time. I could have given dimensions of my items for an “estimate” without wasting my whole Saturday.

I called because I was moving out of state they showed up on time and we're very fast. Was told they would call 20 minutes before arrival and they called to say that they were 20 minutes away and 3 minutes later, said they were at the gate. They were told not to unplug anything from the wall and I had an Xbox One inside the box in the corner. Not only was my $65 USB-C charger taken out of the wall, but my Xbox One was taken away with important documents and a game inside. I called a couple hours later to inquire about my Xbox and I was told they just dumped it at the landfill. Low and behold, 2 weeks later someone tried to sign on with an email that was sent to me. Beenverified sure is a great service when in a spot like this. If you want something done quick without listening to a simple instruction or your expensive things to be taken to the landfill, chose this business. Checked Yelp for a junk hauler -- needed some muscle on short notice to move a stack washer/dryer out of a laundry closet at our condo. Called yesterday and got a time range for pickup today -- from 10AM-1PM. I got a call and text this morning at 11:15AM that they were on the way. Perfect. Long story short, You Call It We Haul It did a great job. That was one heavy washer/dryer but they got it moved no muss no fuss -- for less than I was quoted by one of the folks on craigslist. I'm a happy customer!

I recently got a new couch and I needed my old 3 seater couch removed expeditiously. I called around to several places, and other places quoted twice the amount of this place. When I called originally it went to voicemail but they sent me a text soon after, set up an appointment and came in an hour or less! I was quoted $95-120 and paid $120. My couch was about 3x3x8 give or take. Had 3 seats and 4 attached pillows. Super nice guys, one of the 3 men was named Richard. They do take a before and after picture. They were very professional, kind and cheerful. I’d recommend this business!

This company is legit!!! They hey came over and gave me a solid quote to remove my large above ground jacuzzi, made plans to promptly pick it up, and were super friendly and professional the whole time. I got 3 other quotes and they were the best! Very affordable. They cleaned up after themselves well and even took some other items for me too. I definitely recommend You Call It We Haul It!

Richard and David were so professional, they came out removed 4 built in cabinets. Very efficient and detail oriented. The cabinet was a little tricky since the garage door was in the way, they managed to take it out without causing any damage to the garage door. They took the extra step of also hauling away extra stuff I wanted gone without any extra charge. Best prices will definitely be calling them again for any haul away !

They picked up my box spring from the curb. I was quoted 60-80, and charged $75–but still less than everyone else in the area. Told me they would be there between 2-5. So happy I contacted them! I needed heavy furniture removed from my garage and some cardboard boxes removed, I called a few places to get a fair estimate. I booked them to pick up two arm chairs I needed removed prior to a move. Richard and Chino were very professional, let me know when I could expect them and called 15 minutes prior to showing up to let me know that they were on their way. Richard responded to my online inquiry within 24 hrs and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. After quickly looking at the things I wanted to throw away, he gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable and I decided to go forward with it on the spot. I was a little nervous he may increase the price because the debris was in the crawl space under my house and it was therefore hard to see everything until it was pulled out. However, he stuck to the original quote he gave me even though there were definitely some very bulky items. The team was friendly and efficient. With three people working it went quickly, but they took the time to check with me first on each item to make sure they did not throw away anything I wanted to keep. I cannot tell how you how relieved I am to have cleared out debris that has been there for over 20 years and all it took was one phone call! I highly recommend you giving them a call.

These guys were great. Scheduled them a day too early but they were flexible and agreed to come back the following day. Next day they arrived when they said they would. They worked hard during a heatwave carefully carrying furniture and boxes out to truck to avoid scraping wall or floors. Extremely professional. They were able to come quote our job within one day of calling and came within their promised time slot. Richard and his partner worked really well together removing our junk and were very pro! When you want big items moved usually it is not always a pre-planned event. Unless you are actually moving. I called and received same day service. I also contacted 6 other junk move businesses. Each of those businesses I sent pictures of the items I requested to be moved including You Haul It. Each Business quoted $120.00+. Fred's Junk Removal quoted $99.00 but it'll be a week wait time. You Haul quoted $60-140.00 and required to see the items. I thought it should be $75.00 since the low quote range and few items would take up little space. I was quoted on the high end. We negotiated. I am good at saying no, so I felt no pressure to agree. If you're the type that buckles because someone's in front of you then you might not want to use this business. I find it questionable to have to see the items in person for an estimate even when receiving photos. I would say I would not not hire them. I know for sure if I plan ahead I would go with Fred's just removal.
