Changing my review to 0 stars if I could. Don't know what happened as I had high expectations of Julianna and oh boy! My daughter went to have her hair colored with Julianna and she did a terrible job with her hair. My daughter has been bleaching her hair for a year now in other places and even different states and she has never had this problem. Julianna left a two tone bleach color on my daughter's hair. She charged her $225 for the sloppy job and on top of it Julianna wanted to charge my daughter $45 to TRY and correct it! I don't think it's fair as it was her fault not doing a good job on my daughters hair to begin with. Julianna, if you didn't know how to handle my daughter's hair I think you should have told her before applying any products and I don't think you should have charged her such a high amount of money for the bad work you did on her. Hope you enjoy the free $225 you got!!

Juliana always does an amazing job cutting my hair. Even though it's a short hairstyle, she takes the time to do all the little things to ensure that it's perfect and that makes all the difference. She cares about the work she does, but what really shows is that she cares about all who sit in her chair.

Jules is listed in my contacts as "BEST HAIR STYLIST EVER." Let me tell you why. 2021 was a BIG year for me. I had a baby, sold my home, and moved to SoCal from the east coast. Needless to say, my self-care took a backseat for many months. By March of 2023, I was ready to take back control of my hair and, honestly, my identity. For context, my vision for years has been copper red with honey highlights and tips. I prefer a more "natural" aesthetic as opposed to vibrant or neon, and I like to focus on framing my face with an angled, feathered cut, leaving my hair long enough to be able to curl it. While the cut has been easy enough to maintain, for one reason or another, it always seemed impossible to achieve the color, no matter who I saw. I found Jules after doing a Google search of stylists local to me and reading reviews. Even then, it was hard to know if she would "get" me - and then, we had our initial phone consult, and I knew right then and there we would vibe. The day of our scheduled appointment, we had a blast! She listened to my vision and actually collaborated with me. I was so impressed by her communication skills. I was even more impressed by her genuine excitement for working on my hair. We went back and forth over every little detail, even my little streak of gray I wanted to preserve - no stone was left unturned. While processing, we spoke about anything and everything. She was so easy to talk to and expressed her personality with such warmth and humor. I felt so at ease and confident in her skills. When all was said and done, and I saw my vision turned into a reality staring back at me in the mirror, I actually cried I was so happy! For the first time in my life, someone *got* it. Jules understood my vision and DELIVERED. Needless to say, I am a client for life.

I love the Keratin treatment that Julianna chose for my hair type. She’s very knowledgeable also in hair treatments and color. I get many compliments on my hair.

Julianna came highly recommended by a friend of mine. All I asked her was something of low maintenance haircut. She did a side swept bangs for me, and I am very happy with the way my hair turned out. She's also a wonderful teacher sharing her expertise in styling and blow drying my hair; giving recommendations on some moisturizing shampoo and conditioners. You’ll have the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish. Go and check her place out you will not be disappointed.

I had my very first Keratin treatment. Juliana did a great job. She was very meticulous and ensured each process was precisely done. She also ensured the air ventilation in her shop was good to air out any chemical smell. I was very happy with the outcome. Juliana is a breath of fresh air, very passionate on what she does and is full of great energy.

Juliana is wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly and she does amazing work. Color and cut all turned out beautifully and I would absolutely go to her again.

Best hair experience ever - and I have had some bad ones- but never again- Juliana studied my hair recommended treatment got to work and delivered the best results I could have expected. I’ve neglected my hair forever cause I’m just too lazy and can’t be bothered to do anything about it. I would always just put my hair in a bun or a braid. I’m so glad that I finally went and got something done. Julie is very welcoming and very knowledgeable about hair. I even got some hair chemistry lessons while she’s doing my hair 😅. I rarely have my hair cut and be colored since I was skeptical due to a not so good experience in the past when comes to my hair. I've always wondered why my friend's hair looks gorgeous all the time. May it be pink, blue, purple, bob, layered, or whatever..Her hair is a work of Art! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair by Julianna. I got a pretty good chunk of my hair cut into a long bob and got a root smudge done for my visit. The blonde that Julianna did for me was absolutely stunning and the waves she styled my hair with, at the end, was equally amazing. Great communication, too. I felt heard and understood every step of the way. Not only did she show me pictures to make sure we were on the same page, she'd repeat what I said so there was never any confusion and made sure I was absolutely certain with my decision. I came back because I decided I did want to go a bit darker and she fit me into her schedule the next day! Jules is a total lifesaver! I've been struggling with trichotillomania since the beginning of this year, and my hair was super long and grown out and thin, and with just an hour with her, she worked her magic and completely fixed me up! She was able to layer my hair perfectly in a way that blends in new growth with old growth and covers my bald spots. She was also very careful to make sure she didn't take off too much length, but when I told her I was fine with my hair being shorter she adapted to that! So if you're apart of the long hair club and you're scared to get a trim, Juliana's your girl! Having a private room was really helpful, because I didn't want to go into a public space ad have my head exposed. She's also very good and easy to hold a conversation with so for my social anxiety peeps she's just perfect! This was my first time going here and I definitely wont be going to anyone else for a very very long time! Totally referring my friends and family also! Loved being able to to find a new stylist in San Diego. So warm and welcoming. She did an awesome job cutting my hair, I've only ever had one other person do it for +10yrs. I recently moved from Mission Valley to Chula Vista and was looking for a hair stylist in the area to start going to. After reviewing a bunch of local hair salons and reading a ton of reviews I decided on going to Juliana, and I’m so glad I did! I will preface this by saying I did not go for coloring. I’ve been bleaching my hair platinum for MANY years and decided that it’s time to go back to having natural, healthy hair. As soon as I booked, Juliana reached out to me almost immediately for a little information. On the day of my appointment, she consulted with me for about 45 minutes to educate me on how to take care of my hair and to create an entire routine and care plan on how to get my hair back to being super healthy. 45 minutes! Like, that’s how you KNOW she cares. She didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of expensive products like most salons would, and actually ended up giving me an extremely affordable leave in treatment that ACTUALLY helped my hair after ONE use. We did a deep conditioning treatment and a cut and I’m very satisfied with both. I left with very bouncy, fresh, healthy layers. Extremely pleased with her as a hair stylist and for taking the time to listen to my needs and educate me so much on how to care for my hair. I literally booked 2 more appointments with her the same day. Juliana, you are a blessing!
