this
location
January
26,
2023,
and
I
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
with
employee
Larry
in
the
paint
bay
area.
This
employee
didn't
exercise
the
most
basic
customer
service
skills
to
acknowledge
customers,
even
if
you're
helping
other's,
and
inform
the
customer
you'll
be
right
with
them.
This
employee
didn't
acknowledge
my
presence
in
the
area
at
all.
When
I
asked
for
a
little
professionalism
and
customer
service
he
told
me
to
be
patient.
I
informed
him
that
I
was
patient;
however,
how
about
a
little
professionalism
in
acknowledging
a
customer.
He
became
argumentative
as
if
we
were
on
a
school
yard
and
he
had
to
win.
The
CUSTOMER
took
the
hire
road
and
asked
for
the
manager
especially
when
he
refused
to
give
me
his
name.
Come
to
find
out
he
has
a
nickname
on
his
apron
in
which
I
could
not
make
out.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
Mike
whom
was
not
his
direct
supervisor;although,
he
said
he
would
inform
his
supervisor
of
this
occurrence.
This
employee
needs
a
remedial
lesson
in
the
basic
concepts
of
customer
service.
I'd
like
to
highlight
Paul
in
the
paint
bay,
and
cashier
Francis.
They
both
managed
to
pick
up
the
ball
where
Larry
dropped
it.
