    Best buy will NOT repair any computers I own. All I can afford is refurbished windows 10 or 11 computers. They WILL NOT touch them. I CAN AFFORD to pay for there repairs & the yearly repair insurance. Just 4 or 5 years ago they would fix & take my yearly repair insurance money which did not need. They did such good work I did not need it. It appears they maybe discriminating on any services I may need. There is NO Other place I can go for computer service.

    They used to have all the movies and now they only have a few and they are very expensive. They did help me with my screen protector for my phone but only after I went and found it. I asked the employee and they told me they didn’t carry it anymore. Then I went and got it and they installed it for me PERFECTLY. I’m so glad. So don’t be dependent when you’re looking for help. I want to buy a security system for my car and have them install it but the website does not cooperate. I will have to make an appointment in person next time.

    We took a computer that we bought from Best Buy 11 months ago to the Geek Squad. The computer had stopped working a couple of days earlier. We did not have a protection plan but the computer was still under warranty. The person who attended to us was not very helpful. He spent a few minutes in the back room with the computer and came back to inform us that we had to deal with Microsoft directly to fix the computer. He also said that we would have to deal with a third party if we wanted to retrieve our data. He couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Will not try to get support from the Geek Squad again.

    This store has gone downhill over the past few years. Store opening is late - either 10 or 11 a.m. depending on day. There are a lot fewer sales persons around. Much of the merchandise is "out of stock" so don't believe the "available for pickup" without verifying first.

    Had made a online pick up order went to pick up item and browsed . The security guard tried to be cool and pretend he wasn't watching us but he did 100% you are terrible at your'e job don't assume nothing I never steal don't judge a book by its cover I make more then you a year and have no job. But he pick up dudes were cool that's why 2 stars. Feb 2 around 3pm if you are windeing which security guard was working.

    My experience at best buy today was amazing, I appreciate Dario for his amazing help, he's well experienced and knows well what he's talking about. I mentioned what I liked and what I seen on YouTube and he helped me out on choosing the right thing.

    They were out of stock on microwave fryers which we were willing to purchase for 499 but instead got a ge microwave for 139 got excellent help to the car with purchase.

    On the look for a air fryer came across this one Marshmallow collaboration..so far so good... price was awesome. I ordered online went to pick up easy fast no issues.

    Went to look for specific printer ink, and yup, I could depend on Best Buy to get what I needed. Name Brand so we could be sure about it. They have printers that can copy and scan. I think I will buy one of those soon.

    One of the best experiences buying a new phone. Replacing a lost phone can be a serious chore, but Arlene spent an insane amount of time helping me figure out how to access my AT&T account so I could get a significant discount on a new phone. Personable, funny, incredibly nice. This is 5 stars for Arlene.

    It was the worst experience at this location. We have a call order that we placed last month and verified with a BestBuy Customer Service that it is ready for pick up. When we arrived at the store, we were notified by the manager a woman and a bald guy, also a manager the product is not available for pickup. We came out of the store upset and seemed to be wasting our time. Then an hour later, the same manager that told us that the product is not available called back to let us know that the product is in the store and ready for pickup. I will never do business with this BestBuy again.

    The technician at GeekSquad that finishes the repair loop on my laptop today, is getting a huge 5 STAR review with their name up! If they don’t, I’m picking it up today and leaving a really bad review for that geek squad technician! Eyes open 👀

    Every time I order from Best Buy and set up a pick up it goes very smoothly. I appreciate their customer service and their price points have been very reasonable lately. I highly recommend them.

    Wow, literally one of the Best Buys I have done in a while, haha! At the door they greet me with a smile, then started looking around for some deals and which I need to go back again. But when one of the employees asked if I needed help, I then explained what I need it, she knew right away what I was talking about, and walked me straight to the item. Plus the Security was such a sweetheart, by helping me taking the item I was going to buy to the front, white I went to use the ladies room! So, yes... I definitely recommend this store, everything is clean, nice, and neat! 😀👍🏼❤

    So...went in on Black Friday. Yes, I know. I picked up an item and went to check out. The line was insane long. Again, yes, I know . I looked around and saw a sign that said, " Use the app, scan, and buy. Skip.the line" . Cool! Try it out. Tried. Scanned, and it said pick up in 2 hours, lol. Asked employees, and half of them didn't even know how to use or k ow about the app. The printer guy though....he was on point.

    Busy and hectic as it is most the time during the holidays but the didn't take away from the great customer service and helpfulness of the employees who were assisting me. Made the overall experience somewhat enjoyable for as crazy as it is during black Friday.

    Well organized. Good selection of items. Best Buy seems nicer nowadays. Huge TVs and superior audio systems. This Best Buy and the Walmart generally have lower income families so lock your cars and be careful.

    Well, what can I say about this amazing place? this is my Disney whenever I need to clear my head. The staff is amazing! helpful, but never to on top of you, they have a trained eye to lock eyes with you whenever they feel you need someone to help you (no kidding) so that's a good thing, you don't want someone around you all the time, only when you need it. The place is huge and it has almost everything there, make sure to purchase ahead of your visit for on demand products.

    The only person that actually valued my questions and opinions was Casandra, Dell Representative. She went out of her way to make sure I was OK with what I needed. She should be commended. Some staff members do not seem interested in providing customer service. That isbwhat brings me back

    This is my go to Best buy but I was alittle disappointed when they sent me from one line to another because the checkout/ return/pickup/ customer service is all in one line. So spent an additional 30 minutes waiting. It would be great if the person standing at the booth when you walk in could help direct people. I wasn't the only one.

    NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! The customer service is horrible, the managers lie, and the sales associates sell the customers the wrong items. Came in to do a return and spoke to the "store manager" turns out he told me a bunch of B S on why he couldn't do my return. Frustrating enough he made me go to a store 45 min from this location, just to get told to go back to a best buy. Never doing business with best buy ever again.

    I've always ordered online and had great service until I came here. While standing there waiting in line for my turn at the pick up area, there must have been 5 female employees at least just walking back and forth no acknowledgement. Not even a hi or one moment. Another customer come up and waited behind me and was like do they even know we existed. It's the reason why I had to give 3 stars as the products is still good

    Spacious and full of products. I had gone to mission valley and searched BB online but found little in the way of laptop cases. On a whim I stopped in to check out their inventory. Wow! Fortunately, I found a perfect soft case for my tablet and there were many options. I briefly browsed the TV, major appliance and video sections....everything was clean and appeared well labeled and organized. Employees were scarce but friendly. Check out was fast. I would go back.

    Looking for headphones that can allow hearing my surroundings yet being able to listen to phone calls or music. Especially for semi-truck driving. Well, I think these two in the pics are the best options. I was surprised that the sunglasses could do this!! The store is clean and the staff are friendly and hospitable.

    Thank you for one associate she was a pretty nice lady who was helping to get my order back .I didn't ask her name but she did extra miles to help me to get my Air fryer microwave back .Thank you so much. One suggestion for online order though. Youguys might need to prolong the length of pick up time Why? Because if we ordered the merchandise that's mean we needed and most people are working .     the best deals are always at Best Buy not Fry's. Best Buy in Chula Vista is always amazing. the only negative part of this store is going through the checkout counter but I feel that reflects the management and not Best Buy as a whole.

    It took longer than expected for their staff to check whether you had a computer question. Literally there was only one person on their laptop section on a Sunday evening. I had to go up to one of their employees to ask for help. Their, customer service could be better improved.

    Ivan or Isacc helped me yesterday. He has braces, about 5'6" and easy on the eyes!!! He stopped what he was doing. I actually interrupted him talking to an associate and he was still happy and patiently helped me. My e book external hard drive crashed and I needed a new one. Sometimes when I go to best buy I end up walking in circles trying to find something. Its nice to have someone ready to assist me and who has a friendly attitude.

    We bought a Chromecast device and couldn't return it because they would not return it. The return policy is 2 weeks for this Best buy and we were on our vacation for the two weeks. How are you able to use something and find out it won't work? We couldn't figure out how to even install it. We didn't understand why it wasn't working. Pathetic return policy

    This best buy had some of the items I wanted out of stock for like a week so I wanted to deduct a star, from my experience Best Buy can only offer prices as good as online, never better. If you have amazon prime and you need something not super urgently just order it online. Only come here to browse around if you want to see all the other options for any product you could want, other than that. Just order online

    Great Bestbuy, very nice well stocked store. Weird older Caucasian security guard followed me around when I went and waited for my by the door. The actual staff was extremely nice. That guy almost ruined the experience.
