    The restrooms are nasty. This is how management works here. No soap to wash hands. I am reporting to public health.

    Title: Disappointing Experience at Target Store with Unpleasant Encounter Rating: ★ I recently visited my local Target store on May 7th, around 11:15 am, and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. While there were aspects of the store that were satisfactory, my encounter with an employee named Maria S was particularly unpleasant and left me feeling dissatisfied. Starting with the positives, Target Store maintained a clean and organized shopping environment, which made it easy to locate products. The variety of merchandise available was impressive, and the store had a generally pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, most of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to a more positive shopping experience. However, my experience with Maria S was the low point of my visit. When I approached her for assistance, she appeared visibly unhappy and was rather rude in her response. In a dismissive and impolite manner, she curtly stated, "I'm close!" This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated, as it seemed she had no interest in assisting customers or addressing their needs. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Maria S's behavior did not align with these expectations, and it greatly affected my overall impression of the store. It is important for businesses like Target Store to recognize the impact that such negative encounters can have on customers. Every customer interaction shapes the overall perception of the establishment, and it is crucial for employees to uphold professional and courteous behavior consistently. While I understand that employees may have off days, it is imperative for management to ensure that customer service standards are upheld throughout the day, even during busy periods. Encouraging a positive and customer-oriented culture through training and support can greatly contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for all patrons. I sincerely hope that Target Store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Despite my disappointing encounter with Maria S, I acknowledge that individual experiences may vary, and others may have had more positive interactions at this location. In conclusion, my visit to Target Store on May 7th, 11:15 am, left me with a sense of dissatisfaction due to the rude behavior displayed by employee Maria S. It is my hope that Target Store recognizes the importance of providing exceptional customer service and takes appropriate steps to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and courteously at all times

    Not only were the items that I was looking for in stock, which is helped to speed up my shopping time, the associate (I believe her name was Wendy), was very friendly and courteous. Sometimes that level of courtesy helps to make our day or distract us from our daily stressors. I remembered this associate on another occasion, being really helpful when I realized I had a lot of bags but no cart. She offered to have someone get a cart, but I said that it wasn't needed. A couple days earlier, my father in law had passed away. This interaction helped me to leave with a smile on my face, and get me distracted for a moment. Thanks to your friendly associate.🙏🏾

    During the busy Sunday, they only had 3 cashiers open out of 12. Literally spent 45 minutes in the line just to pay for my items. Will never go to this location again.

    The problem with theft at this Target is out of control. Out of the last 5 shopping experiences I've witnessed 3 thefts. People running out the doors with carts full of stuff. Today was the last straw, a customer was aggressively yelling profanities in the aisle next to me while I was shopping with my toddler then I witnessed the cart runner. While I was shopping security was following 2 other people. Im done. I don't feel safe taking my child in there. Staff are nice and unfortunately they have to deal with this due to the area.

    I did some shopping early morning to beat the crowd. I was at this Target location around 9am, grabbed a small hand basket because my intention was to not buy too much stuff, 1st mistake. I ended up with a full basket and both hands carrying items struggling to get to the register. I did set my basket down to adjusted some items so I can have more space and make it slightly easier to carry, but not once did any employee ask if I needed a larger cart . When I set the basket down I also set my phone down, 2nd mistake. I remember I needed something else and forgot to grab my phone, and grabbed only the basket and the 8pk of Gatorade in the other hand. Before heading to the register I went back to grab the phone I had left in the soda aisle. It was gone! Was advised to check customer service desk, but nothing was returned. I did ask if they can check the cameras, but was told the security guard was in a meeting. This time it had to be close to 10am 10:30. I said ok I'll wait. Another manager arrived and asked about the phone and said the security guard will be out of this meeting at 11 and he can check the cameras then. Ok fine now 8 minutes till 11. She returns to me and said the 11am security guard didn't show up for his shift and the 8am security guard quit along with she's short handed because other employees called out. Now at this point I figured out the "meeting" excuse was a lie and there is no one to check cameras. She rudely said, "what do you want out of this, your phone is gone". I replied with Not if an employee stole it. I told her I work for a Grocery store and I know how lost and stolen items can be recovered. She did not ask for my name or the time stamp of when I lost it(I had to offer that info)or any resolution. She did mention another security guard should be there at 2, I told her I will follow up with her at that time... also wasn't her suggestion. 3rd and Final mistake was shopping at this Location. Beware!!! NO SECURITY GUARDS Right Now for 8am and possibly 11am;) !!!! Poor management skills.

    If you don't need to go to the bathroom that's a good start. Disgusting bathrooms! (Sadly I needed to take an elderly person in there. )Lots of used toilet paper all over floor in stalls. Gross and unsanitary is an understatement! Even when I mentioned it to an employee she said they don't even go in there. She said, "it's a culture thing".We throw toilet paper in the toilet. Other cultures have the habit to put their used toilet paper in trash cans. So since there are no signs and no trash cans they just throw it on the floor. Omg!!! IT WOULD SERVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS IF THEY PUT SIGNS WITH FIGURE CARTOON DIRECTIONS!

    Every time I shop at Target the employees are so friendly and helpful! I buy several items there that aren't available anywhere else. I’m especially happy to see how INCLUSIVE Target is and adore it's PRIDE line. Btw, I am a 70-year-old straight woman.

    Went in for shoes, shirts and pants. The shoe selection is extremely limited and very disorganized with many pairs strewn about the floor. I found a pair of jeans and asked the attendant if he could find another pair. He pulled up inventory which show a few pair still available but neither he or I could find them. The entire clothing section was very disorganized with piles of clothing needing to be separated. This is the worst Target store I have experienced in 2 states.

    I ordered a bike for my daughter online . I waited the 2 hour for it to be ready to be picked up . Only to get there and surprise surprise it was the used , damaged store display . I asked for a new one and they told me they could not give me another one as they have to give one that was already built and not in original package … and there was no one available to put it together for me .. disappointed big time !! Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars

    The store was semi-organized though. The aisles were not cluttered and it did appear the items were well stocked. The lines were ridiculously long. I saw one cashier checking customers out and everyone else standing in line for self-checkout. I did notice at least four other employees that were standing near the front register/door area. The bathroom was disgusting. The smell slapped you in the face as soon as you walked into the doorway. There was toilet paper in one and all the ladies were kind enough to share with the next. Most of the soap dispensers didn’t have soap in them. Three of the four sinks also didn’t even try to turn on.

    Zero star if I could. Would not shop here .Disgusting restrooms. Looks like a crime scene ?? See pictures posted .one Target employee said always that restrooms way because managers don't care. I personally Spoke to manager on duty and said she couldn't keep up with it. Horrible customer service. Kids needing to use the toilet but blood and feces on floor. Such a Health hazard. 10.2.2022 at 448pm. Please corporate help them figure this out .

    To the managers and employee working today at 6:47PM, when will change happen? Multiple events took place to dissatisfied the shopper and your time. I came to see if theres a possibility to exchange the earphones I bought (yes without a receipt)and no one knew the right steps to take. The error caused our time to be extend. Simply, ask the right questions quickly, and communicate with EVERYONE: the customer, staff, manager. come on you can do this. also, I got no recipt with my exchange. let's hope this earphones works, otherwise I will dispute. Excuse me.

    For the last 3 years worst customer service. They never answer the phone. When you show up They are stading around talking to eachother while the phone rings.ive called from my cell in front of them. U better speak Spanish when u go if u want help.

    Go to target go to get a pep pizza pay for it and sit since they are making it. As I'm sitting there with a hungry kid I notice the hot area now has a pep pizza. Crappy service that they couldn't even tell me my pizza was done and someone could have taken it.

    Did they steal all of their shopping carts from Food4Less? Over the past couple of years, this store has become the worst by far for not having working shopping carts. They also make no effort to clean the garbage out of them before putting them away. Nothing makes me want to spend $0 in a store than dragging around a noisy, bumpy, filthy shopping cart. I'll go to Bonita Plaza from now on until Broadway can figure out how to clean their store up.

    I was charged twice an article, luckily I checked my receipt for a different reason and I found out, cashier was helpless and send me to make another long line when it was her mistake not mine... Please make sure you check your receipts before leaving the store...

    Bathrooms are always 1 star. Parking is about the same with how crowded it is. People have no patience at self check out. They're normally out of the items I'm looking for.

    I had an amazing experience with Target this morning. I did an online order and it was ready before the two hours, I then went and picked up my order and grabbed some other items and checked out in less than ten minutes! The online ordering is so convenient and the pick up people are so accommodating. The self check out is a breeze.

    I bought a “new” Xbox controller from here and they sold me a used one! I don’t know how because they don’t sell used electronics. It was missing accessories and didn’t even work!! The store employees are shady, don’t shop here. Look at the disgusting state of the controller they gave me in the picture.

    I enjoy going to this target. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products that are sold in the store. Brenda is an excellent employee at this target. I would recommend this store to anyone
