Do not get your phone repaired here. I Came to this kiosk to get an iphone 12 screen repaired after it cracked. The screen replacements are low quality and very noticeably different than the original iphone screens. I was left with a display that has a horrible glare from many angles, noticeable purplish tint. All the text on the phone is now distorted and blurred. The phone just looks very fake now. The camera quality dropped and now makes pictures grayish. All the color diminished noticeably. Paid 440$ for this very cheap job and am extremely disappointed. Do not waste your money, complete scam.

Service was cheap and fast. Just had a horrible experience with the labor. I went in to fix the back glass of an iPhone.. it got returned with a disfuncional flashlight and horrible camera quality. I compared the fixed phone to another one and the camera was obviously swamped out for a lower quality one. Please beware and check the phone before and after the service. Edit to reply to owner - I did fix my phone with you. How are you going to tell me where I fixed my phone. I even have the text receipt.

Well, base on my experience.. This place and the people works here are unprofessional. They charged me 20 dollars because of the wrong lcd that was sent to them. It was the technicians mistake. I gave them the right model which is vivo v11, and they ordered the lcd with ebay. they didn't even check on the images that the lcd that the supplier was selling was not compatible with my phone. it says vivo y97/ v11.. but the images of the lcd that was posted by the seller is waaaaaaaay different.

My husband took his phone here to get the screen repaired. While they were replacing the screen they cracked the frame. It was an inexpensive phone to begin with...but it worked. And now it doesn't and he has to replace the whole phone after spending $109 on the replacement screen.

Replaced batteries in an iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 (my moms and dads phones). iPhone 7 came out with a broken screen as soon as we got the phone back from getting a new battery. Got the screen replaced somewhere else. Then both phones "new batteries" won't hold charge for longer than 6 hours without using them! Bad quality!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Quick repair of broken glass. Was a lazy Monday afternoon so I was able to get the work done in about 25 minutes. The kiosk is in an open court directly in front of Divas, close to AMC Chula Vista 10.

The worst costumer service I ever experienced. I got my iPhone screen repaired here. After I picked it up my screen will turn off every couple hours and I would have to restart it. When I went back after a couple days to tell them about it the guys said “if there was something wrong with it it would never turn on at all. If there is something wrong with your car I won’t start. That’s how it works”. Without even taking a look at the phone. After getting tired of it I had to go somewhere else to get a new display. Don’t come waste your hard earned money here!

I took my phone to John for a broken screen to be repaired. When I got the phone back from him, the new screen had rubbery glue all around the edge of it. I couldn't believe my eyes. The glue is not only ugly, it causes sticky hands when I hold it. I've tried removing it with alcohol and soap and nothing. And instead of owning up to the sticky slop he left me with, he spent several minutes justifying why the glue is exposed; some bull about having to replace the damaged original frame, which he claimed he "didn't charge me for" as if it was my fault and he did me some huge favor. He didn't offer to redo the work, but he did spend a few minutes attempting to scrape rubbery strands off with a razor blade; made things worse actually. Good lord, I can't believe I paid $110 for this.This man doesn't seem to give a **** about cleanliness or quality.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Extremely fantastic service and HONEST!
