BE WARE! FYI, I went to watch Top Gun. Great movie. BUT, I paid for the movie and treats (not cheap). Half way through the movie a couple who brought a baby and a toddler started to cry. The parents took a while to do something about it. You think they left so the rest of us could watch the movie. NO, less than a minute went by when the father came back and allowed the toddler to go up and down the theater steps. And as he tried to calm down the baby walked around the theater in front of the movie screen. So I went to speak to a manager about what their policy is for these situations. Well, it is the other people in the theater responsibility to go upfront and tell the theater personal when something disruptive is going on. After you let them know, they will give the parents a warning. If it still goes on, it is still the other people in the theater responsibility to get up again. After you get up a second time, they will give the parents a second warning or ask them to leave. Meanwhile your movie experience has been ruined and you have missed some of the movie. Did you know they allow children over six in a rated R movie after 6pm??? What parent does that??? They gave me a coupons to come see another movie later on. What is that good for? What they need to do is change their policies. Next time, I will wait for the movie to come out, save all that money, and not worry about my movie experience being ruined. Remember it is your responsibility to have a good movie experience, not AMC. Good luck.

I've been watching movies at AMC Palm promenade for years. Their imax theater is awesome one of the best in San Diego area.

$6.00 Movies Do Exist I think the Palm Promenade must be owned by a philanthropist because movie tixs are only 6.49 for adults and 5.49 for kiddos. Obviously, someone up above wants families to enjoy fun activities. High quality indicators Much appreciated ticket prices Self-serve mega soda machine Cushioned seat theatre Clean, clean, clean Current movies Plenty of parking Located in a shopping center Libations are served Not outdated Not so favorable Cold like Antarctica- bring a jacket Boo to $18.00 tixs at other AMC's

This AMC is our go to for viewing a great flick… we went to see DUNE and enjoyed it lots. This AMC is always clean and staff is considerate and accommodating. Plus this AMC is never too crowded always plenty of elbow room.

Why they pur the AC like Alaska? I came from outside, it’s 76•, I should bring a blanket? I watched Oppenheimer for 3 hours freezing. Also the sink at restroom don’t work properly. I tried 3 different sinks, and 2 different soaps to just wash my hands.

This theater definitely is our first choice! They are the only ones that still have decent prices! They may not have the recliner seats yet, but they have IMAX, 3D, surround sound and only $5 all day Tuesdays!! With being a stubs member the perks are awesome! Shorter wait time in line, no online fee for Tix, free size upgrades and free refills for popcorn! The soda machines and popcorn stations get a bit sticky at times but that's to be expected. They also have a bar now! I've only had good experiences here.

Staff at the ticket station was super rude. She let 3 families that came after mine first , even after she made contact with us and then said it wasn’t her intention to ignore us. I have the stubs membership so we are supposed to get priority in line. Another thing is , parents with toddlers or young kids shouldn’t be allowed in rated R/scary movies. Went in to watch smile, and kids were crying and scared from the scenes, why would staff even allow that? Super bad

This is a great place to come especially on a hot summer day. They have it nice and chilly in the theaters. All staff were friendly, and Everything is kept clean. I suggest buying tickets online and you can also purchase concessions online super convenient. I love that you purchase assigned seating for the movies. Aisles are clearly marked with the letter you will sit in.

This theater is huge!!! The sound is out of this world. The seats are a bit older but overall a great movie experience.

Finally, I was able to take my daughter to her movie birthday celebration 🎥🎂!! The truth is that I was hesitant to go due to these nasty viruses.. but we went on a weekday and the movie we went to see had been in theaters for more than two months, so there wasn't a lot of people at this point, which was good because to my surprise no 6 feet distance is implemented..not even one space between seats! ... And of course, masks are only recommended. Staff do still wear theirs... we kept ours on. Other than that concern the movies theater is clean and staff is helpful and attentive. There are new stores around the area, which is nice to see because it is an indicative that the economy is getting better. It's always good to have Walmart, Vons, and Home Depot, and many fast food places, near by. There is a lot of parking space.

What started as a very strange issue with tickets we purchased a month ago and a possibly rescheduled showing ended with 4 of us in our own theater at the original time! The staff was patient and worked well through tricky, not fully integrated AMC systems to figure out the problem, and then delivered great service. We really appreciated our private screening of Christmas With The Chosen! Thanks ladies 🥰

No theatre gets five stars until the concessions prices come down but this theatre is great. Clean and friendly with reserved seating. Lots of great shops have opened near the theater recently, so that's a plus, too.

I have spent many hours at this Movie Theater. Some of my saddest Movie tears have been shed here. I still remember that Avatar 2 trailer. I cried like a baby because its not December yet and the movie is not out yet🤪😂. I also cried when that monkey got killed in that tv show inside that movie from that tv show now director Jordan Nope. I have laughed twice in this theater and my sides hurt so bad I promessed myself I would never laugh again. Guilty feeling I got no rythm. 😘😂🕺

This is my theater of choice. It's cleaner than most. It has a bar now. You can pay for your tickets and concessions ahead of time online and then get a text when your items are ready. Ticket prices are good. The flatbread pizza is good.

Love watching movies here. They have lines but they move fast. And I haven't seen that in a while. Even when you order oven items you have you wait for you get them quick

Came in early in the day to watch The Haunted Mansion. AMC has reasonable prices and it's a good place to watch movies. 😁👍

5/5 customer service. We had an issue with our tickets and Xavi took us aside to help. He was very engaging and helpful. The theater is also the perfect temperature.

Best movie theater in town for a price you can't beat. Workers are polite and eager to please. Restrooms are super clean. Shhh don't tell nobody:)

One of SDs hidden gems. For blockbuster releases, I always take a carload of people down here. Cheaper ticket price and no line is worth the extra drive. Concession line sucks unless you belong to their cut-the-line club which is why the line sucks!

👍 I have been to this theater a few times and it’s a great spot for viewing a movie. I’d suggest making reservations and getting there a little early.
