Although my shopping was very limited, I did find organic dishwasher pads from Method in lemon mint which are difficult to find in other stores. I looked at pricing of many of the items and I thought they were more than reasonable. I had to exercise self-control to "Not buy things that I don't need, but think that I need it, and probably will forget that I have them, and won't use them..." You get my drift. I also noticed that because of the low prices every child should have a Halloween costume. High quality indicators Neat and organized store Low prices Modern and common items The cashier on number 5 at 3:30 p.m. on 10/20/2022 specifically asked. "Do you have any coupons?" I said no. Then she said, "May I help you find coupons on your phone?" She was so natural at her exceptional customer service, this is part of who she is. And her make-up game is snatched. I stopped at the GTM in Chula Vista today and got some great deals as always. With my 25% off subscription coupon I got two Hurley T-shirts for under six dollars each as well as some new clothes for my daughter. The lines were not too bad for a Sunday and the customer service was excellent as always. I absolutely love GTM!!!

I had the best experience with helpful and kind sales people at GTM Chula Vista yesterday. The cashier found 3 ways for me to get a discount that I didn’t know of—so cool! A very smiling and kind young man carried heavy bags of lawn seed for me and then put it into my car. A happy security guard watched my cart while I went to get the car and smiled and greeted me as I left. Polite and friendly and helpful. What a good team—they must have a good manager!

Love the choices and you never know what are you going to get. This place is full of pleasant surprises. The prices of goods are outrageously good. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Loved Caro, such a delightful girl. Always with smile, always looks impeccable. Thank you for making my day happier. Supervisor/manager in furniture on 8/5/22, evening about 6PM was a pleasure to interact with. She helped me RE: some problems with a desk and rectified the issue in a fair manner. I appreciated her calmness and hearing me out. Excellent and fair customer service.

GTM is an excellent place to find the best deals on almost everything from clothing, electronics, furniture, and even tool and kids toys. They also often provide coupons that make an already excellent deal even better. This store is a must if you are a serious bargain shopper.

Found a great deal on a sectional sofa and a nice leather office chair , the guys in the back helped me load and were very carefull not to damage the pieces... All very good !!

I went into GTM today looking for whitening strips, face wash, fake nails and makeup & left with all but one item. Now I can skip going to Target today!

GTM has always been a part of my life and I think now is a good time to give my rating. Love it at all the stores so when the I found they had a chula vista store, I immediately started shopping there. Smaller than the other stores, but it's still great and enjoyable.

I loved the customer service and how clean and organized the store is. The only thing, in chula vista never have all the varieties of merchandise like lemon grove and santee. I WOULD LOVE to find all the same items.

I never know which GTM store to go to first. Santee is for this from my home, but Lemon grove is large! Chula Vista is hit or miss. I think they need to bring back the San Ysidro clearance store it had the most food items! The staff at GTM is very friendly, but they will not go into the warehouse to look for a special item that you are looking for or that you have driven all day to locate neither will they do anything for you when you call on the phone to customer service they will not leave to go look for an item for you. I know GTM offers a lot of seasonal items, but they should have them in the back of the store in a designated area. The furniture area in Chula Vista is two cram packed with lots of things too hard to try and sit into a chair or examine things thoroughly. My best comment is when GTM used to have a downtown San Diego store. They had the best stereo, equipment and electronics. This was probably before flatscreen TV were so inexpensive. I bought a receiver CD player a DVD player Sony made and I still enjoy them 20 years later!

Convenience store. They have a lot of brand name items for half the price. A place where you will need a lot of patience to find a lot of great items but it will be worth it. Staff does a great job keeping everything organized as possible.

GTM, this store and all others are full of so many great deals! They have weekly promotions and discounts, and there is something for everyone here. Prices? Very affordable 👌

Clean, organized, and well stocked. The cashier pulled me from another register and a gentleman cut and the cashier corrected his action politely and I was able to move ahead in line.

Your cashier Carolina was amazing. I would have said the experience was great but a pair of boots that where zippedtied together one was size 8 the other one was 10 I asked one of your associates and she couldn't find the other mismatched set,good thing I caught it before I took them home.

I did not get the checkout cashier's name but she was the first employee who told me that other than using your phone # you should use all coupons in my phone. I was able to use at least 6 coupons. She saved me a lot of money. Now I know to use any coupons I have in addition to my phone #. I want to thank her for her helpfulness and kindness. By the way she was stationed in the customer service register. Thank you!

Store is stocked except for fridge was fairly empty. The staff is friendly, but single line to pay is long…possible short staffed like many other places.

GTM is my favorite store! Not only are the deals amazing, but the staff is superb! With inflation at its high… this is the place to make ends meet and get quality items.

I just wish the lady at the register had told me about the discounts I could've got. Everything else is good, I spend around 3 hrs at the chula vista store because there is a lot to see

GTM has really good quality items at a very low price. Customer Services is good. You never know what great item you will find there!

Items that were on a rack that said all items on this rack $5.00 the lady at the register refused to give it to us for that price even though half the rack had that item. It wasn't like someone just put one thing down and walked away. She was very rude about it!!

Always a treasure hunt. You need to look for the great deals. Many Items sem to be retail price, but a lot are greatly marked down.

I love my finds at GTM. Great deals from area rugs to bug zappers and then getting an extra discount with a coupon. The cashier's have always been very friendly and make sure you get the use of any discounts.

The main reason for the two stars was the negative experience I and many others had, the checkout line organization, and the prices on the items. When I went for the first time today, they had two checkout lines, one for two registers and the other for two other registers. I got into the second line and when almost at the front, I saw that only one register was open per long line. The cashier for the line I was in then told everyone that his register was closing and that he was leaving, so we were all standing in a line going nowhere. A lady went to ask what we were supposed to do and was told that they expected us to stand there for 20-30 minutes or more for the next cashier to arrive and clock in. We were all upset about their scheduling and I left without purchasing anything. The prices on some items were overpriced or normal compared to Walmart/target/dollar stores, so it was not worth purchasing many items there. I may try to go one more time but not anytime soon.

I can't say enough how helpful Charles was and that goes for Gilbert as well. I did a shout out with a long Yelp review. The guys loading my truck were also super nice!

I had a great experience! I bought a couch and my cashier went out of her way to let me know there was a 25% coupon and how to find it! Other than that, I found a bunch of nifty things for a great price around the store.
