Don’t ever apply here they make it very difficult for you to get the job, which I don’t understand why because they’re only paying minimum wage and yet they’re looking for people with experience. What experience it doesn’t take much to work there, what I don’t understand is that they will still continue interviewing people even they have no plans on hiring them, so why waste everyone time.

Exceptional customer service given by David and Charmaine on a very busy Christmas Eve. Was there today, 26 September 2022. Was looking for TekGear athletic wear for petites.. very low stock. No associates to assist you.

Went into this Kohl’s looking for some shoes and was met with being racially profiled instead. Two incredibly rude older workers on the second floor made me feel uncomfortable while I was trying on some shoes. They stared at me and whispered to each other, looked at me with disgust, and walked over to “check on” me various times. Mind you there were more people two sections over where I was and not once did those women go to check on them. I will not be shopping here again.

This is one of the better kohls. The particular location is in the same parking lot of Krispy Kreme, Jersey Mike’s plus wings and things. It’s very clean, and organized. Pretty well stocked. Cashiers are very friendly but slow. The lines barely move. Prompt, efficient service certainly needs to be addressed. They also offer Amazon drop off here. Kohls offer very good sales. Make sure to sign up for their savings program. Overall, a great store.

Lots of sale, limited items, clean. Pick up location is upstairs and there's no elevator. So if you're picking up a big item you have to carry it down one floor because you can't bring up the shopping cart via escalator. There's always parking.

So I'll start with the positive. It's very clean and organized. No customer service at all. Very short staffed. No one to help or answer any questions. The quality of the products were so awful. It Says "Adidas" "Nike" but wow, the texture of the cotton was awful and cheap. It's like a bad version of Mervyns. So disappointing.

It was a delight to shop @Khol's for Christmas gifts 2022. I liked my experience checking out all Kohl's items. I went to pay for my items, the cashier asked if I was interested in opening a credit account. I said "sure" and was approved for a $300 limit. I paid for my items with my new credit card. After the holidays, I got hit with an unexpected medical issue. It developed into an emergency. When I received my first statement in the mail, it was unintentional to not pay my first bill, it was unavoidable. When my second statement arrived, I phoned Kohl's to pay my bill. The kind lady helped me pay my bill online, then she walked me through installing a Kohl's app on my phone. I prefer the convenience to pay my bills via the app. I like control of my finances by utilizing every method offered to pay in a timely fashion. It offers me a record of my transactions. I requested for a waiver of the $29 Late Fee, she obliged me, kindly waived the fee. Now that's great customer service.

This khols is big with a wier variety than the one by my house will make this one the one i go too.

Long lines at Amazon Returns & checkout. I feel like I do when I'm crossing at the Tijuana border! Don't come here unless you have ALOT of idle time.

Subpar customer service, horrible return policy. JCPenney & Macys offer 60 & 90 day return periods compared to Kohl’s 30. I couldn’t return an item what was within the 30 day period because in their “system” it was already the 31st day even though on the paper receipt I got with my shipment it was still the 30th day.

They have a very nice selection of clothes, shoes and appliances. Highly recommend them.

I felt racially profiled by a young, Asian male employee. He kept walking to and leaving an area where I was looking at blue jeans. It was so obvious because he wasn't doing anything else. I also give this store one star because there was no dressing room in the women's section! 👎

Friendly customer service. Able to ship items to store for free & do a car side pick up. Wait wasn’t so long. In-store provides mask & sanitizer, but dressing rooms still closed. This location accepts Amazon returns too & you get a discount on select items for purchase when you drop off your package.

I loved it, I spent over a 100 dlls on black Friday and I got like 45 dlls on coupons for my next visit and I redeemed them.

Uses to be the store i could find something. Recently there hasn't been much selection of sizes and styles. The employee say its because of short staff and the items are still on the truck to be unloaded. That was 2 weeks ago. Went back in yesterday and there was even less on the floor. Being short staff i no longer believe.

I like the store in Eastlake area as it just seemed had slightly more options than my recent visit to another store. Went two days in a row this weekend. First visit finally found placemats and cotton napkins we had been looking for that seemed to have the look and quality we wanted for our new home. Next day, we were able to get my wife a couple of outfits as she came with me on this subsequent visit. The only con was we could not find sheer socks; store seemed to be out of stock but a sales associate gave us some options on where we might be able to find, which we did ultimately find a couple of pairs. I opened an account and got a really great discount for my first day purchases.

The store is clean and well stocked. Most employees are very friendly and helpful... but manager or assistant manager whatever she is, Susan needs to learn how to provide customer service. I noticed while waiting in line that she seems bothered if customers have a question. When it was my turn she seemed to be in a bad mood. Not pleasant to deal with her. Such a shame because I love shopping at Kohl's! But I try to do most of my shopping online to avoid rude people like her at stores.

Wasted my time. Their website said they had my shoes. They didn't and in addition their shoe department was a mess... looked like it was ransacked and never cleaned up. I never shopped there before. I wont in the future either.

I went to this Kohls to return something from Amazon. It was quick & easy. You even get a coupon for $5 off your next purchase. I didn't have time to shop this day, but I'll be back to use that coupon.

Jail staff are very helpful and the store is very well stocked and clean and the bargains are amazing

Have a lot to offer, but watch out as I have found many items that had holes or looked worn. Just make sure you check your items before you buy them.
