These ladies were very kind and understanding of my tax problems created by a former disgruntled employer. They listened to my concerns and gave me simple instruction on how to obtain specific information without going through my unhappy ex boss. I would recommend this place and these folks to anyone who doesn’t want to tackle this type of stuff alone. Thanks ladies!

The main reason I gave 5 stars was because my tax analyst, Maria Paula Luna, was the best! This was my first time at H&R Block and she made me feel so comfortable and she made sure that I understood everything and answered all my questions! I don’t usually write reviews so writing this says a lot! I will definitely be returning back. If you’re thinking about scheduling an appointment, Maria is your girl!

Avoid making a appointment with Lorraine B. She will first ask you about money and how your going to pay and will continue to do so multiple times making things very uncomfortable. She asked me questions for about 10 minutes and didn’t even start the process. Had multiple tax forms (4-5) and believe she was overwhelmed and just kept bumping up the price on how much I was going to pay. Told her I had no issue with paying what was needed as to that’s why I was there. She didn’t want to “waste either of our time” so she handed my papers back. I get it was an hour before closing but shouldn’t be treated as such. Horrible experience at this location with her.

I was very impressed with the service overall. My consultant (Lorainne) was very personable and took time to explain everything with me and made me very comfortable with the whole experience. The facility was very clean and everyone was very friendly and inviting. Covid precautions were enforced with 6 feet distances were mained between everyone and consultants had plexy glass dividers to ensure safety. Who ever is managing this facility is on top of it! Great job!

Maria Luna was a big help. I had an unusual situation with my taxes and she pulled through with her research and resources. I am so glad she took care of me and got my taxes done. Also introduced me to a couple of plans that were worry free. She gave me an insight of what to expect next year and gave me a few advice. I would definitely go back to her next year.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ensures the appropriate time is used for a well done return. Mrs. Maria Luna has prepared my wife and my joint return the past 3 years and has done a tremendous job, and the front desk Greeter Ms. Gypsie is warm and inviting, and keeps the clients well informed. Ivette Nelson was extremely helpful and friendly. Last year I did my taxes at this location and this year I came in without an appointment. Ivette informed me if I waited until she finished helping someone else, she would happily assist me. She was very knowledgeable and professional, thank you Ivette and I will come back again next year!

I made an appointment online for 7:45 PM and almost immediately someone reached out to me confirming the appointment and requesting more information regarding my taxes. After spending the entire day emailing information I get to H&R Block for my 7:45 PM appointment and the doors are locked. I called a couple times and nobody picked up. I've never left a bad review anywhere before but this seems like something that needs to be looked into by the company... Their store hours show they're open until 8 pm and the store is locked up by 7:40 (the time I arrived for my appointment). Waste of my time and will not return here. I hope other H&R Block locations are not the same and will actually honor their appointments.
