Called to see if there was a particular seltzer I was interesting in stock that is fairly new and without even checking or making sort of effort she immediately said it wasn't. Terrible service.

Looked on-line for a particular wine. First one up was BevMo. After finally getting someone to help - "never heard of it. Try other BevMos"-nothing. Larger & better selection, staff at Total Wine in Mission Valley

Huge selection, long line. I would prefer if staff stocking back shelf would run a till when 10 customers are waiting in line...

Some things are too expensive but good selections overall. **Edit** Understand that times are different but making ppl order online and for only certain time frames. Great selection, good prices for alcohol (but the food/snacks are overpriced), and great customer service. Sometimes crowded, but if you avoid the more busy periods, there are no issues. My basic go-to spot, even though I have multiple stores closer.

Great selection, but at twice the price if you're not careful. Went in for a common item, shelf marked about $14, available at the local grocer for $13.. On checkout the cashier says "$25 and change!!" Providing my phone number linked to my BevMo account the price dropped to $15 and change. Plus, I had to provide my CA Driver's License for them to scan for reasons unknown (I"m 72 and not "Woke"). This place is off my list for good.

Once you sign-on to all the discount programs and figure what your net price will be, it's an OK resource and has some tasty <$20 labels others don't. Will be part of the regular shopping rotation.

6/3/23: Visiting from Dallas, TX. The store was very clean, and the employees are pretty friendly. It wasn't very busy around 3pm. I walked down the aisles, and most items were reasonably priced. I provided my phone number for their membership program, and the cashier explained the benefits in a friendly manner. I didn't feel rushed, and no one was hovering. If I had questions, they were answered in a nice way. There was a nice selection of rum and tequila.

Joined the Bev mo club, ordered 4 cases of cocktails,paid by credit card and confirmed pick up in the morning. Drove 8 miles ( past my local liquor store) only to be told they didn't have the product,no phone call,text. Store clerk said sorry while Manager hid in the corner. Got a refund and went to my local liquor store and picked up product. The bigger the company the less they care. This experience cost me $6 in gas and $10 more at the store. I am in process of cancelling my account.

I was extremely disappointed in the selection of beers, craft, and/or any specialty beers. Additionally, I did not feel that staff were warm and receptive. We were not asked if we needed any assistance and were not greeted when entering the store or when I went to checkout. I did not know the store has become a watered down version of a Rite-Aid store.

A good selection of spirits, wines and beers. They also have a loyalty program which is good if you frequent them often.

Bevmo always has good deals on wine bottles. Drove a little far to get here, but well worth it! Staff is very friendly.

Well-stocked store with good deals on wine (essentially buy one get one free deals going all the time), tons of beer (LOTS of breweries and even multiple gluten-free options), and a solid spirit selection, including a decent lineup of mezcal. As a beer guy, I do wish they had a bigger cooler, but that’s being pretty picky. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program otherwise you don’t get the sale prices. They also have a great online portal for pickup or delivery.

I wish they would stock Landshark beer at the Eastlake location.

We were looking for sugar free items for Keto sugar free cocktails 🍸. The young man assisted was extremely helpful and helped us with possible alternatives.

Everything it's pretty organized and clean, but I got to say, for being a store that specializes in only alcohol you would expect better prices. I went in for a bottle of cheap wine and I was surprised of how much it was. I ended up paying $14 and some change for a bottle that costs me $10 and change at Walmart. Also I had to wait long in line to pay.

I was so impressed with my experience here i need to make sure I shared on here. Ethan was super awesome, real genuine customer service with a great knowledge of products. I spent a lot of money on this particular trip and had nothing but excitement to try all the products Ethan had told me about.

I don't know where I left my receipt for this survey they ask for... anyway! Ray! He's amazing and went above and beyond when we were looking for a birthday gift. He was putting things away and obviously busy, instead of just pointing us to a general direction he walked us, gave his opinion as we asked and even helped us find the perfect-sized birthday bag! They run out of items to quickly need to increase order points based on demand.

I visited the BevMo in Otay Lakes today. I called ahead of time and was helped by Steven. Steven was able to help me hold a bottle of Tequila until I got there as I drove from Santee to come to this location. This location is very nice and my 1st time there. Once I got there I actually purchased a second bottle of the same tequila since all the other BevMo locations in San Diego appear to be out of stock. Steven was very polite and helpful and even was able to help me update my BevMo card that I have reluctantly been putting off updating with my new number. Thank You so much for you help Steven. I'm super appreciative for your help and service. BevMo should be very grateful for your great customer service.

My favorite Bevmo. They had everything on lost we were given. Being a blueberry kind of dude, I love everything that's blueberry. The first brand of blueberry beer they have is my favorite. I dont know the name but it's a Pitbull dog holding a blueberry. The other beer is Wild Barrel Vice. It's a blueberry and cherry mix. Fantastic beer!!!
