Last night i spent 60.00 on one pizza with 4 toppings and one with two toppings both medium and two orders of brownies one with nine pieces and one with six. Two one liters of coke and just The coke alone was ten dollars. Why aren't the prices reflecting the prices on line? And what are Eastlake drivers the worst drivers in all of san diego?

Gibran, Can you see what’s missing? There’s 2 slices with missing toppings and the rest were not given a normal spread of cheese. Date 12/16/21 Delivery Time : 8Pm

Employees are not properly trained and there is no supervision in this chain. I was missing two toppings on my pizza that I paid extra for. When I called to complain, their answer was that they were too busy to receive any complaints and told me to go online. I will never return to Domino's ever again.

I drive out of my way to come to this Domino's location. The team is always friendly and the food comes out great. I've never had an issue here. Preferred over the location closer to me.

Please stop soliciting this area, the signs on the gate clearly state to not solicit here. And why take pictures?? This location does not make decent food anyway, no wonder they are hurting for business and spamming every door here.

What can I say...primo pizza delivered with a smile. Love the anchovies and jones'n on the red sauce.

Placed an order and requested a notification when it was 6 minutes out, I get the message, 20 minutes later, no pizza. I call the store and after waiting through all their automatic messages, I get a guy who puts me on hold for over 7 minutes, all the while, with no delivery. Do yourself a favor, and order elsewhere.

ORDERED IN STORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TRYING TO ENTER MY ORDER TO EARN REWARDS AND KEPT GETTING AN ERROR, CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE "MANAGER" AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NO ORDER UNDER MY NUMBER BUT I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND GAVE THE ORDER TAKER MY PHONE NUMBER, WOULDN'T ASSIST ME WHEN THEIR REWARDS IS SOOOO DUMB, EVEN IF YOU ORDER $100 YOU STILL ONLY EARN 10 POINTS, YOU ORDER $20 YOU STILL GET 10 POINTS... WHO DOES THAT???? THEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE STORE MOMENTS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT I ENTERED IT TOO MANY TIMES THAT IS WHY I AM GETTING THE ERROR, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, I ONLY ENTERED IT TWICE. THE WAY THE COOK THEIR PIZZA AND OTHER FOOD IS ALWAYS HIT AND MISS, NO CONSISTENCY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, IF YOU THEY WANNA RETAIN CUSTOMERS, THEY NEED TO BE NICE, EXTRA NICE SINCE THEIR PAY COMES FROM THE CUSTOMERS WHO BUY THEIR FOOD, NO CUSTOMERS, NO PAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I called in 2 cheese pizzas, pretty easy right?! They gave me one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. We don’t eat pork so I took it back then had to wait another 15-20 minutes for new one so now one pizza is hot and the other is cold! They should have reimbursed me for the inconvenience alone or gave me a free soda while I wait or something! Won’t be going back here again.

Older female employee was extremely rude! I had entered location 2x even though requested curbside.The first time an employee stated they were slammed and my order was not ready! Gave another 10mins and entered only to be told I never responded “Here” which I had and showed her the text. She said well they never got it with a condescending attitude… my food was cold and she refused any compensation! As I was leaving she made a comment under her breath as I’m halfway out the door!

Kevin made my whole night! Best over the phone customer service that I think I've ever received! So patient with my endless questions, and extra requests on the pizza. I really appreciated him and the delivery driver whose name I can't remember. Great food and amazing service. I'm a happy customer!

Waited an hour for my pizza. Never showed up. When I called, they were rude and said my order was cancelled. The first employee and then Store Manager was just extremely rude with me when I complained. You should Order your pizza from a different brand and location.

Store doesn’t honor all online coupons and my order was incorrect. When brought to stores attention, they could care less.

Ordered about 5 pizzas, spent a good amount of money, added extra ingredients on all of them and they all came out with little to none of the extra things I asked and paid for. Not sure if somebody was trying to be funny but I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again.

Contactless, for a plethora of reasons means just that i.e. Sick people inside, sleeping baby etc. Was told by the driver," Yes I read that you wanted it contactless, but I thought maybe you changed your mind after your ordered." In the 3 years I've ordered from you, I've never, "Changed my mind," about a delivery request. It's absurd and the 4th time they've either delivered inappropriately or made mistakes on the pizza. It's clearly one specific person because we've had no issues up until a month ago. Stop hiring inept, rude employees.

Horrible service. Missing a Pizza. Pizza Cold. They don't answer phone. In the Eastlake / Otay Ranch area get your pizza somewhere else.

I'm leaving a shout out for Sandra at this location!! We ordered a pizza late NYE, after being on hold for 15 minutes she clocked back in just take our order before she went home for the night. She's amazing! Her sense of humor and ability to make light of the evening rush instantly cracked us up and made our night. I hope you have a good new year, Sandra!!! You are the best person I have ever encountered in customer service!

Brought me the wrong pizza then wanted me to pay for it smh don’t order on the phone go in a pick up they’ll do what ever to you pizza

Outstanding!!! The people I dealt with were well mannered, knowledgeable and friendly. Including the delivery person. We had the Philly Cheese Stake pizza and it was fantastic. Great flavor.

Good pizza. Definitely not in sync with Dominos corporate marketing as they do not abide by any of the publicized time or money back guarantees.

I need to start giving more 1 star rating. Their sandwiches sound be AN embarrassment. When you ask for extra onions you expect more than a few slices on the whole pie just sad to be honest. They did replace my burnt brookie without question

You better add extra pineapple to your hawaiian pizza because as you can see in the photo, putting pineapple must be against their religion 🥊💥

The website was simple enough, but I wanted a pizza that was half veggie and half meaty and there was no way to make any kind of modifications or special requests BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HUMAN TO TALK TO!!!!! But delivery time was excellent! Very quick and easy. Also very reasonably priced.

Service was quick however there are signs outside that say to select I am here and put on your hazards. I did this and waiting while everyone else continued to get served. I had to go inside to get my order. It is irritating to have a sign that says to do something and everyone inside not paying attention or even acknowledging anything.

Great service, definitely better than 22nd in the area, I dont care what that screen says.

I placed the order and took off to pick up my pizzas, when I arrived a few minutes later the order was ready. Excellent service.
