I had been looking for a chiropractor in San Diego until my friend recommended me to go see Dr.Joe at Ignite Chiropractor! I loved it!!! Really professional, I was amazed by how much information I got from by initial exam! And not only that but I think it was the first time that getting aligned didn’t hurt, it was really fast and also I felt safe! When I got out of the session, I felt like most of the tension from my shoulders was gone and that was just on my first session! I highly recommend it!!!!

An amazing adjustment from Dr. Joe! Was feeling a lot of lumbar tension from working out and neck pain and completely felt rejuvenated with no pain upon completion. I am very hesitant on getting my neck adjusted due to previous bad experiences, but felt good after and he is a true master of his craft!

I came in to see joe after having really bad migraines.. he adjusted me/ did some body work and I truly feel like a brand new person! I also had my 18 month old daughter with me which he noticed she was being a bit fussy and asked if he could take a look at her. Dr. Joe is terrific with kids. I was referred to him by my friend and he has been such a blessing, he truly cares about his patients. My daughter had a big fear when it came to bowel movements and she would hold it in for days. Her pediatrician prescribed a laxative (miralax) that gave her rage episodes and would sweat profusely and have headaches. I decided to look elsewhere for answers and my friend recommended chiropractic care. My daughter started to have a positive outcome by week 3 as she started to relax more and more and started to go number two on her own and without pain. She is still under Dr. Joe’s care and she enjoys going to her weekly adjustments. Her overall gut health has improved and the best part is that she is off miralax which caused her so much discomfort and meltdowns. Thank you Dr. Joe!

Doctor Joe is knowledgeable and professional, initial visit focused on my unique treatment. Equipment is clean, and advanced. Doctor also took the time to educate on the 3 main stressors, the 3 T’s, Thoughts, Trauma and Toxins. Doctor educating ensured me his main focus is getting to the root of the problem. Initial adjustment showed improvement quickly. Now booking my fourth adjustment. I 100% recommend booking, office hours work well with my work, school schedule. WOW... can't say enough about the amazing experience, care and attentiveness received from Ignite and Dr. Joe! He is a miracle worker. Came in with an injury to the sciatica. Hurt to walk and over the counter pain meds were not even close to tapping into the pain. 2weeks into the injury I was referred to ignite from my trainer... Dr. Joe had me feeling 75% better after a morning and evening adjustment... along with piriformis stretching and 1 more adjustment... in 1 week, I am 100% better! I workout heavy 2-3 times per week and am in my 50's... the body requires a little more care and attention to the small things that can tweak it. Dr. Joe is a miracle worker! Went to Ignite Chiropractic to see Dr. Joe as he came highly recommended, and so glad we did! Daughter had extreme back pain after a full weekend of competitive softball…. to the point where it was painful even when she walked. I was so concerned that I considered going to the doctor’s office to get an MRI to find out what was causing all of the discomfort. One of her coaches had mentioned that we may want to consider seeing a Chiropractor beforehand as surgery should be a last resort. We scheduled a consultation with Dr. Joe and after he performed a quick scan of her back, discovered that she was way out of alignment. After a few adjustments, the pain was significantly reduced and was able to continue playing the sport she loves! I nearly cried tears of joy and relief leaving his building after my first assessment and adjustment with Dr. Joe. I have been to at least 3 different chiropractors, 2 massage therapists and my PCP and no one could explain to me why Ive had so much neck, lower back, and hip pain for the past 3 years. Dr. Joe has provided me with insight into where my problem areas are, how they’ve gotten so bad, and most importantly, how he is going to help me get rid of the pain and take preventative measures to help me stay aligned. I’m sure the provider is great per his reviews, however, please be aware that if you are planning to treat through your health insurance, make sure they verify co-pays/eligibility prior to your appointment. I was extremely disappointed this morning as I called a few days ago to confirm they were contracted with my insurance & was told they were and asked that I send a picture of my card, which I did. I had already verified with my insurance that I do NOT have a deductible for contracted/in-network providers, however, when arriving to my appointment this morning, they waited until I was done completing their paperwork to tell me that I have a deductible that needed to be paid, etc… so they are obviously out-of-network & provided me with the wrong information when I initially called. Such a waste of my time! I would hate to have this happen to anyone else so just make sure they provide you with this information BEFORE your appointment, just like every other Provider does

I was in a car accident recently and hurt my back. I heard about Dr. Snyder and Ignite Chiropractic from a friend so I decided to set up an appointment. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Snyder is very professional and very knowledgeable. He goes over everything he is doing with you and tells you why he is doing it. He also makes sure not to set you up with any false expectations and tells you realistically how adjustments might affect you personally. All around this is an amazing practice with an amazing doctor.

After debating which Chiropractor to go to I found Dr. Snyder on Instagram and I was fascinated on how much info the page had and how well it explained the benefits of getting adjusted. I made my first exam appointment and I could say my instinct was not wrong! Dr. Snyder was able to provide me with where my pain/ problem areas are and how he is going to help me out get rid of the pain and adjust my back. The next day after my first visit I could say I did not wake up with pressure in my eyes along with a head ache I’ve been dealing with. And that was my first visit!
