    Alexis has the worst customer service. Not a hello, good morning, thank you ... NOTHING!! RBF 100% - I try to avoid going to this store and have been using postal annex since my last 3 horrible experiences but returning ATT equipment brought me back today and AGAIN she has attitude!! She needs to find a new job and you need a happy customer service oriented person- she’s definitely a downer!!

    The girl who attended me, I think her name was Chloe, was nice and helped me return something from Amazon. I thought it was going to be difficult (since I’ve never returned anything at UPS, but she made it easier than what I thought! It’s been almost 3 times I’ve been to this UPS for different things and all have been good experiences! It wasn’t too expensive either, which was a plus.

    Very unhappy with our experience here today. Had a package delivered to this UPS store thinking it would be more secure than delivering to our front door step. Went in to pick up package today and they confirmed it was delivered there but signed off by someone who doesn't work there so they don't have the package. Shouldn't the store be responsible for knowing who is signing off for packages there? Now we have no package and lost our money. Truly thought this UPS store would be a safe option but it was not. Hoping for a quick resolution to this.

    Today I went to this store to return my Amazon package and a girl named Ivana served me. From the moment I walked into the store, she seemed very unfriendly and unapproachable, and she kept humming while I was talking to her. I felt like I was begging her for help, she had a very bad attitude. She threw my package super heavy on the table. and she made me do everything, such as sticking tape It was a really bad experience, and next time I will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another store instead of coming back here.

    Not overly friendly employees and with only 1-2 employees working, expect to wait 15+ minutes sometimes. Line out the door pretty much every time I come here. UPDATE: Came to this location again and once again, a line out the door. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was helped. I joked with the one and only employee working that they needed more help. He told me that all of the employees, including the store manager, were in school. To have just one employee working, especially during the holidays, is an interesting business decision.

    This store was great! So I went in to return my Att cable boxes and the system was down. The guy explained that this happens from time to time because they get some many people doing it at once.. so I was able to leave my cables boxes there and give him my account info and email and they emailed me the receipt when the return was complete! I didn’t have to go back!

    I had an "AWFUL" experience with a Notary Public named David last name Unknown! This was at the 2127 Olympic Blvd location Suite 1006 located in Eastlake, CA next to the Walmart location! First of all, I had a 11:30 AM appointment with him to get my Girlfriend's Parents "Power of Attorney Document" notarized! After 20 minutes waiting for him, he sends me a text message indicating he's "10-15" minutes away from the store! Mind you, If I need to wait this additional time, he's now pushing 40 minutes late for our 11:30 AM scheduled appointment! At 12:10 PM; David finally arrives inside the store! I looked at David and said the following; "this is no way to do business David! My girlfriend's Parent's need to be somewhere at 12:30 PM and this is bad business on your behalf! I will be sure "NOT" to ever use you ever again!" David took a defensive approach, tried justifying himself being "40 minutes late" for our scheduled appointment, and stated the following: "I don't need your business, I got tied up, and if you don't like it, too bad, these things happen! Take your business elsewhere!" So I stated to him "he's wrong, own up to your mistakes, and instead of taking a defensive stance to justify his irresponsible actions, he should be apologetic, and give me the Customer a discount for the horrible experience I experienced with you!" This was when he walked up towards me violating my personal space! I then asked him what are going to do David, you're "NOT" intimidating me, you think I'm scared of you? I will advise you to back up now!" David then backs up, and calls the Police dials 9-1-1 when absolutely "NO CRIME" was committed! Upon myself contacting the Police to share my side of the story, they laughed and told me, they informed David this is not a Police Matter, and no Officer's will be arriving to your work location! David started arguing with the Police for "NOT" sending Officer's to his work location! He clearly made an "IDIOT" out of himself to not only myself and my Girlfriend's Parent's, but to the Police as well! My Girlfriend's Parent's can't believe how horrendous the service was on behalf of David, and his lackluster, inconsiderate, unacceptable behavior, he displayed on this particular day! I will "NEVER" do business again, at this UPS Location, that's for sure! Even the female UPS Employee behind the counter stated to me, "I can't believe how long you guy's have been waiting for David, I would be so upset if I were in your shoes!" I called the Manager to report David later that evening, and their own Manager knew nothing about this incident! They kept this incident very quiet! I made sure this incident got reported to David's immediate Supervisor! (End of Incident)

    I've been to this location many times for various reasons, typically Amazon returns, and I've had an average experience. There are usually long lines because of the constant stream of customs flowing into this location. Wait times can average 10 to 15 minutes. Possibly longer depending on certain customers. Employees are not the friendliest. I do not feel welcome or comfortable near employees, but I feel that they are overworked. I always see massive piles of packages in back and it looks overwhelming for only two employees. With everything said, it is a good UPS location, but I feel they need more than two people for their work load. I recommend this location if you live locally, but don't expect quick service or friendly service.

    I’m a small business owner and I recently had a horrific experience with the local USPS. After explaining what happened to one of my customer’s orders the ladies at this UPS location provided exceptional customer service. They were compassionate and sensitive to my concerns about shipping future packages, and ensured my products would never be destroyed by their delivery folks! I will be sticking with UPS from here on out, thank you ladies!!!

    Terrible service wasn’t helpful at all. I wasn’t getting any signal there and all the way at the end he offered his Wi-Fi after 10 minutes of just waiting there. I had to print out my QR to send an amazon return. He was helping 4 other people and had me cornered. Instead of helping me. He was just being mean.

    This place is a disaster. Employees hate their lives and subsequently hate being at work and hate you being there too. Very bad energy. The store looks like the aftermath of an earthquake. Non existent customer service or any acknowledgement whatsoever. 2 female employees neither of which had any competency or human decency.

    UPDATE: WOW. FIVE STARS! My AMAZON return became extremely complicated when the scheduled UPS pickup never happened. Suddenly this 73-year old lady (me!) was her own to get a 92lb box to the UPS Store. It was a 25 mile drive and I did not have the label the UPS driver was supposed to give me. UPS Employee Mariel Takada (not sure of spelling) at this Store helped me through it all. First by contacting UPS then AMAZON, then back again to UPS. She was competent and professional while at the same time dealing with my impending meltdown. I am so very grateful. The end result was that Amazon emailed another label and Mariel printed it at the store. My package was able to be returned without making the trip back home to deal with UPS Corporate or Customer service. My sanity was restored. (The UPS driver that never bothered to make his delivery? Another story. I’m so incredibly grateful for the service I received, and especially thankful Mariel took time to help me through to the getting the problem solved. (It was a major purchase and the wrong unit had been sent). POSTED EARLIER: OK… I’m actually posting this as I prepare my Amazon return of a Room AC unit. The box weighs 92lbs, and UPSwas supposed to pick it up. Instead he handed a paper to my neighbor and flew up the road as I tried to wave him down. I’ve read some pretty negative reviews here, as well as good ones. I’ll be back to update the 3-star rating. Hopefully to a 5-star. I’ll take up the UPS driver fiasco with corporate. (Not this store’s responsibility). Wish me luck.

    You have to be VERY CAREFUL doing business with this place or they can easily rip you off. They are very SNEAKY with their charges. I went in and asked to send some papers through regular mail and the girl said ok. But when she handed me a UPS envelope to put my papers in, I asked her why she'd use a UPS envelope for something going regular mail - and I said, "but its going regular mail, right?", and she very clearly said "yeah". As soon as I got to my car, I noticed she had charged me $12 for a UPS Ground shipment, when I clearly asked for regular mail. I went back in a few minutes later and questioned her about it and then she said I would have needed to go to the post office to ship my papers by regular mail. She didn't say anything like that when she was originally helping me, but she had no problem charging me a ridiculously excessive fee for a service I never asked for. All she had to do at first was say they don't do regular mail - how hard is that? As she was laughing about it (as if she thought I was stupid for questioning her) she did offer to refund me, but I said never mind and I walked out to sit in the parking lot and write this negative review. Always carefully watch what they are charging you, and watch for them taking it upon themselves to substitute a service you request, for a different service that costs much more.

    Len was a wonderful associate and was very helpful under pressure. she had multiple customers and handled beautifully by herself. she was cheerful and pleasant with her interactions with customers.All doing this by herself at the time of day being 4:pm where you would think there would be more help in the rush hours of customers getting off from work.

    Customer service was nice. Not quite sure why their line is usually out-the-door when they are busy. ... If you need a pro- color print 8x10 or 11x17, whatever, use email in the photo to get the photo to them so they can make your print.

    Jocelyn, efficient and seemed very welcoming. I typically dread going to this office due to the phone reception aspect of having to download codes and/or emailing the return label. Not only did she anticipate me needing this aspect to alleviate me waiting inline only to find out I need to email the label to the store and not hold anyone else behind me up due to the internet reception issue. This saved me a huge amount of time and for the first time in years I actually may consider visiting this particular store in Eastlake. Please keep more like minded employees like Jocelyn on the roster. She is amazing and any employer would be grateful to have her. Anticipating the need by communicating with every customer who enters addressing their needs, multitasking and ensuring she isn’t hyper focused on one person at a time. This is the type of customer deserving of a wage increase.

    I stopped by this UPS store on 7/29/23 to return a package to Nike. I received a barcode via email from them, due to the terrible cell service in this area I was ready with barcode in hand. I gave my package to an employee and showed him my barcode. He scanned it and said it was the wrong barcode, so he asked to see my phone, he exited out of that screen on my phone, and it took him back to my email from Nike, he pressed the link for the barcode, same one I had up and ready. I told him that was the same link I used but this time the screen was not loading, due to terrible reception in this general area. He placed my phone on top of my package and without saying a word to me, he moved over to the next register and say's "NEXT". I looked at him bewildered and asked, "Are we done?" He replied by saying that my screen was not loading so I could go outside and stand by the street or Starbucks, he then proceeded to help the next customer. It was a horrible experience that I endured with my 10-year-old standing next to me looking equally perplexed. After about 5 minutes of trying to retrieve my barcode, he said to me, email us the label and we will print it out here, but neglected to give me the email before continuing to assist other customers. The other employee there asks what the problem was, I informed him that I never have service in the area, and I am not able to retrieve the barcode I had given the other employee, hence why I had it on my phone ready to scan when I arrived. He was equally as unhelpful and unfriendly. He told me to go outside to the street by the sidewalk. Not the most practical thing to do given the vicinity of this UPS store. At this point I was done! I left without being assisted by the 2 employees working that afternoon. The energy in this store on this day was very off putting and unwelcoming. It was a belittling experience to say the least! I will not be returning to this location ever again!
