Check in was quick, friendly staff during my visit. My room was neat and clean. The area was very loud after dark, lots of foot traffic through hallways and yelling and shouting tenants all night, not sure if this is common or not. Located right off the interstate, not far from the airport/downtown area. Room was very pricey for the location and quality, I was only there for 1 night while traveling so it was OK for the purpose.

The rooms were decent. They had a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice. The hot and cold waters were reversed on multiple rooms. The toilet seat would not stay put. The breakfast was packaged Jimmy Dean sandwiches, yogurt, and other prepackaged microwave food, so not very good. The OJ and apple juice was gross. The location was not very nice, but the gas station nearby was helpful. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great little hotel. Comfortable beds, decent grab and go breakfast, and great Wi-Fi. We made a mistake about how long we were staying and needed another night. They made that happen with no muss or fuss.

I was surprised how good this little hotel is, close to everything. The receptionist (guy) was very helpful and did our 3 rooms check in in minutes. The rooms and bathrooms were renovated , decent breakfast, helpful kitchen lady.

I really enjoyed staying at the quality inn I wish I had pictures because our room was clean, bug free, spacious soft beds clean towels alot of towels. The tv was great nice channels 4 pillows on each bed we had two beds. They kept the grounds safe and clean. Wonderful customer service wonderful housekeeping. I do recommend anyone to say here even for a day or longer.

Worst night sleep in all my days staying at a INN. I woke up so stiff, my wife had to use a dolly to move out of the bed. (Not really) but you get what im saying. I've slept on county jail bunks that were WAY more comfortable than what they have for a bed and pillow in this establishment. Parking is cramped and not enough so some guest have to park out on the adjacent road. "Quality" Inn? Not so much.

There was nothing special about this hotel. There was some cleanliness in the rooms, but the service was mediocre. The owner/manager is a nightmare; I spilled water on the floor, outside, and she got super angry. Despite apologizing several times, I had offered to clean it up, she continued to get angry. She charged my room for the water I spilled outside by mistake. They have a pet fee that isn't listed on the website, they didn't notify us about it, I have two service dogs. There is no doubt I need them, and they told me service dogs are welcome. I guess stay here if you like highway robbery. My total stay was $700, for the quality inn, too much. –There is no lack of information in this comment. The lady at the front desk told us that the owner would call us back or that she would relay the message, but we never heard back. They never called or even emailed. You know what you did.

Urghh!! So, here is my first experience and stay in this place. The rooms are brown-ish dark walls makes u feel suffocated.. They are way more smaller then they showed on pictures. The sink in stinks when u wash it face u want to throw up. It's should be available in cheap rates for all this low quality stay but the price is high too. The rooms steel so bad we had to keep door open to get some fresh air. I wouldn't recommend for u to pay 400$ for three night. Go stay in luxury place for this price. However the receptionist was really nice. The location is nice too. It's 11 minutes from downtown.

Very comfortable, ample parking lot. Two things: the TV remote and the bathroom exhaust fan never worked.

Two star for the neighborhood, pre-packaged “complimentary” breakfast, our television doesn’t have any volume control, and pulling up looks very unattractive! I’d find another spot for the overly priced rates!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!! The hotel is in a very shady neighborhood covered in trash and graffiti. I arrived at my scheduled check in time to a locked front office complete with bullet proof glass. This is absolutely NOT what is in the pictures. I waited about 10 mins alone at the window for an attendant. When I was finally greeted, I was quickly assigned a room. I followed the instruction to get to my room. The corridors and elevator are dark and filthy. ALL the amenities were closed and in disrepair. When I arrived to my assigned room it was a shambles. There were two staff members inside when I opened the door to which one rudely yelled "this room is not ready". I went back to the front desk and was issued another room. This room was even worse. Damaged furniture, stains everywhere, gross mattress, sticky filthy fridge, sticky dirty floors, gnat/fruit flies coming from the sink, paper thin walls, and horrible smells as if there was a mold issue. I immediately went back to front desk and told the attendant to cancel my reservation. She said because I booked on Priceline my paid reservation was non-refundable despite arriving to what appeared to be a completely different hotel than what was advertised. After going around in circles for hours on site and the following 3 days to follow I managed to get one day credited, but was completely screwed out the rest of my money. I never stayed at the hotel and received no empathy from the staff nor Priceline regarding the failed service. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS/REVIEWS. The bait and switch is in full affect here.

The room is okay, the location is terrible and the service was not very good because left a lot to be desired. I'm 79 years old and I couldn't get anybody to take my bags to my room they couldn't get me a room on the first floor etc etc etc.

From the moment she answered the phone until we checked in and she suggested Pepper Park, Laura, was a breath of fresh air. Love staying at places where they want you to stay...know what I mean. Friendly, quick and easy as can be. Also fit my trailer so that's a major plus. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

No quality from the minute we arrived… unable to locate my reservation in the system… the refrigerator did not work and took forever to get a replacement… the ac/heat had a tremendous odor and the unit did not function properly… there were spiders on the ceiling not to mention the moth dead in the coffee pot… and only 1 set of towels… took forever to get hot water to the shower… very disappointed as this place was recommended by other Navy families… Would NOT recommend this location to another Navy staying family!
