I just order wonton soup through Aroma Thai's website, walked to pick it up, and came home to find that all the cabbage is rotten and there was a worm in my soup. I called to tell them my issue and to get a refund and was rudely told that my problem is with door dash not Aroma Thai. I don't have a door dash account but apparently when you order through their website, it is with door dash. My issue was not with door dash and with Aroma Thai. I do not recommend eating here. Horrible food quality and horrible service.

Good and very considerate of the American pallet, in sensitivity to spicy. If you like spicy all for hot! (More of a Southern Thailand flavor) The Satay Chicken was fabulous. Curry was very good and Pad Thai was okay. I'm used to more bean sprouts and more salt/sweet flavor. Service was excellent. Environment was clean and well done.

Exactly what i expect from a Thai restaurant. Delicately fried spring rolls. Customized heat. Great service. Quaint decor. The garlic beef was phenomenal. The water refills were very prompt and never had to ask. Very pleased and will recommend to anyone and everyone

Walked in on Monday 4-17-23 @ about 3 pm. The place was empty and now I know why. We sat down and a young female walked over and through a few menus on the table. No greeting, did not ask us if we wanted anything to drink. Did not even give eye contact. She seemed like she wanted nothing to do with us. We looked over the menu for about 10 minutes. Still no contact from this server. My wife looked over at her and said we are ready. She did not even look up. She just continued with what ever she was doing behind the counter. Then she left the restaurant and walked into the back. My wife and I have owned a business in IB for 20 years and we will never go back to this place. Secondly we will be telling everyone we know not to go there.

Aroma Thai has some of the best curry I have ever had! Top notch. It’s creamy and full of flavor and can get as spicy as you can handle, I haven’t had one that I don’t love. The rice is fluffy and not tough or overcooked and perfect combo with the curry. I got crispy rolls and fresh rolls as well and they are both wonderful. The reason for 4 stars is that I have had a few other things there that weren’t up to par with some other places I’ve been to, but to each their own.

This place has always had very delicious Thai food served to the perfect spice. Quick service on top of it all make it a great stop if you're in the neighborhood.

First time trying Thai food and we were most definitely treated to a variety of delicious flavors. We went with 4 exquisite dishes in an attempt to get a little taste of all the different flavors available. We decided on a Spicy Basil seafood combination, a Spicy Eggplant regular combination, Spicy noodles, and Green curry. I have to say that starting the spicy basil plate was a phenomenal way to be introduced to Thai cuisine. Everything was absolutely delicious! Only took two pictures because the smell was so good that I started eating and forgot to take pictures of the other plates! Will definitely be back!! Photos are of the green curry and spicy basil seafood combination.

I went into this restaurant Saturday 10/28/23. I was approached by a young lady, she pointed at the tables and said, "Pick One". I waited for a while, finally after 5 minutes, another young waitress came over and threw the menu on the opposite side of the table. No greeting, no eye contact, she seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me. She didn't ask can I get you something to drink? I waited another 10 minutes, she asked was I ready to order? I responded, "is this the menu? because it was just thrown at me", she brought it closer and said Yes". To my surprised she walked back to the table she was cleaning. This was not the first time this happened. I noticed that she went to different tables to find out how they were doing. The food is good but, the customer service sucks. I was very disappointed and walked away.

This is the 2nd time eating here. I'm from Arizona. This is my favorite place for Thai food. You can have the heat between 0 and 10. I like it at an 8. It's a good solid heat without taking from the flavor. This time we ordered a sampler. Highly recommend. The spring rolls and crab angels are delightful. I didn't try the shrimp but heard it was good. We spent $50 before tip for 2 plates, a sampler and 2 drinks. I'll be back next time I'm in town. Thank you for the meal.

This place is amazing! I cannot express enough how good the food is. My ONLY critique is that it was a little dark in their for my liking, but this is arbitrary. The service was friendly. The food was definitely the star of the show, as it should be. We'd definitely come here again the next time we're in town. The price point is very fair. We spent about $20-$30 per person, but that included drinks, appetizers with an S, soups also with an S and our main courses. Can't say enough good things.

This local gem has a great selection thai and fusion food. What I like is that you can order the vegan version of some items. Carryout or dine in. I's a small dining room, but if you go at off-peak times, you'll likely find a spot. Very popular.

I believe ownership has changed recently and, unfortunately, the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The description of "refined" restaurant and "upscale" atmosphere is pretty funny.

We had great food and service. Delicious curry, papaya salad, egg rolls, and Thai basil. Love this place. This was our 4th visit.

I will happily sing the praises for this restaurant when it comes to the outrageously delicious food and the value it offers. Tonight we treated ourselves to the pot stickers and chicken wings to start, which were sublime. Flavor for the pot stickers: Win! Crunch for the wings: Win! We followed this up with Pumpkin Curry, Ginger Entree with Chicken, and Panang Duck. I have been here before and fell in love with their Mango Curry...but that was some time ago and I owe them another "5 Star". While I reluctantly criticize service (as a recovered customer service professional) I would not come here expecting good service. Expect fantastic food. Do come here...and bring your patience.

Is like homemade food. Fresh and tasty.

Smells amazing but as a delivery driver they always hit ready and call for me before the food is done. While waiting, they tell walk-in guests that it'll be a long wait. :(

I have been eating a raw food diet with no salt or sugar at all, so I'm likely overly sensitive, but the food seemed too salty and sweet. I got a beef lemongrass, cilantro raw vegetable salad and I ate all of it, happily, it was quite good. Unfortunately the Tom ka kai, a chicken, coconut, galangal (type of ginger) lemongrass soup wasn't as tangy or 'bright' as I'm used to, it's normally my favorite go to Thai dish (that and pad se eew(spelling?!) But my pal and I tried none of the noodle dishes. Next time! He liked his chicken Sate(?) Flat chicken on sticks with a peanut dipping sauce and he also liked his sweet and sour chicken. My salad was around $12 to $15 and my small soup $7. All the food tasted fresh and the meat was lean and well trimmed. Aroma sits on the street closest to the beach, but not on the beach side, so it's beachy and casual but no view and no real attempt to make it either quaint or cozy. All in all, it was a great choice for a casual meal. I would come back.

Came in for the first time tonight for dinner. The restaurant is kitschy but cute and clean. Was handed a menu and told which tables were clean to seat ourselves. Took a while to order bc they seemed understaffed, especially with the Postmates/DoorDash/Uber eats coming in fast. We got the Aroma app platter and spicy wings; they were disappointing. Tasted like frozen apps from Costco. The pad see ew was good enough though and a good portion, if not a little heavy on the fish sauce. Definitely better Than in the area, especially considering the price.

The portions at this place are RIDICULOUS! Very small!! $7.50 for this measly portion of mango sticky rice??? The contained is about 4x4 inches. Rice is dirt cheap and you’re going to give hardly any? Also very lacking in sauce and somewhat dry. Extremely disappointed. Never going back.

A friend brought me here for lunch. They eat here all the time. I'd go back next time I'm in the area. I had the Combination fried rice and my friend had Drunken noodels. Both tasted great and the Thai iced tea was really good as well.

My family tried Aroma Thai for the first time last night. We were extremely happy with the flavor and portions! However the pad see ew had an unexpected crunch, large clumps of eggshells, almost half an egg! It was also a little light in veggies so I added extra carrot at home. Overall, delicious but wont be ordering that one dish again. It is concerning that no one noticed that before it left the kitchen.

I order from here semi regularly but the quality is highly inconsistent to the point that I’m not sure what I’m going to get. Flavors, amount of sauce, spiciness all vary drastically from visit to visit. When it’s good it’s great but unfortunately that’s become about 25% of the time I order from here.

Overpriced, small portions and food quality is below average. SIAM IMPERIAL is only an extra block walk away from my house. I will be getting my steps in and avoiding this establishment permanently. The service is lacking as well....tell you food will be ready in 30min.You show up and pay and wait an extra 30min to receive your order. Not the first time this has happened, but will be the last.

We were vacationing in IB when we decided to try Aroma Thai. We were not disappointed! The meal was ready right when we needed it, and the food was amazing. Tried yellow curry, avocado curry, and chicken satay. Delicious, and big portions!
