😠 The whole experience not worth the price. Reviewers may say, “the restaurant has only been open a month let them acclimate” but good food is good food on day one. The taste was average for the $200 I dropped on LUNCH. They are trying so hard to be hip. The food presentation was weird. Shrimp pinned... People often mention good, great, shrimp,

The whole experience not worth the price. Reviewers may say, “the restaurant has only been open a month let them acclimate” but good food is good food on day one. The taste was average for the $200 I dropped on LUNCH. They are trying so hard to be hip. The food presentation was weird. Shrimp pinned to a clothes line, for what? So the food gets colder as you walk it to the table? Two sprigs of asparagus to pair with a $30 steak? The service was subpar and staff was stuck up. Three servers and a manager but I had to ask for things several times even though lunch crowd was DEAD. There were 3 families in the whole restaurant, including mine, which should have tipped me off. I warned my brother but he insisted I bring him take-out. They didn’t even pack any sides with the takeout food. Literally not one sauce, salsa, or lime for the 3 tacos and 6 empanadas. Would not go there again or recommend to anyone I like.

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and I couldn’t find a host or any employee other than the bartender. But fortunately she approached us waited on us. She was polite and attentive, good service overall. The bar menu displays many drinks to choose from and I decided to try the carajillo. Started with a tostada Altata and loved the spicy-lime sauce. Their Roca Shrimp are a good way to start too.

Lemonade and coco horchata were delicious. Shrimp empanada was good. The steak and truffle fires had no flavor...the server was nice enough to offer another dish but we already lost our appetite. Left the plates with the beans and rice it came with, at least they took that off the bill. Doubt I'll try them again.

Was very surprised in how much I liked this specific location. Tried it out on Taste of Third and then returned the next day to celebrate a birthday. Good food and great music. Not sure if it’s always cumbia night but it was great.

A lot of mixed reviews but people tend to not consider the fact this place literally just opened not too long ago. We came on a Friday night where they had live music and it made the experience so much better. We did not have a problem with staff as they were all walking around and asking us constantly if we needed anything. I will say it is a lil overpriced but it's also Mainly seafood so that's reasonable. All our food was delicious with the exception of the steak taco. We had a table of 10 and I got to sample everyone's dish. The sushi are very well portioned so consider ordering just 1. The fish and shrimp tacos had good flavor and none of that fishy smell which I appreciate. The shrimp empanadas so much flavor! You wouldn't even know there was shrimp. Deviled shrimp is very spicy so be cautious of that one. Overall I had a great experience. Only reason I gave then 4 stars was the prices for the alcohol drinks. But over than that I recommend.

We loved the environment. Very new and trendy however, we’ve been to other culichitown places and their ceviche is delish. This time, at this location it had too much pepper. The dishes looked great so if that is what you like, I would recommend trying it out. It wasn’t what I was expecting. The tacos was delicious.

Mid week visit. Servers were great. Timing for food served was scattered. Food was good with exception to dishes with whole shrimp. Shrimp was mediocre and expectation was high from what we had heard from others who experienced the menu in Vegas. Ambiance was great. Had a great time.

The overall service was really good and the staff was nice. The food is just ok and nothing really tasty..just to be fair we only got the fish & shrimp tacos and the shrimp aguachile and they were just ok but lacked flavor. Meanwhile a ton of people were getting sushi rolls so maybe those are good. Just as a heads up the place is super loud like a downtown club.

The skirt steak taco was phenomenal and so were the shrimp empanadas!! The food quality is outstanding. Valeria was great at recommending what drinks to get. I definitely will come back.

I made reservations on the way there and was sitted immediately as we walked in. The occupancy was at 60% full and was greeted by our server Illiana shortly after. We were welcome and was offered a great selection of mixed drinks. She described the drinks we were interested and gave us her opinion. Which help with what we were going to order to eat. The food did not take long and the hospitality of this place was wonderful. Great vibes and friendly staff, the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely return to culichi town and bring friends and family to the Culican experience in chula vista. Keep up the great work !

Had fun regueton is there prime choice for music, first we had a tuna sashimi really good flavor a kick of spice we recommended, we had a shrimp and octopus coctail not that good, shrimp over cooked and not cleaned (whit the pop inside) left it behind. Asked server for a recommendation on a sushi roll we brought something good I don't remember the name but it helps that servers have good knowledge of the food. Drinks are really good had a Jarrito and a cucumber cilantro margarita both amaizing

The day we had lunch in this place there was just one lady taking care of the whole place. But it was pretty empty. We waited a long time to order and also until the food arrived, but I still decided to give 5 stars, because I have never seen and/or drunk such a delicious and gigantic chelada! And also the lady was nice 😊 For food I ordered “Fckn tostada”-it’s pretty good. A nice light lunch!
