I lived here for two years and to be honest I thought that my studio apartment was absolutely adorable. However, I just want to emphasize the fact that the ladies at the office are the most rude, disrespectful and mean people that I have ever met. The on site laundry was dirty and most of the time the machines ate the quarters! Also, when the dryers were working, they made my clothes smell burned while they were still damp. Around the last month of me living there, I came across a couple of roaches. I honestly think they came from my neighbors because, I swear they had eight people living in that studio! On another note, when I first moved there the top of my refrigerator, fans and cabinets were sticky and there was a spot in my carpet. Anyhow, to be honest, the reason why I moved out of there is because they were going into my apartment while I was not home, How do I know this? Well, the first time it happened they made a repair in the kitchen where I had a rack of drying dishes. On top of the fact that they DID NOT tell me that they were going to be doing repairs and entering my apartment, the repair man literally pushed the dish rack into the sink and broke a glass cup and let all the wire clipping and trash on my counter. Another time, I was in my shower and they came in and did another repair without telling me! One time, I got home from work around 9 pm and my screen door was unlocked and the wooden door was literally wide open! The only other people who had a key to my apartment is them!

CAUTION :Just to let everyone know the office managers are rude, and when you move out be prepared to NOT receive most of your deposit. They will hammer you for the most smallest detail in the apartment. I would suggest to take picture of every small problem in the apartment when you move in and make them sign it. I had a new microwave installed and like a month later I moved out and still got charged for cleaning the microwave.I hired someone to clean the entire 2 bed apartment and still got may cleaning fees. I also got charged for a water damage that was done to the old beat up wood outside of the apartment. Think twice before choosing this place.

I lived there for almost two years. I loved it. Had a two bedroom. Honestly was Amazing (the aprtment itself i mean, was amazing). Except a few things, the lawn workers are extremely loud early in the morning. But they have to do what they have to do. There's no parking for certain apartments. Everyone parks everywhere and it's unfortunate when you have to park down the street from the apartments because there's no personal parking for each tenant, cars get broken into a lot down the st cuz its so dark and away from houses. Oh neighbors are watching your every move and will complain about everything even if its nothing. And most of the ladies in the front office are RUDE PEOPLE. The actual apartment you rent is overall nice. Cant complain about the unit itself. I also dont like that there is no ammenities here aside from a few laundry rooms but eh. Good for the price I suppose.

Parking used to be so horrible, they gave my boyfriend and I a permit to be able to park in the complex. We both have different work schedules so it always varies when I get home sometimes by 5pm, 7:30pm it just depends, but my boyfriend doesn’t get off till 12:30am. So the office made a new parking rule and assigned 1 parking spot per apartment. It’s much more horrible now. My boyfriend lets me park in our assigned spot because I’m obviously home before he is, and he has no choice but to park either across the street at Pizza Hut or by auto zone and he’s already gotten cited once for parking in the complex in a box with no number because he had no where else to park and had to pay close to $100. We told the office and all the ladies can tell us there’s they can do. May i remind you we still have our own bills to pay and the rent so that money he used to pay a dumb citation could’ve been for our bills. And now my boyfriends car just for towed today as I’m typing this because he was parked by auto zone since he couldn’t find any parking inside the complex. Now he has to pay $245 just to get his car back and it’s ridiculous. How does the office expect for us to find parking when there are people that work late shifts and get off late at night ? All they want is to take more money from us. There’s people across from us that live in a one bedroom apartment and it’s 6 of them including 2 kids in there and they have two parking spots, how do I know this ? Because I’m parked right in between them. So how is it that they got to assigned parking spots but we only had one ? They should’ve given us the choice to either have 1 assigned parking spot or 2. Also If they wanna keep raising the rent they should at least upgrade the inside of all apartments. They are so old that even the paint just chips so easily when you barley touch it. They need to hurry up and fix this problem my boyfriend and I aren’t rich and make so much money just to keep paying for stupid things like this that already happened twice because we can’t even park where we live!!

The two ladies in the management office are very incompetent and extremely rude. Skunk hair lady and the heavy set younger lady could not get their information right. They say one thing on the phone and something completely different in person. Don’t waste your time here. They require you make 3 times income of rent. I would never recommend this place to friends and family. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

They will keep all your deposit. It’s a comfortable place to leave. But they over charge you for water, gas, sewer and trash. They keep raising the rent &the apartments are super outdated. Not worth all that rent.

Lived for 3 years in a one bedroom didn’t have my issues will being there. When I needed a fix maintenance would come right away. Office staff was always greeting never saw or received bad attitude from either two ladies. Only reason why we moved was to seek a more kids friendly apartment complex example pool area and park with basketball court. These apartments are for people who like to live in a calming environment. When I moved out I was only charged what was right, I cleaned some things and they didn’t over charged nothing that’s wasn’t right.

Overall the 1 bedroom apartment is really small. The ladies at the main office are rude and not curteous. I will recommend to take pictures as soon as you move in and out since they will try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit for small details such as minimal paint scratches and 'cleaning fees' for carpet cleaning even though you hire a carpet cleaning company and they decided to take away the carpet to put in linoleum flooring.

Parking is a joke. Cars that shouldn't be here, park here.. if you are allowed, you get towed half the time. No consistent parking enforcement or clarity. Pure joke lol.

Avoid this apartment place if you could. Parking is always an issue. Every two years they’d ‘fix’ the parking lot like it’s extremely important. They are currently working on our side of the parking lot and I have this knee injury. I have to park my car like a mile away from my apartment and that added to the knee pain. They couldn’t decide on the stupid parking regulations. One year you have to pay to guarantee a parking spot, another year it’s free but no assigned parking so if you come home from work really late then you’d end up parking so far away. Why not just invest on putting up a gate for the residents safety or something?

Applied denied if you are rich you will get approved if you are on minimal income you will be denied! if you are senior or disabled need perfect credit and denied if you have not rented prior! denied denied denied no chances no opportunities! just denied

Management is terrible and all over the place. Parking is always an issue and now they added construction which made a bigger mess of things. Just poor quality overall

Awful. They're very inconsiderate with the people who live here, especially now that they are working on the parking lots. They are unfair even if you PAY to live here, they will tow your car left and right. Where else are we supposed to park???
