i called around for cpl diff size storage & was hoping for a drive up - michele helped me & had not only 1 but 2 of the size i was looking for them went on to show me cpl options inside just in case - she was patient & polite not to mention for whatever reason the prices were half of what i was quoted when calling around- very easy experience with the rental process & quiet safe area well lit

I called to check out the pricing and the manager there izzy was extremely friendly and was eager to help me find the right fit. I didn’t rent yet just because I am shopping around however when I do I hope to get the same excellent customer service I received from Izzy.

I have only been a customer since August of 2022 and recieved notice of a increase in rent. I moved in at a rate of $115.00 a month for a 4×7 unit. Then I recieved what I thought was a simple change of address request. After I started to fill it out I noticed it was a very thin two page paper notifying me my rent would increase to $149.00 starting in December. In my opinion. That is pretty steep. Even after trying reason/ complain with customer service. I was given a $7.00 break. A storage facility knows customers do not really have much choice. Obviously if you are renting a unit. You don't have a place to store your property. Unfair!

Extra Space Storage is reliable that I have been with them for years. The space I needed fits perfect for my needs with safe easy access to my unit. The property manager is very helpful on site. I suggest them at all cost.

Michelle was great. I wish she would have been a little more detailed about the opening and closing of the locking system and that you might have to pull or push the locking mechanism to open and close. Other than that everything is fine

I needed to rent a storage space really fast and the extra space storage website was really helpful and fast. I was able to obtain the storage space that I needed during my lunch break. Staff are friendly. That the only think that I can say. I rental a unit in this location on April for $107(5x10). 3 months later I received a letter saying that they are going to raise the price to $167 starting August. $60 more after 3 months?? I understand it's base on demand but why do I have to pay more than 50% when I only been here for 3 months.

I would have given a 5 star but I received 2 price increases in the first 12 months

We had a great start of the lease. However, we were hit with a huge price increase that made us really want to move out of the unit. When I brought this to the attention of the assistant manager Izzy she was able to help us out and we decided to keep the unit.

The stuff is super responsive and friendly. The storage is very safe and clean, organized. The only issue I had so far is the Bluetooth lock. Mine happened to have an issue. Luckily thanks to the help of the stuff, it is fixed in about 1 day. Other than that, I would say I am pretty happy with the rental.
