I normally try not to leave negative reviews, however this is by far the worst experience i have ever received. First I stood in line to be helped for over 45 minutes. The sales associate Christina was very rude. She even skipped over me to help another customer. My 4 year old son attempted to sit in the seat as he had been standing for a while she proceeded to tell him that nobody could sit there unless they were getting their ears pierced. There was nobody in line to get their ears pierced at the time. There was even another child sitting in the same seat prior to my son and she never said a word. I cannot believe how bad this service was at this location. I would recommend that you find another place to search for jewelry as this place does not seem to have the best customer service skills. Once again I would not recommend.

Customer is HORRIBLE. SO rude and uninviting. Lady with the curly hair did not greet me and ignored me. Rude rude rude don't waste your money on this unworthy place. If you see the lady with the big unruly hair RUN. They don't even deserve one star. The lady saw me standing there for 15 minutes and even when she was doing ABSOLUTELY nothing she still ignored me. Only time she said something to me was when she yelled at me to not touch the glass. The owner needs to check their people. They just lost a customer. THE LADY WITH THE UNRULY NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!

Carmille & Edrian are awesome. Very professional. They both have lots of patience and great customer service. I will come back and deal with them both. Thnx both of you for your help.

I wish i could leave no stars, I Had a horrible experience on customer service with one of the employee’s name Liz, she was rude the entire time i had came in. I just wanted to get some earring for me and since the beginning she gave me attitude, almost like had a hurry. Hopefully Leaving this review will make a difference in this store’s customer service.

I came here not long ago and I got the best service. Justice was funny and kind and was able to explain things and the prices clearly and thoroughly and it was just amazing. Thank you Banter!

Arrived here at 4:30. Saw the sign and walked around to wait. It is currently 5:15 and no person in sight. Frustrating and disappointing sums this up.

I tried to take my daughter to get her ears pierced and the girl was so rude. I used to love this place, but I really did not like the way the girl treated me! She wouldn’t even show me the different styles, I don’t know why they weren’t on display. Not sure if she was just lazy or having a bad day, but I wouldn’t trust this place to do a good job piercing my child.

Ashley is an excellent guide in helping decide which ring is right for you or your loved one. We had a great experience here with all of the associates. Highly recommend no matter your budget. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and they helped me find something similar that was even better than I imagined and fit my other piece perfectly.
