    Wow wow wow. Where do I begin? First off, I arrive at to find no cars that fit my reservation on the lot. Then they try to force me into an up-sale by offering me the only car they had Available at the time, a mustang. Next they LIED trying to convince me that the Nissan versa they had available was in fact a mid-sized car, when in reality it’s an compact car at a lower rate. Lies lies lies. lastly, the car I had actually reserved weeks ago was not ready, in fact, it wasn’t even on the lot. We had to wait for another person to drop it off, then we had to wait for it to be cleaned. I’m still current at enterprise an hour after my scheduled appointment. It’s not worth it making an appointment or stopping by this location. DISAPPOINTED

    Enterprise became an absolute joke . Charged around $300 including taxes for a rental car for two nights. They wanted a deposit of $300. So a total of $600+. And they wanted to charged that amount before picking up the rental car. They are not taking cash which is ridiculous, only credit card and has to have chip. And they are not able to do a split payment. Has to be one card. They just lost another long time customer , and sales will continue to drop after these stupid demands and high rates.

    They basically stole 200$ from me . Im my insurance covered the cost of the rental and they still charged me for the rental even though it was through my insurance . Never again. I rather drive an hour to go to a classier rental service . Horrible service and they love stealing your money .

    My whole experience with Enterprise was fantastic! Check in was quick and easy and my rental car still had that new car smell! Definitely nicer than my car.... Returning the car was quick and easy as well. They also provided courtesy ride to the repair shop which was a nice bonus. A special thank you to Jay(?) our driver, he was very professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs!

    Very friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient staff. I needed to rent last minute and long term for my work which involves inspecting homes across the country. I had some trouble with the first vehicle I initially rented but Joe and the staff at National City were right on point. With their assistance I was able to swap out the vehicle mid-trip and get right back to business. The National City team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to stay on the road without any hiccups. Thank you all for making the trip a success and keeping my small business moving!

    Worst experience of my life. First of all when we rented the 15 passenger van it needed oil change and we told the manager from national city he said just go and change it and we will reimburse you, we paid for the oil change. Second on our way back home our tire popped in the middle of the desert coming from Utah going to Las Vegas, there were no spare tire and the jack was broken. we call Roadside assistance which they hanged up on us twice all they said it was the tow trucks will be on its way , and said call 911 so they can further assist you .after we talk to somebody else they said they were going to send two Uber‘s for my whole family and my luggage which Ubers never came mind you the weather was 116° we had no food no water no bathrooms with 4 children.we waiting for 3 hours and half , my sister in law had to come and pick up the kids. after almost 4 hours the tow truck showed up. When we went to the enterprise at McCarran airport Las Vegas the manager Joy Davis treated us like trash Her response to everything was I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know. Afterwords she said I can give you a seven passenger van I told her but we’re rented a 15 passenger van ( which cost us two grand ) we don’t fit in a seven passenger van she said not my problem don’t care after that I said What about my luggage you can get it until tomorrow but I told her that’s not fair we’re on our way home to San Diego she said not my problem don’t care. We’ve been customers for over 20 years this experience was the worst we will never rent from Enterprise again.

    I was in and out maybe in like 15 minutes when I picked up the car and also when I returned it, the girl that helped me was very nice! she took me to pick up my car to the repair shop, great customer service, and that's not easy to get a lot lately, so thank-you.

    Not a lot of rental car to choose from. I got a rental car that smells awful and gave me a headache. Before I got the car they cleaned it and i appreciated it. Smells good that time. When we used the next day it Smells cigarettes inside, it's really bad, when I open the the aircon some cigarette ashes coming out on the vent. Eventhough I sprayed car freshener and disinfected it, still smells awful cigarette. I called them yesterday and I spoke with the manager name Mabel if I have the options to switch to another one, because I can't stand the smell already since no one in our family is smoking. She said. She will call me back by afternoon, and frustratingly no one calls me back. Been waiting. I might call them again today.

    I Took A Bus To This Location Because They Didn't Answer Their Phone. Yeah They Advertise That They Will Pick You Up & Never Do. I Walked In The Hot Sun With My Cane When I Got There No Cars On A Monday. I Asked The Rep If He Could Please Check Computer @ Other Location Down The St, Yeah To See If They Had Any Rentals Available & They Did. I Also Asked Him If He Could Call Them, He Refused To Call Them And Handed Me Card Said You Call Them! I Did Call Them And They Said That They Didn't Have Any Rentals Either And Hung Up. I'm Sorry I Don't Recommend This Location Or The Other One In National City. I Rented From Avis And Recommended Them. Oh Yeah Also Included Picture Of The Card With Tiny Phone Numbers Below.

    I wouldn't recommend this enterprise, they weren't very explanatory. i had the car switch out because the 1st rental vehicle i had was too small for my family and got a rav4 instead and the person that work at enterprise said it was the same rate as the previous rental vehicle. So when it was time to return the vehicle i was charge $151 for the rate of the vehicle. because there was a $5 difference on the rental vehicle. I just wish they could've explain to me better before i made the switch. Look elsewhere!

    I had to drop of my car because its going to get fix,enterprise agent (Victor Ruiz) took good care of me and husband was very profesional and quick I highly recommend this place specially if Victor is around...Enterprise need more agents like Victor" Thank You Enterprise for fast,easy and pleasent service,and Thank you Victor for your pleasent and kindness personality,
