We visited Living Spaces looking for a sectional sofa. Lily, our sales rep, was not only very knowledgeable but SUPER nice and professional. What made this experience so great was that Lily didn't just tried to sell us any sofa but she told us about their outlet center and walked through explaining each sofas that we had questions about and had recommendations. Within 45 minutes we found the sectional sofa we were looking for and saved a ton of money. We would recommend Lily for all your furniture needs!

I had purchased a beautiful bedroom set 3 months ago from another well-known furniture store. They promised it to me by August and then it changed to october. I canceled the order and went to Living Spaces and bought a beautiful bedroom set, nicer than the one I had ordered. I bought it at 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday and it was delivered and set up in my bedroom by Thursday morning. Beautiful quality and excellent service. I wish I had come to Living Spaces months ago. The staff were very helpful and the delivery was prompt and perfect. It's unusual to get such excellent service post pandemic so I was quite surprised. I will definitely be making future purchases here.

Originally made a purchase from Ashley's and it was defective upon delivery after 1 month I'm still dealing with them to get a refund since they couldn't switch me into something else. I came in looking for a few couches today and was assisted by Scarlett, so happy she was the one to help me. We visited Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga twice to decide on the couch we wanted. The first night we tried out and looked at the model we thought we wanted, went home and measured it out to find out it wouldn’t work. The next day we went back and to our surprise a salesman named Henry knew we were back and offered to help out. He was able to narrow down our choices based on fit, style, and budget. Thought the whole process he helped us picked out a model we’re comfortable with and made the whole buying process smooth and fast. We will definitely be visiting again for our other furniture needs.

Store is massive. A lot to choose from. Went there looking for new couch. Great deals got a new couch and was delivered next day. Staff is friendly and was able to answer all of my questions.

We purchased a dining set and chose to pick up same day at the distribution center. (The purchase part of the transaction was handled beautifully.) We were #2 in line on a Sunday. After two hours and #1 in line having left 45 minutes earlier, we asked how much longer. We were told so many people had called off work that they didn't know how long it would be but that our order had been picked. We gave up and left. I immediately called customer service to request home delivery. It took 24 hours, 3 phone calls and 2 store visits to get the order released from pick status to allow for delivery. I received calls, emails, and texts giving a Saturday delivery time. Two hours prior to delivery, I received a message asking me to schedule delivery. Why? So I called customer service and was told over and over, we can deliver Monday. No explanation as to why the Saturday delivery disappeared. So, I scheduled online which made it seem this was MY request, not a failure on the part of Living Spaces. We'll see what happens. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Came in today to look at couches with my wife and we ended up purchasing a sectional couch. Justin helped us out and was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and the other staff who assisted were kind as well. Would definitely recommend him and will be coming back.

Cece at the customer service/ cashier desk was very polite and helpful. She went over all the paperwork thoroughly and explained everything in detail. We’ve been looking at the sectional we purchased for several months now and the special financing made it a perfect time to buy it.

Tony originally helped us while we place our custom order today. He walked us around to show us various examples of the colors and textures we were interested in. We were in the store for hours trying to pick out the right configuration and he was very patient with us. We finalized our decision and Naomi assisted Tony at the end since he was helping another customer. Naomi was also very nice and helpful in placing our order making sure everything we selected was correct. We were very satisfied with our customer service of both employees. I had the pleasure of working with Henry at living spaces. He was not only incredibly patient with all of our questions and requests but he was incredibly helpful with our purchase overall. He showed us several different examples of what we might want but he also didn’t act like he needed to move on like most salespeople do. If you want a great experience at living spaces be sure to ask for Henry.

Hugo was very professional and explained everything to our satisfaction. He was not pushy and he did not ignore us like in some stores. I feel he should be promoted. He represents your company very well .

Horrible customer service sold me a 4K leather sectional they didn’t connect it properly and had to replace a repaired and repainted section they tried to sell as NEW after replacing they left old section in my living room telling me disposal of old damaged section is MY PROBLEM.. call the city, donate or sell …WTF never get 1 penny from me ever 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽

This place is huge! The store is well organized and they have quite an expansive variety of furniture and decor. The furniture and prices are mid range, some real good unique pieces, some low end pieces. Something for just about everyone. Use the QR Codes to view the items on their site, sometimes the pricing is lower than the sticker price! I failed to snap photos of the actual store as I was taking it all in, but I'll take more when I return. I've included a couple that I took for reference.

In store experience , amazing love the kids section they have. Our salesperson Justin was great and very helpful made our purchase experience excellent. Delivery, 0 out of 100 stars! We live on a military installation and they send two drivers that have records! They were unable to get on and properly deliver our furniture. My husband had to get a truck and pick up our furniture from where they were outside the gate on a service road. Horrible ! Then customer service was trying to still charge me a delivery fee ! I will never shop with them again. I will stick to Ashley's Furniture from now on.

Our electrical couch quit working on one side. We were inconvenienced with having to go to the store in Rancho on our days off. We went and Lily approached us letting us know if we needed help she would be close by. She was very pleasant and informative. So much that we kept her close to assist us in what we had to do. Once we picked a new couch, we were introduced to Candy and Jennifer who made sure we would leave feeling like we had the best experience. Here we were feeling inconvenienced and here they were making sure we left smiling! Best customer service EVER! THANK YOU THREE young ladies who are very good with helping others!

My experience at Living Spaces was excellent. Early this week I went to another furniture store where I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. At Living Spaces, a young man named David helped me find the sofa I was looking for and then Kimberley helped me finish off my purchase. Both associates were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the furniture.

A very quick and easy shopping experience with sales associate Jennifer. I was in late, shortly after 8pm, light traffic so I kind of had a great one on with Jennifer. I knew exactly what I wanted as I had visited another location and picked out my beautiful sofa and table from The Jonathan and Drew collection. I love this modern furniture that will fit nicely in my brand new home. I will return for a dining table and chairs next week.

David and Philip were super patience..I’ve been trying to buy my living room set and have been in the store several times. Robert was incredibly nice opening my living spaces account and today I went to finally purchase my sectional which David help me design the perfect pieces for my small apartment. This place had changed in a good way... they now have a large area for kids to play while the grown-ups shop, my kids 8 and 11 loved it. We had bought furniture a little over 10 yrs ago and everything held up very well considering the daily use so we went back to look for more modern pieces.

We worked for 5 hours with the amazing help of Tom Gibson. He knew exactly what we needed even when we weren’t sure and found us every good deal available. We will continue to work with Tom at Living Spaces for our future projects. It was a fun experience with beautiful product.

Went to Living Spaces to look for new furniture since we remodeled our home. Walked around the whole store and found what we were looking for. We purchased a living room set and it was beautiful! My experience with Living Spaces yesterday was a very pleasant experience . My sales representative was Courtney. She was very cordial and professional. She was also quite knowledgeable but if she did know an answer to a question she always asked somebody that did know. I was there a decent amount of time she was there trying to answer everything I threw at her. Like I said a very easant experience. I was very satisfied with service and happy with the products I purchased.
