I had an excellent experience at the store while buying a Seiko watch, thanks to Mr. Viswas. Despite it being a Tuesday morning, he attentively helped me narrow down my choices. His approach was personalized, sharing his own insights and inquiring about my preferences. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy an Omega watch, he showed me the watch which very few really do, I myself working in the retail sales business appreciate alot. He wasn’t trying to sell the watch at all , his expertise and customer-centric approach have made me pick up a Seiko Presage Cocktail and also loyal customer of Viswas at Zimzon for all my future watch purchases.

Good collection and staff is super helpful and friendly. I assumed this being a place with luxury premium watches would have an air of arrogance, however was taken for a surprise a very pleasant welcome by Vishwas. He had knowledge and quite good suggestions with no pushiness to buy a product. Other staff members, Shaheen and Vikas had been very helpful and engaged very well too. Their attitudes certainly helped in converting a deal from me. This definitely would be my go to place for watches going forward.
