The hotel experience was very bad. A/ C was not working. Mini bad all products were expired. The bathroom was in a very bad shape. Tabs were not working properly. I didn't have breakfast due to the bad experience. Never visit..

We had a worst experience staying at this hotel. None of the receptionist and people working there sounds good. They talk rude, harsh and even been abusive with the stayers. Also, they charged extra and be saying total without any justification to the amount. Will not recommend this hotel ever. Literally the worst one in city 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Loved the place.. excellent service and superb rooms. I am planning to book it once more. I hope they have bath tubs in their booking section.

I must say the best thing about this location was the hospitality their staff showed towards their guests. Great food and ambience. Perfect for a small get together and occasions where a small group of people are invited. Loved the arrangements. The food was great and hygienic too. Staff was professional during the whole function. Location is great too and is reachable being on the main Pakhowal road.

switches dont work menu prices are higher than even 5star hotels Worst manager ever. Poor uneducated manager surrender Worst experience. No windows in the room. It's like going in jail Very complicated infrastructure. Lift not working properly. buffet breakfast is horrible repeating the same menu everyday Totally bad service. I can't recommend to anyone.

The hotel has a very basic kind of facilities. Rooms are ok. They don't even have their kitchen. Expect just stay nothing more than that.

Rooms are ok, however alot of them donot have any windows. The Air conditioning units are ok, but some water keeps dripping on prolonged usage, and some remotes need new batteries, hope they get it fixed. Room service was prompt and food with water is provided hygenically. Some rooms need prior inspection before confirmation as they may need further cleaning and deodorization by the staff. It's ideal for a day or two worth of stay.

Bathroom not good.ac not working properly,fan making noise ,no spoon for making coffee, flooring is very bad, buffet breakfast is horrible repeating the same menu everyday,most horrific no windows in the room and the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights with family.. Location was Excellent.,Food was Good, Although Hotel is Modernised but only one thing they need to update that's room key.. Room key was like an old key of any other General room... They don't have Smart key access. Rest I'll give 4/5.

Great place for booking functions. Had Jagoo ceremony of my bestie. Staff is cooperative. Music was commendable 👍🏻

Location is good, but parking space is limited and you have to park it on the road, ambience were good, good place for indoor parties.

Friendly staff, decent food n overall wouldnt mind another overnight stay.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is very sweet and helpful.we had stayed here for about 15 days during pendemic.,though he stafd was less duting pendemic but the rooms very sanitized daily.

Would like to appreciate the manager.he made us feel comfortable in every way possible.would love to come here again.

i was there with my family to attend my brother's wedding reception.... the hall was very spacious for gathering the arrangements were too good.... and the food was really very delicious
