Had dinner with my family on 12th August it was a great experience. Food quality and service was excellent 👌. Being vegetarian a very good place for celebration. Ambiance is very nice.

This sweet shop is not worth it. I had ordered sweets, firstly they forgot about my delivery, after repeated calls they delivered the package in 5 days. And because of their poor/slow services the sweet had lost it taste as it is a perishable commodity that cannot last for more than 3 days. And delivery itself took 5 days so it was risky to consume such a sweet. The delivery might be good in their own city, but for out station they are not reliable/eligible

I just heard about this Jain store and i visited this place today for seeing what kind of sweets are there and one of my friend was told me that Sharman Jain's besan sweets is very famous and has very unique taste you cannot get this sweets anywhere instead of this place so I decided to take that sweets and genuine it's very tasty and with less sugar .

Great food at decent price. I'd love if everyone could afford your food. Make something for even the poor class so they can also experience eating at a good place with hygiene and their children also feel they are equal to upper class. We should promote equality. High cost food will just widen the gap btw rich and poor. Prepare some low budget good items keeping in mind the poor class too. I hope you'll consider the suggestion. Thanks.

Very Bad Customer Service! They provide good service to get a new order from the customers and give very hard time to deliver the order as committed, regardless if you pay a huge bill of INR500,000 They promised that the sweets will be ready on Monday, when we called on Monday, they said, it’s not ready please come tomorrow. The ribbon of the of the box we selected was golden in color, but the delivered item was red ribbon which was not we agreed to but anyways we have to stick with that red ribbon, as they made excuse of non-availability of the item. We picked the sweets from the factory, there is nobody to attend you as a customer. A bald guy ordered another person to serve coffee, but he never said hello to us, not bothered to make an eye contact with us. You just pay the bill and they will give you a photocopy, scanned copy, of the payment receipt which is not clear with the amount you have paid. No customer service, just a huge fancy big hall and they throw a cup of tea on the same desk. At delivery, we had told them that we need the carry bags to distribute the individual boxes of sweets, which was never provided by them. I don't think that we will ever again order from them and advise others to think and get prepared before you order. No doubt sweets are good as we’re already paying tons of money to them to get the best item. But they don’t deserve it.

Tried Golgappe. Atta Golgappe were fine but suji Galgappe were soggy. Dahi Idli was good.

This sweet shop is famous for channa dal burfi. Now this is one of the biggest shop of sweets and namkin. Large number of varieties r available in the shop. Big order booked by them for marriage and other functions. Good service. Snacks are also available at reasonable rates. All item r delicious, fresh and pure. Moreover it is a jain family shop and all items r vegetarian. Good luck

One of the best sweet shops in Ludhiana..located in Prime location. Near Ghumar Mandi. Some of the other well known shops are also around like Sartaj Bakery(one of the best bakery shops of Ludhiana), Sardar ji toys shops( having end variety of children toys shop), Malabar Jewellers. Kalyan jewellers and so on..

Have ordered via courier the quality is great they are maintaining it since years and will keep doing so in future as well. The packaging was also very nicely done channa barfi and achari matthi were intact and delicious.

Yes, sweets are excellent.... But I need to mention staff need to be more trained for dealing with customers especially during peak hours... Staff must serve their customer on first come first serve basis..

Lovely ambience, and clean, hygienic. Its situated on ghumar mandi road, housed on three floors.1st floor is dedicated to restaurant where you can have quick bite. They have many varieties of sweets, plain as well as dry fruits. Readymade gifting baskets and packing boxes for marriage and other functions, customized as required. Although a bit over priced sweets. Attraction is the spic and span appearance. Excellent!!!!

Bought 40 boxes of the famous chana barfi for my friends and family , as I myself love it. But out of all 7 boxes came like this , luckily I checked few before distributing them. Its good that you've maintained that taste but a little work on the presentation of the famous barfi would be great for customers who are getting these as gifts for the family and friends.
