I bought the phone in this store , and this phone not work . Then they said wait until Monday , they will send to servers, Monday I call them , they said after 10days . I bought the new phone and not use even 1 day . Now I must wait 2 week for the phone . I'm so angry about it , the first time also the last time I buy phone here

I went to repair my Macbook and they say they don't do it, that it needs to be sent to Warsaw. It is supposed to be an official repair iSpot. Useless and no help.

Be careful when buying cables from the store, we wanted to buy USB-C to LIGHTNING original Apple cable. The lady at the store offered us a counterfeit instead, informing us that the original Apple cable is not in the store's stock. Turned out the original cables were on the other side of the shop. :)

The staff's task is not to accept calls or to underpay at Trade In. I went to the second branch and the phone was issued for the full amount without any problems. I was there for the second time and the second time something was wrong.

The customer service that leaves a lot of money in the store is at the lowest level. You don't have to kiss the customer's hands, but the server should show at least some interest and willingness to help. As a buyer, I wanted to leave the store and watch the seller serve me as a punishment. I wish you more empathy and smiles for your customers!!

Very Bad experience, I went to check with my Macbook air a software problem the manager responsable tuck and say me he will take care , after one hour and half he send me with somebody my Macbook air with different password he never show up ,somebody try to help me and they say me is no problem , when I was in home and I try to update app's again problem with the password they install ....very bad, the manager of those store never show up, never apologize and I still waiting for to check if everything is fine. As a manager of the store has to be involve with guest care and over all the apple experience was bad....very bad.
