    Baru kali ini berobat di buat kecewa antri dari jam set 7 sampai jam set 10 lwt bru masuk ke ruang dokter. Itu pun setelah komplain karna no antrian gak di panggil- panggil. Krna no antrian yg di panggil loncat”. Sya fikir ok lah mungkin pasien prirotas/ emergency. Tpi ko lama” yg bukan pasien emergency/priotas juga udh di pnggil yg no antriannya sesudah no antrian saya Pas komplain ke staf yg msh ada di klinik sya bilng atas keluhan saya. Sdh 3 jam blm di panggil jg. Ok lah klo memang yg di dahulkn pasien emergency/prioritas sya maklumi, sedangkan ini di selak/ didahululan yg bukn emergency juga. Dan stafnya bilng mungkin td sdh di panggil tapi gk denger, dan bukan di selak mba. Soalnya komputernya sdh mati mba Pas masuk ke ruang dokter there sya bilng juga kalau sya gk di panggil”. Info dari beliau katanya no sya tidak ada dan sdh di panggil makany di komputer sudah sya ceklist, mba duduk dmna? Sya jawab saya duduk dpn pintu ruang dokter there, kata siapa pasien no 149 gak ada. Tpi nyata di ruang tunggu panggilan no antrian itu loncat” dan no antrian sya gk di panggil”. Pas masuk ke ruang dokter there pun itu di tulis manual krna komputernya gak tau mati gak tau eror. Tpi gk masalh untuk sya. Yg penting dokter there ya ramah, diagonosa dan penjelasannya jelas, resepnya juga gk masalah. Boleh di cek di cctv ya biar jelas keadaan dan panggilan di ruang tunggu seperti apa. No antrian 149 hari ini. Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan 3 jam lebh berobat ke klinik Saran untuk klinik denti kalau bisa tiap dokter ada asistenny untuk bantu panggil pasien jikalau no panggillan loncat” dan mungkin sistem lg eror jd tidak terdengar di luar.     Here, if you ask for a referral letter, it's always made difficult, even though the doctor has told you to just ask at the front, we've said that there will definitely be one, because after 1 year of experience, every time you ask for a referral, the period ends, it's always made difficult, the reason is that today's quota is full, limited to 15 people, for urgent sick people, the schedule is 1 day, ask before tomorrow to see a doctor who has to have regular check-ups, and the referral doctor's schedule is to meet once a week, you have to reschedule the meeting next week, making it difficult for other people who are sick,, FOR the sake of catching up value in BPJS health. It's always like this... this is not the improvements that are put forward in every review, it's just one way for patients like me to move health facilities...

    I dedicate this one star to Ms. Nurse Assistant Dr. In front of the door there is a clear display of the actions along with the price list. 300 thousand for scaling and polishing procedures. But I paid the full 300 thousand just for scaling, NO polishing at all. So why do I give this one star only to the nurse? Because I know that on that day the person who gave the price note was the nurse and the doctor who was on charge was a doctor from outside the Denti Sari clinic. Because he had asked the nurse about the price of scaling. I deliberately didn't complain/ask questions on the spot because I wanted to know how honest the nurse was. But it turned out that the nurse did not provide complete information regarding actions according to the proper price list. I am disappointed. Hopefully in the future the Denti Sari clinic will be able to employ nurses who are more trustworthy and honest. Thank You

    Anak saya cabut gigi di sini pelayanannya Dokter gigi denti sari sangat amat mengecewakan, tidak melakukan pendekatan dulu terhadap pasien padahal pasiennya anak usia 6 tahun,langsung maen cabut aja

    Dr denti sari yg punya klinik malah mengecewakan, periksa gigi di dr denti sari anak umur 8 tahun di sentuh kagak malah ketus dan nelpon terus. Baru tau seumur hidup ke klinik gigi ada dokter seperti ini

    Baby scales are not accurate. This is quite dangerous because it affects the dosage of the drug. Please improve it. The last time I went there, the dentist wasn't thorough, when I checked my teeth, I missed something. I just want to hurry.

    The registration section is very complicated, non-emergency patients are called emergency. It should be possible to distinguish between emergency and non-emergency, so that other patients don't have to wait any longer. Please improve the queuing system again, if it's like this, either the system or the humans are at fault.

    Thank God, my wisdom teeth were able to be removed by Dr. Denti Even though he had been to several other doctors, he had only had it patched several times and there was a suggestion that he should be referred for minor surgery to the hospital. The service at the clinic from registration to drug distribution is also good and fast. Thank You
