Gave high stars rated because the lab staff served me to got PCR test over their working hours (7 pm-ish). I took 1 day (24hr) PCR, so the PCR results was expected to be received through email and updated in pedulilindungi apps 24 hr after sampled. Buttt, no results delivered through email nor update at peduli lindungi. I had to follow up physically to the administration. The staff kindly check and printed the result as well as invoice. He emailed the result. But no update in pedulilindungi apps. Before I administered to get tested here, I've checked this clinic is registered on gov list. But now I doubt it. Better get tested elsewhere.
