I think my dogs will love it here. Lots of space to run around and play, clean and neat establishment, and friendly caretaker. Although where the dogs stay are not air conditioned, the insides are fairly cool and well breezed.

Probably the very best pet hotel in Jadebotabek. Our 'kids' got great care, love and food. It's very clean and they have regulations that make sense for a happy stay for your furry-kids for when you have to go out of town for a while.

Arrived at the gate at 14.15 I honked the car no one open the gate went down and open the small window to peek inside there was no one. I did contact them through whatsapp beforehand that I'm going to visit, was planning to board my dog there and they said I can come and take a look around. I did called their number when I was there, no answer, I chat their whatsapp and they replied 40 minutes later!!! Do they expect people to wait that long? I left after almost 10 minutes of waiting at the gate. What a waste of time and gasoline!!!!
