During my visit to Bandung I was lucky enough to hike at Kawah Upas Tangkuban Perahu with Rifqi, who was an excellent guide: friendly, thoughtful and very willing to share his extensive knowledge on the area, including the mountain’s history and local mythology, which made the scenery even more enjoyable. As a solo female traveller it can be tricky to find the right experiences, but every part of this tour felt safe and stress free. Highly recommended.
