affordable price, clean, quite, good for quality rest

For a cheap price, this place is worth the stay. The hotel provides two towels, two small bottles of water and soap. The bathroom has a heater. It is located at the Kimia Farma pharmacy turning, but more to a dead end, next to a construction site. It wasn't noisy and no open burning smoke, only mosquitoes. Each floor has a kitchen, water dispenser and table, but third floor has no fridge. Staircase is narrow so it was difficult to carry my luggage up. WiFi is stable.

Close to IPB university. Clean and nice room, they even give you free amenities on arrival. The room has good wifi access and hot water. Very recommended.

The room itself is good, but I can't tell the same about the service. Don't know if it was the security or what, but he himself turned the lights off while I was eating in the kitchen with my family. Was it bothering to say, "Pak, Bu, maaf lampunya saya matiin, ya." They have to learn a little bout hospitality.
