Best place for stay with fam, netflix youtube and wifi network is fast~ Strategic location, lots of caffe or coffee shop.. Has a beautiful rooftop with pool..

Booked 2 nights at this non flexibel hotel but left after seeing the dirty rooms, dirty pool on the roof with a lot of cigaret ends around it. The breakfast must be used on your room where there are NO seats, all on your bed. Restaurant not open so also on your room. The area is not for walking out and nothing to do around there. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

Had a couple stay in this hotel and the last time was very bad. Bathroom very dirty. Food is very limited variety, taste standard, presentation not good. The procedure is weird, my bos left the room key inside the room, and the Front office staff cannot make another key. But they have to open the door with door-key-machine which only housekeeping dept have it, which the housekeeping staff only available on working hour!!!! Can u imagine when my bos need the key in the evening.

At arrival no facilities were available , no breakfast in the restaurant! Breakfast in the room, while there was hardly space to walk or place to put the extra bed for my daughter. The room was very dirty , not child friendly, the roof terras with bar/ restaurant extreme dirty. Floors filled with left over sigarettes and lots of food leftovers in plastic trays. Not really the place to start your holiday and spent time with your child! We cancelled our Agoda reservation within 10 minutes and left directly to find a better place. No compensation from the hotel, while it was nothing like they promised it to be. Also no help of Agoda. We lost the money !It is a shame to let people stay in this circumstances. Even 1 star is way to much!!!

Couple time stay there and the last time was very bad. The bathroom was very dirty. The TV remote is broken so we can’t even turn the TV on. Food are always very bad. Lack of variety, taste standard. Bad presentation. Im so sorry…

nice place to stay.. situated close to the main road.. the room is quite large, and really comfortable too.. oh and the breakfast are wonderful👌

Great luxurious room interior with all amenities, including a big smart TV and free snacks. Big Room and a lot of cabinets, mid-size refrigerator, safe box, etc. The roof top swimming pool is excellent with a view of the city. Located in the strategic Antasari Road near Citos and Fatmawati.

Had a great stay here. Quite spacious. Very affordable. There is a rooftop pool. The traffic during peak hours can be quite horrible.

Our new fav hotel for staycation, we really love our room, enough space, clean and modern minimalist look.. already 2 times in 2 weeks having staycation here.. but we only get the welcome snacks at the 1st time only😀, only room service breakfast maybe because the pandemic, but various options of breakfast, we ordered fried rice and nasi campur, tasted soo 👍, unfortunately the very amazing look of the rooftop swimming pool is desperately need more maintenance, the floor is dirty and the wood is rooted.. but we’ll back again for sure

This was our first stay at the Azana Suite Hotel. We chose it because it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. During our three week stay we stayed in a 60 square meter suite with a beautiful view. We had breakfast in the rooftop bar right next to the beautiful pool with a wonderful view. The room was spacious, clean and the furnishings were in good condition. The WiFi was good and the speed was sufficient for video calls. The staff was always very helpful and friendly, we didn't have a bad experience in the three weeks. The breakfast and also the dishes later in the rooftop bar were good. The child was happy and would like to go back as soon as possible. Thank you for the nice stay.

I was with family with a toddler. We were at staycation for my birthday. I got a surprice (a meal with a candlle delivered to our room) it was lovely. Thank you for hotel Managrment. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Just one suggestion to hotel management. Since some of your guest are with baby or toddler... Please prepare a baby chair in breakfast area. (I didnt see it maybe??)For the other else it was satisfying. Thank you.

Super happy. I booked for celebrating my friend’s birthday. And everything was nice, the furniture, the ambience, the bed, tv, the fridge, the bathroom was very nice. They have a polite & warm staffs too, especially the reception. And the best thing in this hotel is the pool. I swam at the pool at night & in the morning, and it was magnificent!! Awesome experience, thanks

Really good hotel for staycation. For deluxe room its really spacious. Theres also a microwave if you want to reheat or even cook some food. Super friendly staff and really fast service. Breakfast is not too bad. Rooftop swimming pool has a really great view.

I had an excellent time at Azana Suite Hotel and highly recommend the location for visiting Jakarta. The location is close to Blok M for a quick commute to downtown, the room was excellent, but the service above all made this hotel stand out. The entire Azana team, from concierge, dining, room service and management were unbelievably friendly and responsive. I had the pleasure of staying several weeks and seeing how well the team worked together. In particular, Fikar stood out for his professionalism, assistance and friendship in making me feel right at home.

When we first arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. The Ac and internet connection were fully functional, the room was very spacious and clean. The housekeepers were very attentive and super polite. There’s nothing that we don’t love about this hotel and it’s employees. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who comes to visit Jakarta. The front staff service is great. But the management level gave me a nightmare. Will not be coming again.
