The app told me my order was ready, but once inside I was told it was still in the oven. Then to top of off no one in this place is wearing a hair net. Maybes good service rules in Texas do not require them, but it would be a nice touch to the A rating that they have displayed on the wall.

I recently ordered from this location. When i got there the young lady told me there was a mistake and they had given my pizza away...no worries my order was already in the oven and she was super apologetic. My issue was...standing there waiting all of the workers preparing pizza had no gloves on or a hair net. Most workers to include men had long hair and it wasnt in a ponytail or anything. This is unacceptable. I don't care if you claim to be super clean, anyone touching food should have gloves on. Food prep 101...gloves and hair nets are mandatory unless the hair is pulled back. I wont be back unfortunately. Also pizza was mediocre not very good.

Have had nothing but issues the past few times I tried to order. Last time I ordered, it was paid for and the order was never completed because they didn't have drivers. I had to ask for a refund and didn't order for a while. Thought we'd give them another try tonight since it's been a few months. I ordered and the app said 30 minutes for delivery for a cheese pizza and bbq chicken pizza. 45 minutes later I called the store and they said they had 4 employees call out and it is the app's fault and would be 85 minutes. They hadn't even started working on the order yet. So take your business elsewhere.

App doesn't track. I had to call the store twice for someone to pick up. When she did pick up, I asked about the order and she said "It's on the way. The tracking app hasn't worked for years." When I told her maybe he hadn't arrived due to gate code, she revealed "he is actually still here". My order wasn't on the way. According to email and timing of when I ordered it, it should've been to my house by the time I called her. The location is 3 miles from my house and took entirely too long, even according to their timing. Also, the workers lack integrity. Based on reviews, it looks like it is time for new management and technology.

Usually I’m impressed by this location and their order accuracy. Tonight is another story. One pizza isn’t even cut, at all. I started to cut it, then thought I’d take a pic for this review. This pizza also has olives. I didn’t order olives. The second pizza has pineapple on the whole pizza, one single olive (again didn’t order olives) and a single slice of jalapeño. Also, I didn’t get the crust I ordered. I’m curious why I paid for extra toppings, when I didn’t receive them. Just pure negligence tonight. Sorely disappointed.

We used to be in the delivery zone of a location less than 2 miles from our house and aren't anymore. So, I ordered through the app and picked it up. The wait time was minimal, and all the food was super fresh. It was still hot when I arrived home, even without a warm bag.

I sent my son up to the store to pick up our family order. 3 pizzas and 1 2-liter. He came home telling me how rude they were. Not speaking, standing there staring him down and not asking how can I help you. They didn’t say thank you. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last visit, everyday can’t be a bad day. We will no longer order from this location. We will go to Marcos, Dominos or MODs before putting up with this type of service again.

We have only ever ordered delivery from this location, which has always taken hours to get, and we thought we would give them a try for pick up. That was a mistake. We ordered a pizza at 3pm for a 5:45pm pick up. I go in and see probably 30+ boxes in line. The cashier said mine was almost all the way at the end and couldn't even give me an ETA on when my order would complete because they were working on one working pizza oven. I ended up telling her to cancel my order and took my business to Domino's. They should shut down their ordering system if they are that far behind.
