I have placed several orders from this location on numerous occasions. I have had my pizzas made the way I ordered on less than 25% of the times. The majority of the time, my order is clearly made incorrectly. Specifically, missing the extra cheese I’m charged. I have called a few times to report my order not being made correctly because I’m tired of paying for ingredients I’m not getting. After awhile, these extra charges add up. As someone who has worked in a pizza restaurant, when extra cheese is ordered, the extra cheese is spread on top of the other ingredients. The fact that sometimes my pizza is made correctly, let’s me know it’s the cook that chooses to ignore the customer’s order. Just now, the manager stated they would remake my order and deliver it. To my surprise, my order was still not made correctly. The crust went from thin to extra thin crust, and still missing the extra cheese. You can clearly see there is no extra cheese on this pizza. We are all suffering from the inflated prices. I shouldn’t have to keep paying for products I’m not receiving.

We just moved to Texas a couple weeks ago and our first week here we ordered from this location and they delivered to our home. But this time around they claim they they don’t deliver to our location. So we went to pick it up and we specifically ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half sausage and this is what we received (dad already ate a slice). We also only got 14/15 wings that we ordered. We love Marcos but hopefully the third time around is better than this visit

Soooo they have a coupon they can't enter into the system, it can't be entered manually, they have no clue how to redeem, and even the manager can't override. Doesn't work online either. I've tried the pizza and it's pretty good, but the rest is janky at best. And yes, the coupon was current and for that location.

If I can give this a zero I would . Not only was my order wrong I was charge more than I was suppose to this was my first time getting delivery I order the same order ever time and now . I get the feast meal and it came with crazy bread 2 one topping pizza and 2 litter for 25.99 and they did not give me my order and did not want to deliver my order . They wanted me to pay more again for the cheese bread ? And to top that off they did not even order it nicely horrible services

Have been to this location about 5 times, this is the first time anyone was rude. This person was the manager. Instead of hospitality I received hostility; I thought "People first"? Evidently not at the Binz Engleman location. Had warm reception from lady taking my order (43539 Cora). Cora ask the manager for assistance with change for my order..she ignored her. Cora continued with getting my change for the payment. Manager notice and had to finally get up and do some work. After getting the change, the manager raised her voice and snapped at me for taking all their change. "Its early, we don't take that dollar amount this early...REALLY! It's my fault they weren't prepared for business. I have choices in the same location and won't be coming back.

Placed an order tonight at 7:20 PM. Called at 8:45 to see where the order was at. The lady said it would be picked up in 5 minutes and delivered. I am about 5 min down the road. After another 45 minutes I called and they said “we probably delivered it to someone else…” they offered me a refund/store credit OR to get delivered. Not a refund AND delivered. I waited 2 hours and THEY MESSED UP. Clearly bad management when they obviously made a mistake. “We made a mistake but you still need to pay!” Gtfoh. Ordered here a few times, but won’t ever again.

Really great pizza with stretchy cheese and tasty toppings! The ordering process was slow via their website (stalling, long loading -- no, it's not my connection or my PC) and the phone app never brought up the "prove you're not a robot" challenge to actually take my payment. The website did finally confirm my order after spinning for a while. Delivery was fast. Price was good with a coupon.

So I first had Marco's over off Perrin Bietel, and it was good enough that I wanted to try them again, 'cause I needed a new pizza place, 'cause all the other pizza places around 78244 really suck. So this was my second pizza from a Marco's and this Binz Engleman location seems even better than my first location. My pizza was perfect. I ordered ahead online to pickup by 5. It was ready when I got there, but it didn't seem like it had been sitting for very long. Staff were super friendly and clean. New pizza place found for sure.
