$17.50. the steak came out so cold it had to of been refrigerator, but the server and manager made it absolutely clear I was 100% wrong and that the steak was cooked fresh and put on the salad hot. But would not tell me the secret to the chilling effect by the time it got to the table. Almost magical. They just mentioned it came from the 'cold side'. After being schooled I was wrong they offered to remake it. No thankyou, I get it I must of been imagining the chill and I guess just needed to be put in my place. I'm glad I ordered a adult drink before hand. update: Lowered a star for having to be reminded of how fun this was by filling out a comment card at their request

This is the downtown location at River Center. We didn't eat or drink there, so I can not comment on it. Big place, spread out. Facility is clean, staff very friendly. Parking is easy, but crazy. As soon as you pull in the garage forget any grace period. I think it was something like 0 to 15 was $5

Fantastic Experience!! I'm kinda a finicky eater & their Chimichurri Bowl didn't disappoint! I've been coming to this location with my boyfriend for a while, we usually play some games & have drinks. However, I'm in love ♥️ with this delightful dish. The chef always comes with their A - Game 💪 Thank-you so much for that!! We came yesterday and met Heather, the new bartender. She was friendly and handled the whole bar by herself, without any issue. She Rocks 😍

Arcade and bar was standard Dave and Busters. Food was alright but kind of soured due to the server. Server rarely came by and every encounter was gloomy and dreadful. I don't expect smiles, scripts or a warm personality but I at least expect to be treated like a person who's paying to eat at an establishment. Basic level human decency was not found. Food ordering, locating the server, missing order, bill paying and even just handing off a cash tip to them was infuriating. Regretted coming to this Dave and Buster's location just to have a simple dinner in San Antonio.

Just came for a quick bite with not much expectation. Usually you get okay food and long wait by Downtown Riverwalk. Rather, we were seated quickly. Our server was steadfast and and very pleasant. Our food came out at a reasonable time period. I didn’t time it but you know when when it’s taking too long. The food was tasty and nothing to complaint about. I will certainly pay this location a visit again.

If you want to be taken care of, ask for Allstate “You’re in Good Hands” trust me you will not regret it the best server I have ever came across. My kids loved his MickeyMouse voice impression🫶🏻 he is very good and makes you want to go dine in again in the future. Food was delicious over my expectation.

The drinks are half the size and cost more than the location by target burger took hour and 47 minutes to get here I ordered the stout mushroom it was supposed to come with lettuce tomato bacon jam my bf ordered the bacon burger lettuce tomato side of ranch and mayo. Fries came unseasoned and cold. Burgers missing half the insides. No condiments. Dont waste your time coming here.

Love the environment arcades are really fun and worth it. The food is why I give it a four star. Some was good and some of it needed more seasonings.

This was my first time at a Dave and Busters. My boyfriend and I had so much fun playing games and having drinks. Great location in the mall…just be careful shopping after a few…haha

Great place and fast service- even when it was a super busy day. Food was great- I didn't expect that because most theme restaurants have only marginally decent food. Not here! Food was tasty and fast! This place was way more affordable than I expected as well! Good job!!

Had never eaten at a Dave and Busters. Good was pretty good, drinks were done well, the online menu/ordering system could use an overhaul or a refresh. Servers were nice and communicated issues well .

Went To Take My Family Out For A Night Of Fun. This Scan Menu Was Not Good. I Would Rather Have Had A Waiter Or Waitress. Food Was Small Portions For The Price. Also The Tables Next To Us Stayed This Way For Over 30 To 40 Minutes While The Employees Stayed Posted Up At The Bar. The Game Side Of The Building Was Dirty, Discusting Empty Glass Used Napkins Were On Tables On The Floor And On The Games. Not Impressed Kind Of Disappointed For This Was Dave And Busters First Impression On Us.

Like an adult chuck e cheese but for older kids and adults. Thoroughly enjoyed myself playing the games having some drinks and even earning tickets for prizes. They also had bowling and sit down food which we did not end up doing but the food looked great.

Nice getaway during and after work. We have our team outings here as well. Haven't had any issue with the servers, they prebus, get drink refills without having to wave them down constantly, and it's overall pretty clean inside. Some of the games could use some maintenance and maybe a small bump down in price or payouts to make them feel like they provide more of a value when you dump a ton of credits into trying to finish a credit eating game. Restrooms clean-ish Can recommend this location though! Just depends on what you're looking for and setting expectations.

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** Biggest Gripe is when you want to sit in the restaurant area and not the bar, it takes a while for someone to acknowledge you to get a seat. It isn't a very distinct spot to get on the seating chart. That should be done as soon as you walk in. So I can see how people get frustrated because I was. We waited 15 minutes before someone noticed us even though the front desk was not busy, and she knew what our plans were. The games are fun, oversized, and pricey. We played a few games while waiting to be seated only to realise if they take this long to seet us, it may take TOO long to get our food. So we decided to find food on the river walk.

This was my first time at D&B’s and my experience was not good. It started with our waitress not remembering our drink order, then telling us she had a bad day. Like advising us in advance that our service was not going to be good. We had to wave her down each time we wanted a drink, food, & supplies. She forgot our drink order every time and didn’t refill unless we asked. At one time she forgot we ordered food and asked us if we did. We got sick from the food. The enjoyable thing was the games for the kids, the adult beverages, the screens and availability to watch the game and the guy at the front desk.

Super cute bartenders, awesome place for birthday or corporate parties, trivia once a month hosted by the lovely Analisa, awesome service from awesome servers. Great atmosphere and fun place to be. Happy hours are Monday thru Friday (4pm-7pm) and Sunday thru Thursday (9pm-11pm). Wednesday is half price game day (ALL DAY). Cantina nachos are a must have and the backwoods blueberry lemonade is the best alcoholic drink on the menu.

I made a purchase and explained I had a coupon before I made the purchase to the lady at the counter. I had a feeling she was not paying attention at first. This was confirmed as she proceeded to ring up my order. They rung up my purchase without my coupon and said there was nothing they could do about using my coupon or returning my money, although I clearly told her about this. I spoke with a manager about this and he said there was nothing they could do. The coupon was valid but I would have to make anotherpurchase. Which only makes sense from a greedy business standpoint. They did nothing to make the situation right and half of the games in the arcade did not work. I come here as it's the only arcade for my kids around but I've had more bad experiences that good or even pleasant.

Front desk was very informative and let us know everything we needed. She was super sweet and gave us her full attention and helped us with our power card problems. The food is kind of on the pricey side but it’s good, I just wish they offered more on their menu and had newer options.

Lucky they got one star. I’ve been to this location many times and my family has never been treated so ugly. We walked in just to play games. We were followed around and treated like criminals. When a game gave me the wrong number of tickets, workers did not look happy to help. They instead played the game to prove us wrong. When we suggested to check cameras they didn’t look too pleased. If this is the treatment and attitude staff is going to have with customers I won’t be returning. Horrible

Food was pretty good and our waitress was lovely! The actual place was small (it is in a mall) and not a ton of options with games. The main game being played kept breaking. The prize attendant was super awesome.

Allstate was the BEST SERVER!!! He took care of me and my family , we didn’t have to wait long to get our food or items we asked for!! DEFINITELY WILL REQUEST HIM WHEN I COME AGAIN! Thank you
