Have bought from other Jared’s in the past and none compare to this location. Andres Rios has always gone out of his way to help us make the perfect selection. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We actually look forward to purchasing new jewelry because of how comfortable he makes us feel. We will continue to be loyal Jared customers!

My fiance got me this ring and proposed November 2020. I bought him a band and presented it to him on Christmas. I just went yesterday to pick up my special order band for my ring and omg. The staff has been amazing. Denise, Andres, and Beatriz to name a few have made our experience amazing. I return often to get my ring cleaned or repaired. I've also gone a few times for necklaces and bracelets. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and they listen. They heard exactly what I wanted everytime and kept it within my budget. I could not be happier with this store.

Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off! I had a ring made here about four years ago that is a standard stackable, white gold ring with birthstones (eternity band) all around it. The gentleman was great and made exactly what we wanted. Come to this week and I wanted the same exact thing made with a different birthstone. Was told by the female sales rep that they don't make that ring anymore and a new one would cost over $1,400 because it would have to be special ordered. She also purposely gave me the wrong size for the stones so it would have to be made "special". I knew this wasn't right so I went home and did some research. Ordered a ring that I thought was it (since she gave me the size of the stones) and had it made and delivered. The stones were too big. Took the original ring to a mom and pop shop and they told me the correct measurements for everything. Did some more research and guess what, I found exactly the same one as the one previously made four years ago and it cost me less than $350 to customize and mail it to my house. I saved myself over $1,000 by not using this store. I suggest you do the same.

Our salesman was Andres Rios, and let me tell you he was phenomenal throughout the entire process. His knowledge about diamonds was unreal and reassured me we were at the right place. I had a stellar experience at this Jared's Jewelry store. My attendant Andres Rios was excellent and very attentive without being pushy. Andres Rios provided my fiancé and I with friendly, informative, and expert service. With such a significant investment at hand, Andres helped us to feel comfortable every step of the way. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make the ring, which signifies a promise, to be truly special to the individual.

Not all that helpful, did not want to spend enough to interest them so service lousy. I've bought several items from them in the past including my wife's 45th anniversary ring but this time they didn't seem interested in my business so went down the road to KAY jewelers where I bought a ring for my daughter, service was great there... VERY disappointed JARED'S!

I got some James Avery charms for Christmas and wanted to turn them into dangle post earrings. I took them to James Avery cause I've done this so many times. Unfortunately they retired the posts I wanted. I took them to Jareds cause I thought they would be able to do a simple thing like this. They said sure we can do this, took a picture of what I wanted and drew a picture. They said they will be ready in a week. A week came and went and no phone call. My boyfriend decided to check if they were ready. They had put the wrong size post so they took them back to fix. Still no phone call after a week, so I went to check this time. Again wrong size, but also they were scratched and the black had been buffed out. I could not believe they wanted me to take them looking like that. They wanted to try again for the right size posts. I refused to have them try to repair and I requested the money for the pendants. They refused to give me money and said to pick up the next day and they would buff out scratches and put the black back in. I went by a week later and was told they need another day. Finally went to pick up and to my horror they were worse . They were scratched more and one was thinner than the other. The posts they had put on were bent and damaged probably cause I said I was going to take them somewhere else to make into earrings. This time I was furious, I asked for a manager and was told they need to call corporate to see what they can do. Again im leaving with nothing. When they call me this will be the 5th time going by Jared's. I've been dealing with this over a month now. James avery would have had it done within 2 days and it would only be $40. Horrible experience and still not done.

Consistently opens late and the staff is rude. The only exception is the repair shop. They have done a great job! They’re also the only reason that I don’t give the 1 Star.

Friendly, clean , no waiting time

I just wanted to say "sorry" to everyone who had a bad experience at the Jared in the Forum, Agora Pkwy. I've been customer at this location since 2015. Since the very beginning, I always go in wearing my tshirt and sweatpants. There's always someone asked me if I need any assistance and also, ask me if I would like something to drink like water or coffee. They don't Judge you by your appearance, however. When I'm actually shopping for any jewelry, I always get assistance from Ms Elenita. She's so wonderful and has excellent knowledge about Gems and jewelries, company policy, and anything. Overall, Ms Elenita's qualities are as good as manager.

Great customer service. They even had a kids corner with a TV and some toys. Such a relief when shopping with kids. We were attended to by Beatrice at the store who patiently showed us everything in our price range.

I can’t thank Jon enough at the Forum for all his help and attention to detail. He assisted in a design I wanted to see as a pendant. Not to bulky, or flashy but dainty and elegant. I couldn’t stop there, good customer service goes a long way with me. Later, he remembered I was looking for a watch. Jon introduced me to the Omega watch Mother of Pearl! Go see Jon, he listens and cares! I’ll definitely be back.

Andres was unbelievably helpful and patient with me. My purchase took a total of three days considering I didn’t really know what I was looking for when I walked in on day one. Unlike my visit to two other jewelry stores prior to coming to Jared, Andres never made me feel pressured to buy right now. The whole process was incredibly relaxing and smooth and I ended up with an amazing piece of jewelry in the end.

They guys around this are very friendly. this is my favorite place to shop for all my jewelries. I really love the atmosphere, and the craftsmanship of the artists who do the wonderful work of making the jewelry. They have always done an impressive job, I have never been disappointed. I absolutely love my experience at Jared’s with Andres Rios. My husband and I went in looking for an upgrade on my wedding ring set. After having an awful experience with another company we were a bit nervous, but Andres went above and beyond. He was super knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and honest. He worked with our budget and even helped us pick out the perfect ring for me. I was super indecisive of what I wanted and he took the time to show me my options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. He truly just wanted us to be happy with our choice. His customer service is excellent. I will definitely go back in the future to purchase a band since our budget only allowed for the diamond ring.

My 90 year old father’s watch stopped working. (A watch that he has worn daily for many many years) I brought it to The Jared store at The Forum at Olympia Parkway to see if it could be fixed. Andres Rios found that it just needed a new battery which he replaced and he also cleaned the watch. I was very surprised when I asked how much I owed and he said nothing! This may be standard for Jared but I was extremely grateful and thankful for the wonderful service that I received. My father is so happy!!

Kathya Tapia is hands down the best sales representative at Jared in The Forum. She has helped me numerous times purchase and design jewelry. Every member of my family prefers to purchase their jewelry at Jared because of her. She is patient, pays attention to detail, and really spends the time getting to know each person to match the item to their personality with perfection every time. She makes spending money enjoyable. Ok, to put into to words how amazing this Jared's is close to impossible but here goes nothing. The GM there, Denise Powers is hands down the most amazing Jared's employee in the company!!! My wife had her heart's set on a specific ring for our 13 anniversary. It was a beautiful rose gold and chocolate diamond ring made by Levian. Or at least it was made by Levian. They discontinued it!!!! I was crushed. I wasnt going to be able to give my amazing wife the one thing she wanted and definitely deserved. Well Denise, got on the phone, called Levian, actually got ahold of Sam Levian and convinced them to make one specifically for my wife. Now I didnt know this was even possible but somehow, Denise worked a miracle and that ring was delivered TODAY!!! 18Feb2020. From the bottom of my heart I personally want to thank Denise Powers , GM at the Jared's in the forum, for making my wife's anniversary the best one in over a decade!

Went here to buy an anniversary gift for the wife. Walked in there with our 3 kids and waited on our turn to get assistance. We looked around and knew what we wanted to buy just to see people that walked in after us get assistance. Looked around some more and nothing. Not a greeting. Not even a look. We left and the kids asked if it was their fault. I told them no we just don’t look or dress the part. Terrible feeling

I have shopped at Jared for years now and I absolutely love their company. They stand by their products, and the customer service is always great. I get all my jewelry from their inspected every six months, and the lifetime warranty on all my pieces is worth every penny when it was first purchased. Wow I took my husband's ring in which was cracked by the diamond and I had the lady to clean my ring which wasn't purchesed there now I ring had a crack in it that's weired she wanted to know where I purchased it at she assumed it was from Kay's which it wasn't but they won't fix it how how messed up guess you have to pay for the "Jared Name"

The staff refused to clean a jewelry set that was previously purchased through JARED. Jewelry that has warranty through JARED for the last 3 years. I don’t understand how it could have been cleaned the last 3 years, but all of a sudden is an issue now. I will NEVER make a purchase here.

My husband and I came into the store a while ago to look at an engagement ring, and decided to go another way! Little did we know, Jared bought the diamond we were looking at with a credit card in my husband’s name without his permission. We filed a report and they did absolutely nothing. We have a bad hit on our credit... and no diamond to show for it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

My custom engagement ring that eventually developed into a custom wedding ring set all started January 2018 with the engagement ring itself. Denise and Cheryl walked me through the customization process once it was determined that the pre made pieces weren’t for me. Luckily, when we made the purchase of our custom engagement ring we were able to accumulate reward points to use for a future purchase. At that point, I thought I just wanted my engagement ring. It wasn’t until 3 months before my wedding that I wanted to add the custom band thus creating my wedding set. After another brilliant consultation we were able to create a set that truly nailed every expectation and made my dream ring a reality. The amount of patience that these ladies had with me all the way through the completion of the wedding band (May 2019) was a true testament to their expertise and dedication to getting the customer exactly what they are trying to achieve. The repair shop is great at making my ring look like new and restoring it to its natural shine and brilliance. Overall I am highly satisfied with every aspect of this store and when time comes for additional pieces, this is the shop and the people I will be trusting my business to.

Wow!!! All I can say is wow! We got an amazing deal on amazingly beautiful ring for my wife. It was originally more than 5k and we walked out with it for less than 3200 . That is 3200 out the door taxes, warranty, all. Ring was 2 karat on 14 karat white gold. We were looking at one very similar but only 1.5 karat for $3800 sale price before coming across the beauty that we ended up going with. Thanks Jarad! Oh I forgot to mention that insurance appraisal was for $6200. We certainly lucked out and after spending two hours there that was absolutely the best deal so I wouldn't expect to get the same deal but still tons of great deals and you never know maybe another ring will go on clearance and you may get a better deal than we did it's likely with the deals they provide

Horrible customer service from the older female employees! Went in initially to fix a stone on my engagement ring had to go back the next day because they left the prongs open so it kept irritating the inside of my pinky and middle fingers, when I went back to have them fix it, the lady had the audacity to say I’m probably allergic (mind you I’ve had my rings for three years) so I asked for someone else to help me which she tried but after leaving it there again and taking it home two more stones came off had them put back but they tried to claim that it was wear and tear BS they just didn’t want to Be detailed and do it right the first time, so needless to say this Jareds in the Forum at Live Oak is the worst
