I would give it a zero if I could. I'm not much of a jewelry person. I went with my wife to get my wedding rings fitted. I figured since they were professional that they would know how to size a wedding ring. They sized me by using a regular ring instead of the wide band. So 6 days later when they told it would be ready. The ring did not fit. The jeweler said we ordered a size 7 1/2 and it was a 7 1/2. Pretty much we were screwed. So went around the corner to diamonds and gold. Where the nicest guy waited on us. After we told him our story he gave us an amazing deal, the rings were sized within 3 hours. :)

Amazing customer service! Knowledgeable, affordable, quality service and gems. Went out of their way to help me find the perfect customizable wedding set. Even though they were closing they happily continued helping me and I was not rushed. They are also able to affordably fix my other diamond cluster ring. Will continue to go back for future purchases.

My mom needed her ring cut off and we couldn’t find anyone to do it. Our last option was going to be the fire department, however Kamran saved the day! He was super nice and made my mom feel at ease. He cut it off with no difficulties. We highly recommend him for any jewelry needs! Would give more stars if we could!!!

Kameron is phenomenal! I had a promise ring that my husband gave me 35 years ago. I wanted to have it made into something that I would wear daily. I highly recommend this place! had to get my wedding ring cut off a while ago and was quoted an crazy high amount (from another place) just to get it resized and soldered back together. I found Adorn Jewelry the other day, gave them a call around 6:30pm and drove down. They quoted me an amazing price to fix my ring for me! I gave them my ring that night and got it back the next day and it looks brand new! Kamran is great, I'm so relieved to have my wedding ring back and glad I found this place!
